At the beginning of October 2023, zoom charged me the annual amount, however it sent several emails saying that the payment was rejected due to lack of funds, but I have proof from the bank that the amount was deducted from my card, I've been looking for a Zoom email address so I can send proof and clarify this topic, but unfortunately I can't find a contact anywhere.
Zoom charged me the annual fee again yesterday.
How can I resolve this issue??
