Hi I am unable to update my payment details. I keep getting the attached error message. Any thoughts as to why?

We use Zoom to set up interviews between our clients and candidates, but Zoom made the waiting room feature a forced requirement on all business accounts since Covid due to people hacking in to Zoom rooms.   This is very inconvenient for us because as the third party, we always have to start the meetings for them instead of them being able to do this themselves.   Is there anyway to choose to opt out of this so that our business account is not required to have a waiting room/password?

I am having an issue from switching monthly to anually plan on my account,I get a promotion price such as RM104.95 for annual,I am really interested on signing for these package but when I checkout to make payment ,it shows my payment ios RM149.99 per annum, I am so confucing about these issue,hope management can help me for these ,thank you so much.

First of all, Good Morning, and thank you for any attention here.  Briefly, our neighborhood association is running its monthly meeting this evening.  I am the VP of the association.  I am (listed) our paid Zoom account.  But the regular leader of these meetings, and the originator of the link that everyone has (100 attendees is typical), was called away on very short notice.   I need to be able to 'run' the meeting in a way that allows me to hand off Screen Share to the several presenters we'll have.  I am loathe to create a new link and scramble to get it out to everyone.  Ownership of the meeting, that is my goal here. 

Why my invoice stated that i have due?  My current Pro Plan Subscription should be due on 9th March 2022. can anyone help me on this issue?

We have upgraded the zoom host to 2 hosts on July 6, 2021-5 August 2021, and have paid the zoom admin, but there are still 2 bills on zoom on July 7th.Then on August 3, we have downgraded to 1 host but the bill for the period 6 August-September is still for 2 hosts? Explanation please ?

I have a seemingly serious problem with my Zoom account, and now am looking for a solution. My Zoom account was and still is connected to my old email address, which is no longer existing, neither possible to retrieve. (I thought I have changed my email attached to the current email address of mine, but apparently failed to change it successfully.) It was a Gmail account of one educational institution (not personal email, therefore), and I chose to set in my Zoom account with the option of "Login with Google Account." So I neither have a simple password which I can try to enter to log in. Now, what should I do to access to my Zoom account or Zoom profile page without having an access to the email account? My Zoom app locked me out, I could not enter my profile page because I can't get the host key via account. I tried to reach the Admin. but failed as the call on the phone also required me to have some digit

Why do I get charged extra fees after the fee plus taxes.  The extra charge doesn't appear on my statement

Hi,I've just added a new user to my account so my account can run two meetings concurrently.  They've received the invite by email and I can see they are no longer 'pending' as a user.  My question is this:1. Do they need to be a member or an admin?2. How do they login to the Zoom account?  With the original email address and password or they own personal email address and the original password? I just need to understand HOW this will work, so that we don't throw eachother out of our meetings please.Thanks.

Hi    Zoom was okay one day and then starting yesterday, I cannot login from either of my devices or even use Zoom without logging in. All I receive is a message saying Error 1132.   I am on iOS devices.I have tried to deleting the apps and reinstalling i have changed my password my billing is up to date   i need to use tomorrow. I placed a web ticket almost 24 hours but no resolution.  any advice?

Hello. We have decided that we need more than one Personal Meeting Room for our small nonprofit. In other words, my Co-founder and I both need separate Personal Meeting IDs due to conflicts when we have separate meetings at the same time. I'm hoping someone can explain the advantages and disadvantages between these two options: [a] setting up my co-founder with a license within our existing PRO accountor[b] my co-founder signing up for her own paid Zoom PRO account What do we gain or lose by these two options? Thanks!

I am planning to  cancel my license. After the cancellation what will happen to the cloud storage of my previously recorded meeting?

The amount already appeared on my card bill, but here in Brazil we don't find any channel to make this type of request or complaint. Hello, first of all sorry for my English (I write from Italy)! I have been paying Pro Plan until June. From July on, I've not been interested in Pro Plan any more: it is enough Base Plan for me. My problem is that I left Pro Plan just quitting to pay.... and I keep receiving invitation to pay... I don't know how to stop receiving them, and how to "communicate" with the system my desire to stay in Base Plan. I attach here a screenshot of my billing status. Hi,  i have a problem similiar to RedDouglas but am unable to view the original solution given. I attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.   I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it. Thanks

I live in a third world country that is trying to limit currency flow. It does this by limiting the daily amount that can be spent internationally on a credit card, in this case $100.00 Us.   Can I pay for the pro account in two installments of 100 the first day, and 49.90 the second?   If so, how do I do this?   Thank you -Harry
