Greetingsour name is mafam galil at mail ***********Looking at my account I saw that there was a credit and two debits.I recently extended the account for two additional months in light of expected activity. At the same time, I saw at the same time that a charge was made from an account in the amount of 149.9 dollars.I would be happy to understand and sort out all the charges to make sure I don't pay twice.In any case, I would like my account to be active until the end of June 2023 and no additional months will be charged.

I did not plan to continue my yearly subscription. However, I received an invoice for the next year of Zoom. I do not need it and I cannot pay it now. Nobody asked my permission. I do not want to use Pro Zoom any more, I unsubscribed already. Please, help me to cancel the invoice!!!My Zoon number is 119162839,  

Just woke up to this message: Subject: "Your subscription has expired" Body:Hi [Name],Your paid subscription has previously expired. Your cloud recordings are now being deleted from our systems." ---I don't recall paying for this subscription, but apparently I have. I would like a chance to psosibly retrieve any recordings that may be on the cloud before Zoom deletes them. I already did "Account Management >  Recording Management" as suggested by Google but didn't see a Recording Management tab there. Can anyone help? Thank you.

We have a paid licence that we cannot use, as when we try to allocate it to a use it says we have exceeded the number of users. The licence is there we just cannot access it. How do we sort this?

I am trying to download Zoom on my new MacBook Pro and Zoom stated that I do not have administrative privileges. I am using the same login that I used on my old computer. Help Please.

We recently purchased the Zoom Pro edition for two users.  My email is listed as the owner (user 1).  I have been attempting to add the second user.  Each time I have tried I have received a message that I have no licenses left to add a user, yet mine is the only listed.  I have submitted two tickets with no response and today I attempted to get help over the phone but was told I don't qualify for live phone support.  That is frustrating.  How am I supposed to find out what is wrong if I can't contact the company.  Anyone else have trouble adding the additional user when you have purchased more than one user?

For terminating my account is a code needed. But i have no code! Deleting can`t confirmed. Please help, thx.

hola, como puedo actualizar mi plan , ya que zoom me degrado a plan básico por falta de pago, después de ello liquide mi factura pendiente, pero mi plan no se actualizo y sigo en básico limitado a 40 minutos de Reunión.al intentar cambiar el plan obviamente me indica que tengo que volver a pagar, lo debo de hacer asi? se cargara a mi tarjeta de crédito este nuevo pago? o en automático se tomara en cuenta el pago que realice hace un par de meses? ya que mi plan vence en noviembre de este año. en el correo  de notificación me indica que pague mis facturas y después me suscriba nuevamente, no entiendo aqui, tengo que dar de baja mi cuenta? agradezco su ayuda

I have one "Zoom One Pro" subscription. And managing three users including myself.When I'm changing one user from Basic to Licensed, I fail to change. Before this attempt, all three users are Basic. Zoom says "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." Currently, no users can be activated. Hi, We have two Zoom-accounts at my company. They are both being billed to me. One of them were managed by a coworker that not longer work here. Before he left he gave me the sign in to the Zoom account, with his email and password. Now I need to sign in to get the billing info but Zoom asks me about the verification code - that is being sent to his email (that no longer exist). How do I get around this? I made the payment for an annual subscription on April 12th in India. It was not reversed and yet my account was downgraded to Basic. Who do I speak to or how do I fix this?

frustrated with zoom inability to talk to me - we are a non profit and don't pay for all the live chat services.  I'm trying to change our password but cannot remember the original.   Is there any other way to change our password without  listing the original...?  HELP!

I have one licensed user that we pay for, but when we try to set it to someone it says we have exceeded the limit and won't allow it.  How do i cancel zoom and get my money back.

I was charged an additional amount on my bill and don't know why. I've asked for help and have received a reference number but no help.

I have purchased a licenced account for myself and added one of my employees as a user.  She is only able to use it for 40 minutes.  Do I need to pay for her to have her own license or can she use mine?  I really don't need one but want to pay for hers. 

Hello,Can someone please tell me if Zoom is experiencing any problems with accepting payment from EU countries bank accounts? I have tried 3 separate cards today to pay for an invoice, and each time my payment was rejected. The original card linked to the Zoom account, that I have used for months was rejected and i recieved the following message: was unable to process successfully ( Error: Transaction declined.402 - [card_error/card_declined/transaction_not_allowed] Your card does not support this type of purchase. ). I have also spoken to my bank, and they seem to suggest that the rejection might have something to do with EU regulations. Does anyone have any knowledge/similar experience? Don't know what else to do/who to ask 😞 Thank you all!!
