How can I delete my Zoom-community account? I want to delete my Zoom-community profile. I do not want to delete my entire Zoom account, just the community profile attached to it. There seems to be no option for this, so where can I delete this?

Hi everyone! How do you restore the license of a user? We have a PRO account and even the owner role now can't change it from basic to licensed. We were able to do it before though. Thank you in advance for any help you can give!

Hello I recently bought a new PC (Windows 11). I have a couple of 'old' hard drives, one being from an earlier computer that "died". I never backed anything up, as I don't know how. I heard that it could be possible to get the information off the hard-drive and put it on the new computer. I know nothing about computers. I can send an email and print a document and scan a photo, but not much more than that. A friend of mine, who is a computer genius took the hard drives and transferred all the documents and photos onto an external hard drive. When I plugged this into my computer and tried to look at the photos with Picasa, over 5000 images went whizzing by, but I did not see the images -- they just showed what looked like the Golden Gate Bridge. So I stopped the download, as it seemed it would never end. I asked my friend about it. He said I should download Zoom, so he could talk to me and show me what to do. I can get into my account, but it wants your old password, and I do not remember it. There is not a spot to send a link to your email so you can reset to a new password. I have a meeting to attend tomorrow and I have NOT received a link to join the meeting or an email. I have registered 6 times, and still no email.

Hi! I am trying to pay as there is a warning every time I start a meeting and when I try to pay it just appears as they cannot do it at the moment , as an error occurring . I ´ve already given an alternative credit card number as support for the payment and it´s not happening! since yesterday.

dear sir / mam I cleared my past due .. I have no pending.. but my plan is not upgraded to pro level..it still in basic... I paid 15576 for annual period.. but my account is not upgraded..please help me 

I am so confused. I pay for a Zoom Plan. I need to add two more lincences for one month, so I pay for the one month upgrade. They told me that they will charge me if I didnt cancel the upgrade beofre the month finished. I did it. And now they are telling me that I have a basic plan. I payed for the whole year on April, but I just wanted to cancel the other 2 licences that I bought. 

On August 16, 2023 my zoom subscription ended and I no longer renewed it. I canceled my subscription through your page, but ZOOM sends me an invoice for an account that no longer exists and for a service that I no longer have. Also, there seems to be no way to communicate with them. It seems to me that it is abuse and harassment. Please, stop insisting by sending me collection emails that do not correspond to me.  Please Zoom team, the details of the subscription I canceled will be provided to the Zoom team once they contact me.

Hi, everyone!  Once I paid for Zoom subscriptions of my several employees using my visa card. Later they all said that they cancelled their monthly subscription, but still Zoom charges my card around $16 a month. I cannot find out which Zoom account is my card linked to. Is there a way to find it out?Thanks in advance!

The help function says to go to Billing or contact Sales, both of which are blocked by the system. To whom do I complain about Zoom's negative consumer practices?Is there a billing phone number I can call and sit on hold for an hour?Please help!

I have used Zoom Pro ($149/year) with one license since start of pandemic two years ago. Has overall worked better for me than 4 other platforms (at least for patients waiting to be let into the exam room from waiting room). I have not seen a comparison of my plan to the Small Clinic Office plan ($14.99 per month) and do not know if it is worth paying more for the supposed benefits of an industry-specific license. Sales support wasted 10 minutes not even understanding the simple question i asked. They kept asking me if i wanted a seocnd license.... Is anyone using the aforementioned plan and does it seem worth it? wished for benefits:identification as healthcare industry,ability to have ancillary staff admit patients and do a basic interview before physician gets involved.Ability to send invites to phones not email at a reasonable cost. Currently use TextMagic to do this but not integrated.integrated recordings saved in EMR if desired.

How many licensed users are allowed on each plan (Basic, pro, Business)

How do I buy an add-on to increase my number of attendees from 100?  I've searched everywhere but cannot see how to do this without buying the Business package which I don't want to do.  I welcome any help you can give me.  Thank you!

Hi, on the 24th July I cancelled my Paid pro one, 100 persons, then applied with a discounted coupon for 1000 persons. I tried following the instructions as stated by the Jw Organization. After the second phase I was asked to sign in, and there is where I got stuck, not seeing where to move forward to pay the $60 discounted price for 1000 persons. This is a code I can only use once, so I cannot even go back to do it all over again. I will get an error. This is why I am asking for your help please. I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5600U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable) 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Zoom version:  5.15.5 (19404) I have also enclose a screen shot of the two tics in the approval, there are two more steps to go to the final payment.
