Usually have zero issue downloading the audio from my Zoom to convert it from mp4A to mp3 and upload that to my podcast feed. Today I did two podcasts and could not get either to covert or even straight upload because the files were bad or too large.  Any advice to offer?

JUST ENDED A ONE-HOUR MEETING. THE FILE DIDN'T CONVERT AS IT NORMALLY DOES.  I JUST NEED THE AUDIO.  WHEN I HIT "CONVERT" IT SAYS FILE CONVERSION IN PROGRESS.  HELP! 

Hi i just want to ask, i accidentally signed out my zoom account in the app not in browser, an when i tried to sign in with google it wont work I uninstalled it and installed it again it wont work. I even put my correct email and password. Thank You 

 

I teach piano on zoom and my audio for hearing my piano students playing their pieces on the piano has gotten significantly worse in the last couple weeks!  I can see my students playing, but will not be able to hear anything or will only hear a note or two in a minute's time!  I can't teach lessons like this!  I am super frustrated!  I have been using zoom for lessons for over 3 years now and although the sound has never been perfect, I usually could hear enough to be able to critique their performances.  I can't do that when I can't hear them playing their piano!  I see several other people have complained about this increased problem in the last few weeks but there doesn't seem to be any response from ZOOM people!  Aren't you even going to respond or try to fix this, Zoom people!?!?

If anybody can help me to understand why internal loudspeaker in my zoom h2n is so silent that I can't hear it from normal distance? Volume on 100%... The recording sounds normal through headphones and on my comp as well but not on device itself... 

HI,in Italy we have the obbligation to do a SELF INVOICE because our system don't register foreign invoices. To do this self invoice I need all the details of "zoom video communications" but I can't find a VAT number or TAX registation numberDoes anybody knows this information?Thanx

Please help I have a new laptop windows 11 I used to be able to share my music from the laptop to the speakers at the venue using the sound system through an amplifier now when I share the music the laptop comes up with a few options line in speakers headphones etc I select speakers music works I put zoom on computer sound shuts music off any ideas ?? What am I doing wrong ?

I will be conducting a Meeting with Ukrainian nationals.  I will be using Zoom Caption translate. I am wondering if there is a way someone on the Ukrainian side can type a question in Chat and have is translated from Ukrainian to English.  Any thoughts appreciated.

Our company converted to Zoom phone system recently and we are also migrating to Zoom for our internal instant messaging.  I'm finding the list of Company Contacts to be a bit of a nuisance, though.  On our old instant messaging system, only the logged in users were shown by default.  It made a handy way to see if someone is working that day or not. In Zoom contacts, the contacts are all shown.  And you have to look closely at the status icon, depending upon the status, to be able to tell if the contact is logged into Zoom or not. It was so much easier on our old system, that if I saw the name on the list, I knew they were signed into the Instant Messenger program.

Hello, im new to zoom. I'm trying to understand how to set up auto deleting of the messages in the channels on zoom. As i have done a test before with cloud storage retention - i believe its a bit different purpose cause it didnt work and the messages were not deleted from the channel. Can someone please help me out?

Zoom notified me that my storeage capacity was exceeded and to solve it, I could remove some saved meetings or upgrade.  I removed several saved meetings, logged out, also logged off of my computer, then logged back in. But Zoom doesn't indicate that any storeage space has been reclaimed.  How do I get zoom to restore storeage capacity after I followed their instructions?
