I would like to change the currency of my plan payment from  American DOLLAR  to Brazilian REAL. However, before changing it ,  I would like to know how much I will pay for the same plan in REAL,  in case I decide to change it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to find this information anywhere, before I decide it for good. To make things worse, once I change the currency, I won't be able to return to the previous one anymore!

As a Zoom One Pro user, can I book an additional license for just one meeting? I only need the second license one day a year.

Why is the price advertised for USD13.32 per month, billed annually, but when I choose this option it does not take into account the discount that is advertised.

Hi,I was signing in to my zoom account, and I found out that it erased my account and started a new one and I lost all of my data. What can I do to retrieve my old account?

We created a new account using our organizational email address. However, we accidentally select educator option for age under 13. How to revoke the selection and set up a normal organizational account? Currently, our account is showing as locked, because the consent is pending for signature. 

I have one Zoom Pro Subscription account and am managing one user, including myself.   When I try to change one user from Basic to Licensed, I encounter an issue. Previously, I was able to make this change, but today, after changing all users to Basic, I can no longer upgrade a user to Licensed.   I received the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."   However, my account shows that one Zoom Pro license is available, yet I still cannot make the change.   Please help me resolve this issue.

When I try to use the desktop app, I'm told that I need to upgrade to version 5.15.5.  It also tells me to contact my IT department to have this done.  I don't have an IT department.  What do I do now? Thanks.

I was creating a Zoom account with my work email today. I accidentally clicked educator account and now I am unable to create my account. I tried to redo the signup process and this did not help as it redirected back to the educator info page. I tried to follow the advice from several of the forums and contact support. The billing and account management department said they could not help me and technical support immediately closed my case and basically told me to refer to the same forums that referred me to them. I really need this fixed and I do not understand why others accounts were brought restarted by mine can't. I cannot finish the signup portion so I only have the email in question but I do not have a meeting ID or anything as the sign-up portion is not done.

Bot can't understand me. Basic question! The pricing table says the above is £119.90 per year. On our account it says next payment due is £129.90 . The difference is too small for VAT and it does say that the latter includes taxes in any case.  Anyone know which is correct?

I have an overdue invoice, for which the plan is valid until June 10, 2025. I want to discontinue my subscription because I can't afford the plan. The invoice is overdue for 5 days. Can I pay for the 5-day overdue fine instead of paying for another whole-year plan?

When I set up zoom years ago I used the hi@ email address.I then changed it to kylie@ as I had a new staff member using hi@ and I wanted to have full login myself.Somehow it's now changed itself (ZOOM!) back to hi@ and I ca n't change it back.I have tried to contact support and the CHAT tells me I'm not eligible for support - even though I have a paid account, which I think is outrageous! One of my team members has the login, however I, as the company owner, should have it. No matter how hard we try, we can't change it back to me. I have screenshots and all manner of things to share. Please help! p.s When I try change the Zoom account's email address to kylie@ the message I receive is that kylie@ is already registered ... however, I can't log in with that email address. HelloI had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators. Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)

Last Saturday, I signed in with a Pro Plan using a mistaken email, I used puntoycoma.sv, instead of my correct email pycoma.sv. I reported this but I didn't have an answer, so I made another subscription with my correct email. The thing is, that I want to cancel the subscription with the mistaken email because I can't log in and I am not going to use it. Can you help me please?

So, basically the error 1132 is when APPARENTLY one person has violated the zoom's rules.    Apparently because they have a very stupid policy, they don't even try to send an alert or something similar before to block the MAC address of a device, and exactly , they don't blocked the profile like a lot of times i read here, they pretend to say they block profiles, but actually they block physical machine.   But they wanna tell us they are so kind they forgive us the first time if we have been. bad kids, but only the first time.   So if you have bought for instance a second hand laptop from a pretty bad kid, you are so happy to have saved maybe a lot of money, but when you tried to download zoom and use it as usual, you are gonna to discover you can't use zoom. I am getting the error code 1132 come up and it is not allowing anyone to sign in on zoom on the app, its becoming rather frustrating and when `I raised a ticket no help or support was offered but it was insinuated that if I paid for a subscription that then I will be get help, please can someone help ive raised the report, tried deleting the app/removing from files and re downloading yet I still get the same problem can someone please put me out my misery
