Everytime  I log into my zoom account, it switches to my wife's account.  Can anyone help me sort this out?

Do i have an account number, host number my zooom number?  all differnt?  

I recently performed an email address change in our IdP (Azure AD) and it resulted in a new Zoom account being provisioned instead of the previous account being updated to use the new email address. I then came across this KBA that states to contact support to get it changed: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362563-How-Do-I-Change-the-Email-on-My-Account-Is there no way to have the email address change in our IdP to propagate to the existing Zoom account to be updated? We're starting to harden our security posture when it comes to users in higher-risk roles by changing their email address from our standard naming convention and I'd really like to avoid having to reach out to Support anytime there's an email address change.

I want to be sure - I can have over 20 on my meeting - my subscribe i come through....

I get standard pro annual plan from Jun 14, 2021-Jun 13, 2022, but my account zoom still basic.  My number of transaction is P-99836278 date of payment was Jun 14, 2021.  Kindly find attached the invoice to proof my payment.  Please can you fix this issue to get a pro account.

Hi all  Is the price of a zoom licence the same globally? I.E I am based in the UK so Pro is £11.99, is this 13.99 euros, 16.55 in dollars etc. Is the price calibrated across the global, or does it cost more as a unit depending on region? Any help would be appreciated  Thanks

Every time I want to change my password, i receive a message to go back and that i need to login with facebook, I do not want to do that, i dont remember a password but, when i do the forgot password it take me back to the llop over and over, obiously there are not humans to contact which is funny since it asks to click on "im not a robot", I few months ago my facebook account was hacked and i will close it very soon, but i need to change my zoom password first, which apparently i am not aloud through this loop from hell, what can i do since already went through the all autoservice and nothing

I am using an iMac with Big Sur. I am no longer able to sign in. When I try it simply returns to the sign-in screen with no error message. Using Firefox I do not have any issues. I have tried clearing the cookies.   Any ideaa?

Pro Plan mentioned as 520 per month  on Pricing section of Zoom but when I try to upgrade it charge Rs 1300

when I am inviting a person I notice that their email address is not correct how do I change it within zoom

I did not notice pricing for one call for a group of about 50 individuals. Can Zoom come-up with a one time use pricing for hosting meetings? Typical requirement for most people - in my view - would be for about 30 people to connect for about 3 hours.   I know one can take a subscription for one month and cancel it, but having an option for single calls will help. Thank you.

I've tried to upgrade my account and filled in all the fields with my Visa debit card details.  i get a notification from my bank saying Zoom has taken 1pence but the full payment isn't going through.  I've tried 2 different cards.  

I have extended the payment and I canceled how to reactivate it so that I can use premium.

My Pro subscription ends Sept. 16, 2021. Zoom has offered me a 20% discount to renew for another year. Looking forward to doing the renewal. However, the 20% discount offer expires August 31, 2021. What happens to my PAID SUBSCRIPTION from Sept1-16/2021 if I grab the offer to renew August 31, 2021?  

  I paid the bill for 5 days already. The payment is visible in the personal account. But conferences are limited to 40 minutes. How to activate a new tariff? Why can't I use the paid pro plan?

I would like to discuss cancelling service.  Terms state that I must cancel in writing at least 30 before end of term.  I am unable to get to the correct department or person to start this process.     Can someone walk me through it?
