Hello,I have 2 email addresses and I have a zoom account on each, one is a free account and the other is paid. I would like to move the paid account from the current email address it is associated with to my other email.When go on my paid account, and try to edit the email address in my profile, I get an error message stating that the new email address has already been used.How do I solve this? I don't want to close my paid zoom account as I have meetings set on it, but need to get rid of the email address it is connected with. 

another team member locked us out for 30 minutes. We have a meeting in 11 minutes.  I am the admin. How do I "UN-lock" our account. TIA!!!!

Hi, suddenly my zoom account has been downgraded to a non-paid account and it also shows an outstanding for approx $30/- does any one have any idea, what this could be about? earlier last week i checked it showed my plan validity till June 24. And suddenly it's downgraded and i don't even have access to live chat with customer support.  Can someone guide me with this. Thanks in advance.

Hello all,I used to have paid account of zoom and i have managed to save couple of meetings to my cloud storage. However, since i dont do online meetings anymore, i have not prolonged my subscription. I had not cleared my cloud storage before my account has been downgraded to free, and now i am getting email notifications of a full storage on daily basis. I cannot enter the recording settings (where i could disable them), because i do not have paid subscription.Is there any other way how to disable them? because it is annoying as hell...Thanks for help.

Can I purchase 30GB of cloud storage for an annual subscription instead of monthly payments?

What a horrible customer service experience! I spent 32 minutes on the phone WAITING to speak to a person and when I told her in a polite voice what a horrendous CS experience it was, she hung up on me. Really!? For a company that markets themselves as essentially a communication entity, Zoom is a joke.

Hello,  I pay for several plans with Zoom for over 30 employees and i'm not able to receive any support.I call your phone number and it asks to verify my account with meeting id and host id and Input the correct numbers only to hear that my account is not able to be found.I've tried your chat bot and it's literally a glorified option of searching the knowledge base using questions, which isn't helpful in the support that I need.I have a user that is needing their email address changed but in order to do so, Zoom says I need to get a code from the previous email, even though i'm an "administrator", I don't seem to have the rights to just push through the request, which is terrible as the other email account is not availalble.Please someone contact me at your earliest convenience, I don't understand how i'm not able to reach support. I pay this company tons of money and have reached out roughly 5 times over the past 3 years.

Our account administrator is suddenly no longer with the company. No forwarding information. His network account had to be disabled, so I can't even log in via SSO if I knew his password. I urgently need to change myself to the account owner but cannot log in as him to make that happen. I can't get ahold of anyone at support...I keep getting the message that my personal meeting ID doesn't exist, thought I use it constantly. Anyone out there have any ideas???

I am trying to upgrade to Zoom Pro.  The comment in the pink box says it does not accept my currency, even though I am UK based and pay in GBP.  Also can I pay monthly as this is easier for me.  I tried to call support only to be told it does not recognize my Personal Meeting ID or host key.  I am so frustrated right now and at the end of my tether!  I could cry!!!!!! I am holding a 4 week online laughter yoga course starting on 20th October and Zoom is putting so many obstacles in my way that I am on the brink of cancelling my account completely!  Can I just upgrade, pay monthly and not be treated like a number?

I am been billed almost 3 times the amount i agreed for my Pro Package. How can i rectify this

My sign in screen is always blank. Is there a way to save my user name and password so I don't have to key it in every time I want to sign in? Win 11, Chrome, desktop and/or laptop.  All other Apps save this info so you don't have to key it every time.   

Hi, I receive invoices to a particular email address every month, and I would like to cancel that subscription.  However, when I log in with the email on the invoice, it is showing that I have the free tier, with no prior invoices.  I have had a very hard time finding anywhere just to submit a ticket to get this resolved, and frankly, my experience so far has been atrocious.  Can someone please contact me to get this resolved? Thanks 

HalloIch habe vor 3 Tagen ein One Pro Abo gebucht und sofort dafür Geld überwiesen. Danach wurde ich informiert, dass ich innerhalb 24 Stunden eine Bestätigungsmail der Änderungen bekommen werde. Aber seit 3 Tagen habe ich keine E-Mail bekommen und mein Konto ist immer noch ein Basis-Konto. Wie lange muss ich noch warten? Ist es zu schwierig, eine Bestätigung zu bekommen, obwohl man die Gebühren schon bezahlt hat?Ich brauche ein Abo sehr dringend!Vielen Dank im voraus für die Antwort!

Hello,I currently have the basic account on Zoom.However, a friend of mine is adding me as a user/member to her pro account.Today, I tried to log in as a host to one of the meetings she had created, but unfortunately I wasn't accepted and had to wait for her to log in as host.I did this BEFORE I realized I had to accept the invitation to be user of her account.Any way, I clear my cache and tried again after accepting the invitation.I am still receiving the same message, and cannot log in as host.What can we do for me to become host without her having to make me host every single time?I'd appreciate your help!Thank you!

Hi, I have been trying to get some help with a bill and getting more information. We have been trying to get some clarification as well as getting it adjusted. I got in touch with Apple to remove the subscription so that I can upgrade and purchase from zoom directly. It still appears in my account and can’t seem to do anything

Hi,I have changed my communication mail address recently as I can't access the mails comming to the mail address that i have used to create my Zoom account.But when I trying to log in to my account still it is sending the verification code to the old mail address.jow can I get the verification code to the communication mail address ?Thx & RgdsHimantha 

I have upgraded my plan from basic to pro and paid Rs1534 to zoom and the money is also debited but zoom didnt start my pro plan. I have tride customer support also but there is no contact no or chatbot or mail id so i dont know whom should I speak with

Hello, on Monday the 25th of September I paid the new annual plan for Zoom Pro but it didn't upgrated yet.  What can I do?

We have a limit of 100 for our capacity.  I may have 1 meeting with 125 guests.  I'm fairly confident that less than 100 will log in but I have 2 questions.  Can I purchase a 1 time allowance of more than 100 guests rather than upgrade at the rate of $50.00 a month and what happens to the 101st person that tries to join.  Will they get an error message?  Thank you everyone!
