Mon administrateur à un compte pro, il m'a invité en tant que utilisateur (a la base je suis basique). j'ai accepté son invitation et sur mon compte je vois donc son compte pro. Par contre je n'arrive pas à accéder à plus de 40 mn de réunion . Pourquoi? comment y remédier? es ce que quelqu'un pourrait éclaircir ce point merci

Hey all 🙂I'm trying to upgrade my basic account for our business but struggling to get any questions answered by Zoon support (no email answers and the chatbot loves sending me around in loops even when it's pretending to connect me with a human, it never actually does) to figure out if I'm buying the right thing, hopefully, somebody might be able to help.  Our need is: I want to deliver occasional 2.5hr meditation classes (up to 16 participants) and my wife would like to deliver online yoga classes (up to 16 participants). The pro account carries 1-9 'licences' but 1 user. Does that mean that as long as we don't use the account at the same time, we could both share a pro account or would we need 2 users (2x £119)? 2nd problem, I've tried to purchase a pro account already. Occasionally it tries to give me a 30% discount. Other times not. Regardless it actually doesn't let me make a purchase, it throws up an error at checkout

At the beginning of October 2023, zoom charged me the annual amount, however it sent several emails saying that the payment was rejected due to lack of funds, but I have proof from the bank that the amount was deducted from my card, I've been looking for a Zoom email address so I can send proof and clarify this topic, but unfortunately I can't find a contact anywhere.Zoom charged me the annual fee again yesterday.How can I resolve this issue??

I just made a subscription for a "pro" account, I paid and I received a mail of confirmation, but if I check my account, it is still the basic one. How can be possible? How can I know if my subscription went good?

My wife has a paid account that she would like to cancel.  She lives in Canada and therefore cannot use the 888 phone number that is limited to use in the U.S.   There appears to be no Canadian support on the website.  She has cancelled payments on her credit card but she was billed again a month later on that same credit card account.   How can she cancel her paid account?

Hello, I need to create an annual Pro account for a client. Just one user. We are doing a webinar, then I am giving her the account to use for the next year. What is the best way to set it up? If I set it up in my name can I change it to her name so she can use it for the next year, or should I set it up with her name at the start? Payment will be done in my name however. Thank you

I've been using the same Zoom number with password since May 2020. Unfortunately, we theorise that someone with access to the account's laptop has been compromised. Last night, we experienced an intrusion by approximately 100 'Zoom bombers'. I just cancelled my Zoom account. As part of the many popups asking to pause rather than cancel, I also got asked if I wanted to convert to Zoom Basic Plus. Although I didn't want this for my business, I would be interested in it for my personal account. However when starting a new account (I am in the UK), this account type isn't available. Basic  - free or Pro for £120. Where's the Basic Plus...or are we really saying Zoom are offering existing clients better low-user deals than new customers?  Bit shady to say the least.

I am getting emails about limits on my cloud storage, but when I go to cloud storage it is empty. I think you have my account tagged to someone else, since I am getting a different name on the account periodically. How do I resolve this?

Hi,   I have purchased the U.S & Canada unlimited upgrade for my zoom phone. The payment was collected last Thursday but somehow it still says "You have a pending subscription request and Zoom is collecting Payment. Once received, you will be notified by email" on my 'Zoom Phone' page and I have received no email or any update. How long does it normally take for Zoom to process these payments? I've selected the ACH option to pay for it. Does this affect anything? Is there anyway to cancel this purchase and make the same purchase with another payment method? Thanks!

Hi, The Slack Zoom add-on is connected to the wrong email.When I type zoom config, I get the wrong email even though I'm logged into Zoom with the correct one.   Reinstalling and resetting Slack doesn't solve the issue. Removing the Zoom add-on also doesn't work.   I would appreciate help. Thanks

I have a paid account and am a Licensed user. How can I add someone to my account as a Basic user so they can host meetings but NOT have them lose their own paid account which has nothing to do with my account.
