Hi Zoom Community. New to webinar. Does anyone have any tips on how to enable registration for a webinar that will be done live first (e.g. Monday at 1:30), then replayed at given times (e.g. Monday at 6:30, Tuesday at 10:30, etc.)? Do I need to create multiple webinars for this? Ideally, I want the viewer to click on one link and then choose the time they wish to attend. Thanks!

Hi, I have an event that we are in charge of creating the zoom webinars for the sessions over 3 days. I have one zoom webinar license and one pro. All the sessions must be webinars for the streaming aspect. With that being said, what do i need to do to run 3 concurrent sessions off of one zoom webinar license? Can it be done? Also, if not, do i need to buy multiple webinar licenses for this one customer?Thank you for your thoughts in advance. 

Hello! I'd like to set up our Enterprise account so that all Webinars are set to automatic cloud recording, but Meetings are not set up for automatic cloud recording. This doesn't seem to be an option in the admin account settings. I'm wondering if it could be done with a custom app. Has anyone ever accomplished this or have any ideas how it could be accomplished? Thanks!

Hello, i have to cancel my initial webinar next week but would like to inform registrantts that it will be postponed on a further date (cannot see an option to send them an email through the webinar session) . Which is the best practice to do that without loosing so many participants? Should i open the session on next week, inform people that the webinar cannot run at that time and then invite them for another date?

Why is it that the import attendees by csv in a recurring webinar isn't available? I tried to test multiple times, even selecting the different options when registration is checked. Was able to do it previously.

Any word on when these features are coming?I'm well aware of other ways to achieve lower thirds through OBS and other tools like it, but it would be nice to finally have this capability natively. Breakout rooms is another frequent ask for folks I support. Thanks.

Hi,I use Zoom webinar for teaching.The problem is, whenever a student raises hand and i allow them to speak. Their screen replaces my screen for all the participants, which gives a really bad experience.Is there a way to allow their audio but they should only see my video?Thanks in advance.

I have 4 panelists who think that they can be in the same room during a webinar.  I have never done that and just want to confirm that this should not be done due to sound transfer, especially if one is talking and the others have their microphones on.  I don't want to be messing around with turning mic's on and off.  Has anyone done a webinar with 4 panelists in a boardroom on their own devices?

I made an error when setting up my webinar and instead of recording to the cloud I recorded to the local computer - and as I was the host I assumed that would be my PC.It transpires the session did not record at all, and I would like to know if there is any way of retrieving a recording of my webinar after the event.Thank you

 I just put in a feature request with Zoom regarding the poor functionality of the current state (August 2022) Pardot & Zoom Webinars native integration. In the meantime of anything more suitable being delivered by Pardot (Salesforce) or Zoom, I want to ask if anyone has found any suitable processes or system workarounds to mitigate the gaps (i.e. zapier / tray.io integrations, custom code approaches, etc.)? Here is what I included in our feature feature request:"We are currently GoToWebinar and Pardot users. We recently bought a package with Zoom that included Zoom Webinars.As a result, we want to replace GoToWebinar with Zoom Webinars in terms of our webinar platform, but considering the current poor state of the Zoom Webinars / Pardot integration (on both the Pardot & Zoom Webinars sides), it looks like we're going to need to stick with GoToWebinar until this is improved. This is disappointing.&n

When I create a webinar I'd like to attendee more easy to join webinar and want to skip a process entering name and email while they are joining webinar. How can I do that? 

my zoom share hasn't been working the last few weeks. I teach with a webinar and video and it gets stuck and when the video is being share, the viewers can hear the video but the video isn't playing along.  I pay for a premium zoom account and it's quite frustrating for me and my clients. Please help. 

I have Zoom pro. I know it was possible the last time my company hosted webinars (2020). But am I now just out of luck if I don't have Pardot Plus?

I run public webinars that require registration. I have accidently created both a meeting link and a webinar link which both have several registrants already. Is it possible to merge a meeting into a webinar so that registrants don't need to sign up again? Or do I need to send an email to all the meeting registrants and ask them to sign up for the correct link, under the webinar. Help!

I'd like to have a webinar which starts as a standard webinar, but after the panelists' presentations allows ALL attendees to un-mute their audio AND video for the discussion. Currently I set up two events, a webinar and meeting. Everyone has to leave the webinar and joint the meeting for discussion. It's a huge pain and we always loose a bunch of people.I don't want to use chat or Q&A. I suppose a "promote all attendees to panelists" function would work. Typically, we have 20-50 attendees.

We held a webinar last night where almost all of the attendees appeared in the attendee panel of the webinar but an important person did not.  This person used the correct link and could watch and hear the webinar but I was unable to move them to panelist status when we needed to because they didn't show up in the attendee panel. Any ideas of what would have caused this to happen? Thanks

In the Registration Settings, I set up a required custom question as a single answer drop down. Let's say, I'm asking for registrants to select Dept within a list of Dept1, Dept2, Dept3, Dept4 during the registration process.   Is there a way for me to pass in a "Default" Dept value via the Webinar Registration Link.   For example, if I'm inviting everyone in my email list that works in Dept2, I want to send them the URL link such that when they click on it, "Dept2" is already selected or populated but could still be changed if they needed to change it. I was thinking I could pass in the value of Dept Variable, but can't seem to figure out how to do it.    Thanks in Advance.

Hello,I hosted a webinar last night and I want to retrieve the participants' emails.But when I go to the corresponding report, there are the names of the participants but it is impossible to find their emails. I can't find how to make them appear that they gave it to fit into the webinar.Can you help me ?

I downloaded the attendee report, but attendee's email address are not recorded in the report. What should I do?

Is there a limit to the number of custom questions there are on a webinar registration site? I am trying to add a 2 additional custom questions to an existing webinar.  The current custom questions list has 7 questions but it continues to tell me "a question like this already exists".  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good morning all, hoping you can help. We'll soon be running a live webinar and, about halfway through, want to play a 10 minute video file.  I can't seem to find a place as a webinar host to actually embed that video so that I can just click 'play' and it'll start showing to all participants.I may be being dense, but surely there's an option somewhere to upload the video file before the webinar starts which is then just ready to play at the click of a button - rather than having to load it up in a different video player, then having to switch screens and 'share' the host's screen? Many thanks in advance!

I just concluded a two-hour webinar (required registration, email address etc.). I attempted to pull an attendance report and it shows that no one attended.  Usage<active users report indicates 87 participants but when I click on the hyperlink, there is nothing displayed.  Screenshots below.  ?
