Whiteboard

In present mode, I have a whiteboard with several pages. Is it possible to lock the other pages so that my participants can only view the page that I am on as you are able to when you normally share screen? Can I share my computer sound while presenting/collaborating my Zoom Whiteboard? If so, how?    Thanks    Adam    

My participants cannot see the content on any of my Zoom Whiteboards. This has not happened before.  Why is this?  I have a Zoom Pro account. Does Zoom want me to upgrade my plan to unlimited whiteboards so that my participants can see the content on my whiteboards?  Most of my whiteboards are VIEW-ONLY. Is this the reason why my participants cannot see the content of my whiteboards both non-view and view only? 

初めて質問をさせていただきます。ホワイトボード機能を使っていて、PDFにエクスポートすると、文字が消えます。作成した図形は残っているのですが、文字のみが消えてしまう状態です。まだホワイトボード機能を使い始めたばかりで、色々と勝手がわかっておりません。何か対処法はありますでしょうか。 使用しているのは、mac用のアプリで、バージョンは5.13.11。ただし、アプリ上だと、ホワイトボードのエクスポートボタンが見当たらないため、Google Chrome上でエクスポートをおこなっています。プレビュー画面では文字も見えているのに、書き出し後のPDFファイルには文字がない、という状態です。PNGでは書き出し可能です（若干文字が切れたりはしますが）。こういった場合の対処法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますと幸いです。

Hi Zoom community, I am using the PRO license of my company.  I am trying to setup a retrospective session by using the whiteboarding functionality.  I would like to share the board with people outside of my organization to populate the board with their experiences.  I would like to have these individuals update the board before the meeting, which saves time during the meeting. I have found some configurations, which i have changed.I cannot update the access level to Editor.  Therefore the board remains viewable to external people outside of the meeting.I have also looked at this article and made the adjustments as described.

HiI have an issue when I try to start witheboard on Version 5.15.2(18096), it shows the witheboard window but keeps loading and I can not select anything also not able to create a new one.On the WebPortal it looks everything good.I updated to the newest version 5.15.3 but still same issue.  Any idea?Thanks 

there is a lag while typing when working with apple pencil on the new ipad. Have any of you had this situation? Never had this problem on the old iPad.

Dear all,  I have two problems and am quite under pressure, since my online seminar runs next Sat & Sun. 1. I have prepared different whiteboards and would like to have them edited and saved in several breakout rooms.However, my participants do not have access to these whiteboards.What setting do I have to make so that each group of breakout rooms can open, edit and save their own whiteboard (my own)?I can open a template myself from the breakout room, but as soon as I leave the room it is closed.Is there a trick to access prepared whiteboards from the breakout room? I am offered whiteboard, but then only a white sheet appears....2. Problem: screen sharing. How can I access individual applications? At the moment, only the desktop is offered to me, which means that I have to awkwardly "position" individual windows in advance in order to be able to share them.Does anyone have a workaround or an ide

Hello. I'd like to know if there's a way that participants receive automatically the files created during a meeting (screenshots and whiteboards). I thought of a workflow but any other way would work as well. I use Calendly for scheduling meetings.

I am using ipad and apple pencil.Until yesterday, there was no problem.But today, the top of the screen has blocking area (blue range like text area beside subject) and pecil is not working correctly...I updated my App. Help me plz..

Hello everyone I am using my school device to be descriptive a iPad and emails kind of gets sent when I am in a meeting but that’s OK that’s OK but when I’m in a meeting I can use Whiteboard without leaving the meeting I share my screen a lot so that’s why I’m not leaving the meeting  l use Whiteboard but when I use Whiteboard with a stylus it kinda logs me out though but I can still get back in pretty fine but when I reply to my emails when I’m in a meeting with a stylus it doesn’t log me out but when I’m trying to send the email back to the person who sent me the email it doesn’t go through so please be aware if you use it with a stylus it will kind of log you out at first but then you’ll start getting used to it and you’ll start knowing what to do

I am working on a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 touchscreen for online tutoring. The main issue I have had with the whiteboard  is the need to reinitialize the pen every time I move the screen or do anything else.The pen now remains active when moving the whiteboard BUT almost every touch of the stylus causes the whiteboard to expand. I have tried with two different brands of stylus. Has anyone else experienced this? It makes the whiteboard almost unusable for me. Very frustrating. I was going to include Google Meet to my platforms but if this persists I will drop Zoom entirely.

Anyone had this problem? When I us the whiteboard since the most recent upgrade, clients cannot see what I am writing on it which is a bit of an inconvenience to sy

Hi!In my Zoom PC-App there is no option to export the Whiteboard to .png or .pdf available. But this should be listed in the three dots menu (..) where also "move to trash" is available right?  (like described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwyOGxeUyf4)In the zoom-user settings  "Allow saving of whiteboard content" is checked.Any idea how to get this working?Thanks! 

Hi, I'll will deliver formation to different groups that will require to access whiteboards (located on the cloud). I'd like to create in advance zoom account for my futur users (to ease the access to the whiteboard). Is there a way to do so ? Can I create multiple accounts (email and password) in just a few steps ? Thanks for your time, C.

Hi everybody, we stumbled upon the question, if it is possible to copy content from one whiteboard to another one? Or export/import not only a png/pdf, but the whiteboard with his objects? Any plans on this? Thanks and take care -christian

I've recently tried to use the whiteboard in group sessions.  Have set up the whiteboard with several pages and headings in advance - all visible and I've been able to add info to the boards.  When participants have started to collaborate and add info to the boards, I lose all visibility of what was previously on the board and what's being added.  This is limiting me using the whiteboard as I can see nothing to facilitate discussions.  When I save/export the boards I can see the information.  I'm using Zoom Version 5.13.11 (16405).  Any ideas how to fix this?  Thanks 

Hi, I'm wondering if there are any other options for me, like an add-on or something. I'm currently on Zoom Pro, which I use for my online tutoring business. However I need to be able to use more than 3 whiteboards, and the current plan isn't meeting that. In every other way it goes well beyond what I need to the point that I have no use for most of it, and I have no use for any of the other Business features, so if I were to upgrade to Business I would be paying for a whole new plan simply for one feature. As a poor student this is very frustrating to me. It's ridiculous that I'm paying $22 a month and only get access to 3 whiteboards, which, aside from the actual video meetings and screen sharing, is the only feature I need. I would really appreciate any help!

I have created a mind map board.  I want to share it in 5 breakout groups for each group to create their own map.  Is this possible?

When I share a whiteboard in a meeting, most of the text boxes kind of cut off at the bottom. When I double click on one, all the text appears, but the formatting changes - the text boxes become 'long' if I can say that. And I can't resize them properly - it just won't go into the shape I want and the text size changes as well. I make sure to manually select the font size, but no luck. Please help!

I love the new Whiteboard and use it, but it would be more useful if it had a variety of stamp tools to use in brainstorming sessions. Once the ideas are out on the board, having the participants use a stamp to "vote" on the most significant ideas is a feature I've seen and used on other platforms and would love to see it added. Thanks, Rick

I recently had a replacement DTEN companion whiteboard installed and it had to be updated to the latest version of Zoom Room software to work with the existing ZR. When closing the whiteboard, there is a prompt to save by QR code or email, but the QR code is not generating or displaying. Any ideas?

While the 'Delete Page Contents' option is buried in the pages section, is there a way, and ideally a keyboard shortcut that can clear the whiteboard of anything that was written. This would be incredibly useful so that if I have a lot of people collaborating, or in a lesson want to explain something quickly... As a workaround is there a keyboard shortcut for 'Add page' such that I could quickly do that? I thought in the older whiteboard there was a 'clear all' that was a trash can icon? And I'm just surprised that this feature appears to be missing, unless it's been moved?

Hi, I am trying to create a workflow post a conference event. The idea is for me, as a 'moderator' to setup some sort of Calendly or Microsoft Bookings (preferably) meetings that go out to a a few people, who then accept a time in my calendar that BOTH are available, and then have Zoom automatically send out an invite to myself and the two of them, with custom Zoom settings. Basically, it will be me and multiple groups of 2-3 people that I need to do this with. SoI sent out an email (or an invite?) to 2-3 people (or one at first or all at once?)They see my availability on the calendar and select some times the are free. It then goes out to the next person that should be in the meeting to select a time that works for me and the person above (or send it to all people at once but not sure how that would work).

I use Zoom for various purposes for both our nonprofit and private tutoring that i do. I have tried to use the whiteboard, with little success for my needs. There are a bunch of ones that I had tried and deleted (sic. closed) and tonight, found a bunch of them.I attempted to select a single board, hit the ellipsis and the only option presented is, "LOCK." There is no command/option to delete this and a number of other whiteboards. Any help or ideas?Thank you.
