Just hosted first webinar... can I access an in-webinar chat transcript?

Honestly don't even know if chat was on, if it has to be enabled or anything...  Just curious from the attendees' perspective was there a chat option and did anyone utilize it.  Want to make sure I respond to any chats if they happened..
