Hello, I recently created a new sub account for a subsidiary company of ours. We got already other sub account. On this new sub account I cant find the Tab "Meeting Connector". This Setting is missing. On the other Sub Accounts is it avaible. What can I do, that my Sub Account has access to our ON-Premise-System?Pleas help.Thank You so much 

Hello, I've been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a month, but I keep getting an error message saying 'You cannot edit your current plan until your currency change request is complete'. On the other hand, in the Billing Management section there is an 'error in processing your currency change request' (even though I haven't made such a request). How can I resolve this issue?  Thank you in advance

Can someone help me with that?? I just wondered why the yearly rate was higher and saw this subscription that I never used or signed up for 😞 

I signed up for Zoom using Google SSO. The business email I used was hosted by Google workspace at the time and have now switched to a different provider. This means I can no longer sign in using Google SSO. The password reset option is not working (no email is triggered). I can't sign in to my Business account with a Pro license (I'm posting on this forum from my personal free account).  How can I remove my SSO login and switch to a password login? 

I am trying to change my Zoom login email address. When I enter the new address, Zoom says that address has already been used and won't let me change. What do I do to get around this?

Has anyone been successful with this? I followed the instructions here Pre-configuring the Outlook add-in (zoom.com) and followed the steps to successfully configure the SSO domain. However, I can't get any of the other steps to work

I keep getting reminder-mails from Zoom saying I should update my card now. I have done it a few times and am now fed up with it (my card is just fine and valid until 2029). How can I turn this BS off? Since Zoom themselves are obviously not interested in customer satisfaction:Does anyone from the community have an idea?

I was the administrator of our Zoom subscription and I found out that our subscription was not continued by management. I was not informed and now I get helpdesk calls from users who want to participate with other companies zoom meetings and they cannot register due to our associated domain registration. I cannot delete or administer the registration any more and I filed a case a few days agoo, but no response from support still.   How do I contact zoom support to finally end that domain registration?

My business account has one one-month webinar subscription which is active until May 12th which we used to hold a webinar last week. We would like to hold a webinar on May 22nd as well, so I am trying to purchase an additional month of webinar to either replace our current plan or lengthen the subscription by 1 month. This seems simple but is completely impossible to do online. When I try to edit our webinar subscription, I am unable to add a month or switch to an annual plan. After selecting the new plan, entering payment details, and clicking Place Order I get the error message "i is undefined" in Firefox, and a similar javascript error message in Edge. Hi, I recently received an email from zoom about subscription being due. Email had a date at least a month old, and my subscription isn't due until July anyway! Couldn't find any contact besides this to query or point out to zoom a possible scam. Anyone know a contact or had similar emails. If a scam they seemed to have my details, which is a worry.

Hello,  I need your support!I have a Zoom account, where I pay for, but I can no longer access to it. When I want to login, I get the following message:You cannot log in to your account. Please try the other procedures listed. E-Mail and password is definitly correct. I tried to restore the password, but then I get the following e-mail back (translated from german to english):A request has been made to change your account password. Since your account administrator has disabled signing in with your work email address, please click the button below and sign in using one of the other methods listed. I don´t understand this. I signed up for Zoom in 2023. I didn't log in or use the account. I forgot about it. In January 2024, I got an email saying I violated terms of service and was suspended. This is impossible..because I hadn't logged in since signing up. I appealed and said this and account was reinstated. I didn't need to use Zoom so still hadn't logged in since signing up. Now since April, I have been getting back to back emails about account violations even though I haven't logged into Zoom since signing up.I am getting tired of the emails and am considering further action because Zoom can't tell me I broke rules if I haven't even logged in. I would like an actual human and not automated Zoom replies. Zoom already had to send me a check for violating the law, so I don't mind getting paid again to stop being harassed.

Under "Admin > Account Management > Account Settings > General > System Updates > "Set the minimum client versions below:" The "Latest" iOS version listed is not the "Latest" 6.0.2 available in the Apple App Store. WHY NOT? ITS BEEN OUT OVER A WEEK! WHY NOT CORRECTLY LIST IT AS THE LATEST?
