spam emails

This is still a problem. I have unsubscribed from all webinar emails three times, received confirmation emails each time, and not two days goes by before I get another.

I reported it through the trust and safety form, got a generic reply, followed up today when I got yet another one of these spam invitations and the immediate reply I got was that the TICKET HAD BEEN CLOSED!

Not escalated, not resolved, just closed. Absolutely nothing has been done despite plenty of evidence that Zoom is aware of the problem. The implemented “solution” does nothing and the opt-out doesn’t actually work. Really seems like negligence, or possibly even complicity, to the point of violating the CAN-SPAM act.
