Como puedo grabar una reunión en zoom si no estoy habilitada, solo cambiando de plan?

There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there  or move away from Zoom.

I can't stand Team Chat.Ideally, I'd be able to disable Team Chat entirely—my team and I have absolutely no use for it, and I've gone as far as requesting nobody comment during meetings in the in-meeting chat to avoid further notifications. At the very least, I want to at least turn off the red notification bubble on the dock icon—I have enough already that are actually important, and having 99+ notifications on the Zoom icon is really not helpful. The only solution I've found is signing out entirely, which is annoying due to the NEW "You are chatting as a guest" notification which blocks the first messages in the in-meeting chat. (attached) Would love a solution to this—I am frustrated beyond belief by this new "feature". Please stop fixing things that are not broken.

Hi,Is there function or tool which can be used to create url for another computer use? The another computer can not login zoom.Thanks.

Hello,I would like to export my team chat messages. I found, that one has to log into the web portal, go to “reports” and then “user activity reports”. See https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061552#h_01EH7ZDWV7DTADVGW5Y8SV472ABut I don’t see any button “Chat history” (see image below). Where can I find it?Best regardsMoritz Oliveira Makowski

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue in Zoom where webinar polls do not show after joining. After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution? I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

So I put Host a Meeting and it didn't Give me No password or  anything for My co workers to join

We are seeing this issue occurring across multiple user devices within our environment. Reinstalling Zoom does not resolve the problem, and even when setting up a completely new machine, the issue still presents itself immediately upon installation. At this time, there appears to be no available documentation from Zoom that addresses this behavior or provides any known resolution. Given that all affected machines are operating under the same environment configuration, we are currently at a standstill in determining the most effective next steps.Across multiple users and multiple machines within our environment, the Zoom Desktop application crashes immediately after the Windows Explorer file dialog opens when attempting to download files from Zoom Team Chat. This issue is fully reproducible and occurs consistently.Detailed BehaviorA user clicks Download on any file sent via Zoom Team Chat. Windows Explorer launches to select or confirm the download location. The Explorer window appears pa

Hi -- I'm wondering if there is a character limit in the chat box?  Some times I have around 800 characters in a passage I need to share with my group and a message appears saying 'message is too long".   Thanks

I have created a free account (with CC verified) and added 59 users. I have also activated all 59 accounts. I'm unable to see them under company contacts list. (company contacts did show up a couple of times last week, but 99% of the time, the entire internal contacts section is missing) I have tried on different computers, mobile phones, etc and it's the same.  When I try to invite one of these 59 people (invite a zoom user to connect button) - it says xxxx is already your contact

Two alternate hosts (AHs) can start meetings, but only one of them can chat with the participants first. The other one has to ask all the participants to send a chat first before the AH can chat with them. Both AHs use the same meeting link sent by the Host, and they use Windows laptops. Their sign in processes are the same. The AH who cannot chat first until participants start the chat has tried signing in and out of the meeting which they started: on the main work laptop, on a different laptop, and on an Samsung Galaxy S23 Android phone. They've tried logging in using the desktop app and the web app on the laptops and the Android mobile app and web app on the mobile phone. The version of the desktop app is one version behind the mobile app. Because only one AH has a problem, it doesn't appear to be the version number. What else can they try to turn on the ability to chat first? TIA

In webinars, participants who use an iPad can't see polls, but those on an iPhone can. These are typically non-tech savvy students who need the certification webinars to keep their jobs, so what is the simplest way to help them use an iPad like Zoom says you can?

I got a new computer and now it WILL NOT let me get zoom team chat back! I tried everything, what do I need to do?

Hi everyone — I’ve noticed that live transcription works in the main session, but I’m unsure how to set it up so participants can see captions inside breakout rooms. Has anyone successfully enabled live transcription for breakout sessions? What settings or account permissions are required? Thanks in advance!

I login to zoom with Google. If I change my Google Account Password does zoom keep my old password for zoom?

I am planning to interview a professional who founded and runs an online tutoring company. The interview will last at least 15 minutes, and my goal is to better understand what their role looks like day to day, as well as how creativity and creative problem-solving play a role in building and running their business.I want this interview to feel like a natural conversation that encourages storytelling, real examples, and thoughtful reflection rather than short or yes/no answers. I am especially interested in how they approach challenges, adapt to students’ needs, and make decisions when there is no obvious solution. Can you help me generate 3–5 open-ended interview questions that explore: What their role is and what that looks like in practice How creativity shows up in their daily work How creative problem-solving is used in online education How they handle challenges or obstacles in their business Please make the questions engaging, flexible, and designed to lead to meaningful fo

When I set up Zoom for my company I originally had Advanced Encryption turned on. After discovering that content was still encrypted with this setting turned off, and the downsides outweighed the upsides (for us), I turned it off. However, it is still not possible to edit chats in channels created before I turned the setting off. Some of these chats are the busiest and most important ones, so this limitation is a bit annoying. Is there any way to fix this?

I have two computers. I installed the software on one of them, and everything works fine. However, when I installed the software on the other computer, the camera's image quality is poor, the software looks different, there are fewer functions, and the virtual background doesn’t work well. It’s strange because it’s the same software version, the same camera, and the same Windows operating system. Both computers are the sameWindows 10i7 processorMost updated version - 6.1.6Brio 500 camera This is the processor of the problematic computer, it is quite an old processor. CPU NameGenuine Intel® CPU 0  2.50GHzThreading1 CPU - 4 Core - 8 ThreadsFrequency2593.81 MHz (26 * 99.76 MHz)MultiplierCurrent: 26 / Min: 16 / Max: 29ArchitectureSandy Bridge / Stepping: B2 / Technology: 32 nmCPUID / Ext.6.A.2 / 6.2A

In Team Chat, I have my notifications set like this:However, the Zoom icon still has a badge, and the channel is marked as unread, if people are replying to threads that I am not mentioned or involved in. Is there no way to change this behaviour? I only want a channel to be unread if there is either a new top level message, or there’s a message in a thread I’m involved in (replied to, tagged etc.) It makes it so difficult to keep track of messages that are actually relevant to me.

Hey FamI have long had an issue with the chat window jumping around whenever a new message comes in, or trying to scroll around. It never scrolls fluidly, jumping around as I get toward the end of the messages. This makes it very difficult to read the messages, obviously, and is a frustrating hindrance to communication.  This has happened for years, across devices and versions for me. I see *some* mention of related issues in the forums, but not a lot. Please advise! Thank you!
