    Guys here is the truth. Zoom has no intention of addressing this issue until they are sued. I agree with EricF. if you blacklist them then you might miss webinar updates from legitimate sources and they know this very well. I believe there is a movement on Reddit to create a class action law suit against them now brewing so they will soon be faced with a choice. Until then they have a moderator in here who keeps telling people to go to Zoom support. I think both her and the powers that be (we don't even know if she is a bot or not) know that the RIGHT thing to do is put an unsubscribe link in the email. I personally hope they get sued and for now I am blacklisting the entire Zoom platform. If this class action needs members to add to it, I will come back here and let you guys know. Zoom is just another disgusting company that profits from scammers and spammers and this is the way the tech world is going right now.

    Hey ZOOM,

    With all your money and technology you should be able to add to buttons to all meeting invitations.

    1. Remove me from this list (no more solicitations).
    2. Report this as SPAM.

    Then it would be nice if your new fancy dancy AI system could block spammers.

    That would be fantastic except that form is BROKEN. I sit there and try to type in the explanation box and nothing happens. I cut/paste into it and it shows up 20 seconds later. I hit the submit button, nothing happens. I DON'T WANT THESE @&*@#*&@(#*@ SPAM EMAILS!!!!!

    I agree that ZOOM has to do something. I'm too getting an increasing number of Spammers using Google Calendar to register people to "webinars" on ZOOM without my consent - and ZOOM is sending out invitation mails. This issue has been brought to ZOOM's attention years ago and we still get the same answer: report to a form, that doesn't even have this specific misuse listed in their dropdowns? Why isn't ZOOM able to protect their users by adding one line to their invitation emails: you did not register? Unregister and block sender here: …

    Hi everyone on this thread... At this point, two years into this issue, and Zoom still hasn't provided a way to unsubscribe and report spam easily from these unwanted webinar registrations. It seems obvious that Zoom is unwilling to do anything about this.

    So maybe the best thing to do would be to start sending complaints to the FCC.  I don't know how else to get Zooms attention.

    Zoom keeps themselves protected from spam... They removed all of my replies and comments from this thread.

    Wait are you guys serious? You are worried about users using profanity, you have a post approval filter up and you have the gall to ask people to be civil and zoom has not yet provided an unsubscribe link on those spam emails. Let's be real.... You guys are being disgusting and people have had enough of this. I have had to blacklist your email on my email because of this. All those people up there are expressing themselves and telling you this is unacceptable and you guys are here talking about civility?? We this post has no profanity or other issues like mrfreepress, let's see if you post this. I really hope Microsoft's new teams app destroys your business. This is ridiculous.

    I'd say this gets more and more annoying.

    I've reported a few times via "trust form" but not willing to waste any more time unless you make it one click report straight from the webinar invite email.

    Hello Community Members,

    Thank you for your patience and continued support—we truly value your feedback.

    We're excited to announce the rollout of our enhanced unsubscribe experience. For lower-tier webinar licenses, all webinar-related emails will now include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. With a single click, recipients can immediately unsubscribe from all webinar communications associated with that Zoom account.

    If you change your mind, you’ll have the option to resubscribe right from the confirmation page—making the process quick and seamless.

    To help us maintain a trusted email experience, please continue reporting any spam senders via the following link: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

    Thank you for being a part of our community as we work to improve your Zoom experience.

    Finally something, thank you!

    But you should really take it one step further, as GoToWebinar does.

    They have two links:

    1) Stop emails from this event organizer (pretty much the option you implemented - I have never ever used this because it makes no sense when I've opted in to the Zoom myself)

    2) Report spam (this is what I use 100% of the time - because it will do #1 included + help take down the spammer quickly before they can send out 100K more emails and annoy more users)

    Makes sense?

    Out of desperation, I'm testing this:

    Create a Gmail filter that automatically deletes incoming emails from Zoom with Reply-To addresses from gmail.com or outlook.com:

    ## Creating the Filter

    1. Open Gmail in your web browser.

    2. Click on the Settings icon (gear) in the upper-right corner, then select "See all settings".

    3. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

    4. Click "Create a new filter".

    5. In the search criteria form, enter the following in the "Has the words" field:
    ```
    from:zoom.us replyto:(gmail.com OR outlook.com)
    ```

    6. Click "Create filter with this search" at the bottom of the form.

    7. In the actions section, check the box for "Delete it" to automatically send matching emails to trash.

    8. Click "Create filter" to activate it.
