Hi,we are selling live webinars (fixed dates) and coaching (individual dates). We need a WP plugin that works at best completely automated with Zoom. That means,- we sell the webinar through our website or (for coaching) the customer chose a date and time- payment- after payment, customer gets the zoom link for the webinar or a zoom link is automatically created for the coaching time- incl. calender entry I know that works half way with The Events Calendar (with WooCommerce) and Simply Schedule for the coaching (without WooCommerce) . However, we want just ONE  application for both services we offer - that works just fine with ZOOM. I would appreciate it if you have a recommendation! thank you.   

dear people,   we are a group of artist that is working on an event that would like to combine zoom experience with a live physical co-presence of a larger group of people. In other words we would need that a group of 60 people/audience is able to access zoom session while sitting together in a same room. Problem that we are encountering is that we are imagining large group of participants hooking up to zoom through the same router/wifi connection. The connection should be strong and stableenough to host 60 people in a same zoom session from one location, through the same wifi connection and allow hosts to share screen and stream audio and video with everybody. Is that possible and do you have any advice how to go about it. It is an urgent question and we would really appreciate some feedback about it. Thank you in advance!

Posting to see if anyone is aware of an issue where panelist see no activity in the Q&A window and the above bar says "Connecting..."Occurred during a live webinar, only impacting one panelist. Any reports/fixes would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi,This morning I've organised a webinar with 50 pax.After the webinar I'va visited de usage report but is empty, without any information.The system show me the total users (53) but impossible to now who was connected in this session.Any ideas to solve this? Thanks!!!

I've set up a webinar to allow a Practice Session in advance. But, Attendees logged in early and were shown as Participants/Attendees. Can I allow Panelists to automatically join the early Practice Session, and keep Attendees out until the webinar start time?

Hi all, we have a Zoom One licence and also the smallest webinar licence. We have one admin account. Now we want to add a second admin account that also has access to the same webinars. Both administrators should manage the webinar (edit, start, etc.). Is this possible? If so, which licence is it?  Best regardsMoritz

I am doing a csv file import for a zoom webinar and I'm noticing that the number confirmed in Zoom is less than the number on the csv file. I am wondering if Zoom automatically deduplicates or if I need to look further regarding the discrepancy.

Hi, I have recently attended a Zoom meeting / webinar that had a dynamic background.  This was a conference table facing the Zoom audience though each speaker appeared at different seats on the virtual conference table as panelists. I haven't been able to find this functionality on my own.  Is this available to my Enterprise account and, if so, how do we enable during a Zoom meeting / webinar? Many thanks in advance! Best,bej

Hello,I am helping put together a conference happening in early November. It is a multi-day conference that has talks happening at the same time, and we ideally want to live stream them all too. The idea was to have a main webinar that people joined, and then they could decide what talk they wanted to go to, and join the breakout room of their choice. However, it appears that the webinar feature of zoom does NOT include breakout rooms. Is there a way to have multiple webinars at the same time that people could join, or should we just use meetings instead? Is there any other layout anyone would suggest? Thanks for reading 🙂

I would like to play a pre-recorded video file into a webinar live. How can I do it seemlessly, so the participants will not notice it is a pre-recorded video?  Should I open a video player and share my screen (as a host) before the webinar start? or any better way to start the webinar? Regards,Rebecca214

Honestly don't even know if chat was on, if it has to be enabled or anything...  Just curious from the attendees' perspective was there a chat option and did anyone utilize it.  Want to make sure I respond to any chats if they happened..

Last year when using Webinars I could see the list of Attendees while I was in a practice session prior to opening the webinar. When testing my set up this year, I don't seem to be able to see the attendees until I start the webinar. Sometimes I want to promote an attendee to panelist before the webinar starts but I can't do that if I can't see who is waiting for the session to start. Has this changed? Can I no longer see Attendees waiting for the webinar to start? If it was changed, why? It was very useful seeing who and how many were waiting for the webinar to start.

I just saw that Zoom did not send out the usual 24 hour reminder message to webinar participants. Somehow the settings got changed or I did not create the webinar from my template. So I have to send it manually. But I also found out that I can't send a message to participants on Zoom. I can't even resend people's confirmation e-mails, well I could, but we have 400 registrants and Zoom makes me wait 60 seconds after sending 11 of them, so it would take an excrutiating half an hour, and even then it would send the wrong message 'you have confirmed' not '24 hour warning'. And I can't download the registrant list before a webinar. So I had to scrape all the names off the registrant list, tidy up the columns, load it into bulk e-mailing software, and send a message to everyone, but even then I had to say, the link to login is not in this message, you should get it from zoom one hour before.  So I feel like Zoom designers are almost going out of their way to  make my life more d

We have a huge online event this upcoming Sunday and I had made the webinar link.But when it clicked, it says "Unable to join this webinar. The webinar has expired. (Error Code : 3038)"But in my reserved webinar list, this webinar room exists.Does anyone know how to solve this situation?  

I can't find how to record the Q&A of a webinar. Zoom records the close captions, the chat, audio, video, but does not seem to record the Q&A. 

While running a practice session today, my co host clicked the Start Webinar button.  The webinar is not until next week so will the webinar link that was sent to the registrants still work?  

Hi there! We've been using EventBrite integration with Zoom Webinar since May. We had not been having any real issues, until last week. For our event last week and this week,  when people go to the event page, and select "Join Now", it will default to streaming the Webinar within their browser. Either there will be no picture, or there will be the video with no sound. If they exit and go back to the event page and select "Open in Zoom", then it opens the Zoom application and works. This streaming within the browser seems to be new, as we did not run into this issue previously. We are afraid that we are losing attendees as a result as they just give up. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?

Could you tell me if a Panelist in a Zoom Webinar needs to have a Zoom license?Thanks a lot

We have an event with 220 attendees and want to have 8 Facilitators with 5 breakout rooms each.  If we give each Facilitator Admin rights, can we have all 8 sessions running at the same time on the same Zoom account?We are planning to pre assign the break out rooms so once they are in their room, the Facilitator will be able to move them in and out of their breakout rooms. Would they all have to be on separate links? Would we be able to then bring them altogether in one main room or would they need to leave their previous meeting to come back to the main one?  Is this how you would set it up? I'm open to feedback on the best way to do it. We want to minimise the time it takes moving people in and out of rooms. 

We have a webinar where we share some information as a comment. The comment gets lost in the sea of text in a webinar with a lot of attendees. We wish to PIN the comment in the comment box. Attendees should not have the right to unpin the comment.  How can we achieve this? Kindly guide.
