I have not used the On Demand webinar feature and am looking to turn it on for some webinars I have coming up in a couple weeks. I searched and can't find an answer to this question: if you have the "follow up email to attendees" turned on, will that only be sent to attendees of the webinar or will it also be sent to those that register for the On Demand? Also, is there any way to set the registration settings for the On Demand before the recording is done or do you just have to scramble and jump back on to adjust settings once the recording is available? Thanks!
Hi, in ZOOM-Meetings, there is the function "share multiple screens simultaneously".Link here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/de/articles/115000424286-Gleichzeitige-Freigabe-mehrerer-Bildschirme Can anyone tell me whether this function is also possible in ZOOM-Webinar and what the settings should be for this? Thanks a lot.
When we hold webinars, we typically have several panelists to address submitted questions. Is there a way to tell which panelist answered which question? While the answer to the question is in the report, I can't tell WHO answered the question.
I selected to pre-record a webinar. Do you know if I can change this after the webinar invitation has been created? I
Is the far-end camera control not available in Webinars? I already enabled this setting on both users that need to use this feature. I can request camera control in a regular meeting but not in a Webinar. I'm the host and the other is a panelist.
Hi there. we are having a very big event that will be in hybrid mode. Last year when we did it some of the online participants felt isolated and would like to avoid this year. So how can we use zoom and any Tech advice to engage all people and make them feel that they are included and in the meeting presence while are online? Pls advise
I have been using Zoom in my Chrome browser for 4 years and have never had access to my mic and camera blocked (see attached-get the same message when I click on video) in a webinar. * My Chrome settings allow camera and mic access without asking, as do my settings for Zoom. * Ad blockers are disabled for Zoom and for the webinar host site.* Cookies are enabled for everything. * Using Windows 10Also, the webinar would not let me access it from my desktop app, only from my browser, which I thought was weird. Is there something I need to change in my settings or is it something that the webinar organizers need to fix in their set up since other people in the webinar had the same problem. We have more webinars from the same provider tomorrow and I'd like to be able to fully participate!I appreciate your help.
Is there a way to set up custom name tags and virtual backgrounds for webinar panelists across an entire account? As far as I can tell, the webinar session branding needs to be manually added to each scheduled webinar. Am I missing something?
Hi Folks, We are working to integrate the zoom webinar with the internal application using webhook. For this purpose, we have enabled the event in the setting provided. Although, I am able to get the different events but participant survey feedback is not getting called.I'm attaching the configuration screenshot for reference Can anyone help/advise?Thanks in advance @webinar @webhook
Does anyone know how I can turn this off after it's been recorded? I updated the other day, and now I have Zoom names on everyone's cameras. This isn't ideal for a show being recorded for a YouTube production. I haven't changed any settings. Update: Was able to fix by running an older version of Zoom on a different machine and converting the click to convert files again. Can this be an option in the Zoom client recording settings in future?
I am currently editing/trimming a webinar recording (I do this every week) and I got an error message that I don't have permission to make any changes to the recording. HELP! I am the admin so I have privileges to make changes... I thought! Please help me if you have been through this before. Thank you!!!
Does anyone know if it is possible to embed an AskNicely survey into an automated response to webinar attendees on ZOOM? And, am I able to do this without Zapier or 3rd party integration?
Hi there! I would like to add another user to a webinar I created so that it also shows up in her Zoom account when she clicks "Webinars". I would like to give this person access to all webinar details including registration information. Is this possible or would they have to login to my account to view a webinar I created? Thanks!
Hello,We have had our state organization conference over Zoom the last few years due to COVID. This is the first year we have done a two-day event on a TH and Fri. In order to decrease confusion and user error with two links I set it up as a reoccurring webinar occurring the same time TH and then repeating on Friday. In doing this the option to upload registrants by CSV is not available. I do not want to add another step of emailing all registered participants an email with a link to register as we have not done this in the past and have always just uploaded the CSV file. Is there anyway around this or will I have to choose creating two separate webinars for day one and day two or require registrants to sign up using a link and then have to manually approve all to ensure the link wasn't shared? I tried to access support but we do not have the available option to call on our account. Thank you for your help!
When I go to Webinar in my admin panel to schedule a webinar (which I have done in the past), there is just info about trying the Zoom Events feature and I can't bypass this to just to my work. Need to get a webinar set up ASAP! Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi, folks - New community member with an emergency issue, any help appreciated. I'm host. My control panel under Interpretation says "Original audio - interpretation off" and I don't know how to turn interpretation back "on", so that she can speak on the original audio channel, and the interpreters can do their thing on their channel. In my original session this morning, my co-host/panelist's account somehow got designated an interpreter - she's not, she's the speaker. I couldn't find a way to delete that designation, because she wasn't listed on the interpreter setup panel. I set up a new webinar session and had her log in on my personal account, in case the "interpreter" designation was somehow tied to her login... but I still have the problem. We ran a similar session two days ago without these problems. Was there an update or change to the interpreter functionality? Lee
Hello everyone!I have just taken over the management of our Zoom account and I have a couple of questions as I am not overly familiar with the platform. Our current subscription is as follows:- Pro (9x licences)- Webinar (500 + 1,000 + 1,000 users) We use Zoom exclusively for Webinars, as we use a different solution for day-to-day meetings. Questions:1. At present, if a member of the 'webinar team' wants to run a Webinar (e.g. the 500 users one), they login to Zoom with the email address associated with the Webinar account and setup the webinar. The challenge I have is that if the 'webinar team' has 4 people and they alternate at organising webinars, they all login with the same 'shared' account which is something I don't want. How do I setup a Webinar account to be managed by multiple people, using their own individual credentials?2. Related to point 1., is the number of licences I currently have (9) the total number of individuals I can setup in my Zoom account to mana
I want to run a registration report as of a specific day. For example today is 2/16 and want to see who had registered as of 2/14. We made some changes to our custom registration questions on 2/15 and now the answers to the questions from everyone who registered prior to 2/15 are gone. I would like to run an as of date registration report. Is that possible?
Hi Community, we are going to setup our first ZOOM Webinar to approx. 400 attendees. We are using broadcast equipment with BlackMagic WebPresenter (Black Magic Atem lookalike) to present professional mixed pictures from three cameras via a "WebCam Input" towards the audience. How can I assure that me and my team are streaming best video quality 1080p towards the audience. Is their a plug in or service (via Zoom) available to generate a stabile high quality video output without bandwith limitations (via Zoom)... I aprreciate your ideas and comments very much. Best regards, Martin
Need your advice on how to pre-approve large users to join specific zoom events. We plan to have a 3-days conference with around 400+ participants and I found Zoom Events might help those 400+ participants to easily join the daily events on the conference (instead of sending them individual zoom meeting links). However, the process of registering for the events is somehow complicated for those ordinary participants - so thinking that will still use Zoom Events but would like to see the possibility for those 400+ participants to be automatically registered for all events (pre-registered by the host), hence the participants just need to log-in to events.zoom.us and can easily see the list of program events and easily join the zoom meeting of the specific program.Appreciate your sharing - much appreciated and thanks.
Looking for help using OBS (or xSplit) with Zoom Webinar. I run night classes nightly using Zoom Webinar. I use my logoitech webcam and Sharing my screen so the students can follow along with class. Which works as it should. However I would like to improve the quality of my classes by using OBS or Xsplit where I can add overlays with lower thirds or images. I got both to work BUT when testing everything the quality for the Participant is very low. Once I have everything setup in OBS I start the Zoom Webinar. Rather then sharing my screen I select the OBS as my webcam. I no longer use share screen because OBS is no doing that as part of what is being outputted. Zoom then displays what I have setup in OBS but its always blurry no matter what I do. To the point it is blurry even though the settings in OBS or Xsplit are set to a high output bitrate and 1080. Anyone proficient with using OBS or Xsplit with zoom that can help?
PLEASE give us the ability to export individual join links for all panelist to an excel document so we can provide links to an event organizer who is not running the event and needs them all. And make this a generic webinar feature, not a hidden feature of the events license.Or better yet, give all webinar features across events or webinar licenses. Your model currently is busted and dishonest.
I've been tasked with creating webinar templates for multiple boards/commissions and sharing those templates with appropriate staff who will be hosting the webinars. Senior management that assigned me this task mentioned that this can be done by adding said staff member to a webinar and making them host. However, after doing so with one of my colleagues, we were unable to find a way for them to save the template used for the webinar. Someone please let me know if the sharing of webinar templates is possible, and if so, how it can be done. Your help is much appreciated!
Hi there, I'm creating a Zoom webinar and I noticed the option to enter in speaker info is gone from the Branding tab. Does anyone know what happened or where it has gone? Is anyone else experiencing this? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
Our client is using Webinar to host a series of online videos. We're using the basic chat function. If an attendee writes in the chat box, one specific panelist (using a VPN) cannot respond directly to the attendee - they can only respond to 'everyone' or other specific 'panelists'. Does the use of a VPN disable certain Zoom Webinar functions? The hosts of the webinar are NOT using a VPN.
