I organized a meeting in which there was a participant. During the meeting, the participant requested that the meeting be recorded and I clicked "OK". We can't find the recording. Can you assist please?
I'm exploring the new Simulive feature within webinars, but can't see any option to include our additional language recordings, or allow CC. (We're adding videos from previously recorded Zoom meetings which included live translators.)Is this something we're able to add?
How do I set up a webinar were the attendees are private; where they only see the presenter and not the attendees. Questions and responses are private
Is there a way to share hosting abilities with panelists, similar to that of a meeting? I am asking to have a back up plan in the event that myself (as the host) for a webinar, was not able to do so. How can I pass this authority to someone else in my absence? What if someone had to start the webinar for me if i was not readily available??
I am interested in one information regarding Zoom Sessions. If we choose that the maximum number of participants allowed in each session is 100, does this mean that only 100 participants are allowed to register, or does it mean that more than 100 participants can register, and only 100 participants can access the session?
We cannot turn on the video for the panelist during our rehearsal. We have scheduled a live event on Oct.2.2021. Please help.
I just ran a webinar with a pre-recorded video. Many people have said that that the video quality was poor and they couldn't read the slides. Why is this? Thanks
We are well versed in producing Zoom webinars, and are currently trialling Events; predominantly for the backstage area (a terrific innovation). However, it does not appear to allow the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing directly into the live webinar. Is there a solution available here that allows the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing to attendees?
Can a Zoom co-host convert his/her co-host's meeting to a webinar on behalf of their co-host? My coworker/co-host does not have a webinar license and created a zoom meeting and sent out the link. They need their zoom to be a webinar and made me a co-host. The meeting does not show in my upcoming meetings so I do not know if I do not have Convert meeting to Webinar option to the right of the Start/Edit/Delete buttons at the bottom. Is there a way to convert it through my account even though I am not the owner? This is in an effort to not have to change the link for those who have already registered for her meeting
Why did it place attendees of my webinar that required registration in a waiting room? I didn't see any notifications during the webinar that anyone was waiting in the waiting room like you would on a meeting. Any ideas?
I was recently experimenting with the 1080P setting checkbox while creating a new webinar. The quality upgrade for attendees was drastic. But I only seemed to get better quality when viewing on a PC. When I was viewing the same webinar on my Mac I was only receiving 640 X 360 resolution video. If I promoted that Mac up to a panelist, the video quality jumped to 1080. I was on the same internet connection for both the PC and the Mac, so it wasn't a bandwidth issue. Has anyone else seen the poor quality only while watching on a Mac?
Whenever we host a webinar with external panelists, they always have issues joining and are forced to join as an attendee, and then I have to promote them to panelists. This makes it difficult to do a practice session prior to the webinar since I have to start the webinar to promote them. Any ideas of why this happens and how to make it so they can join as panelists the first time? I don't turn on the authentication to join, but would that make this stop happening?
I have just run a webinar in which the panelist links had changed between the time I ran the practice session (a few days earlier) and the live event, fortunately I spotted in time and circulated the new links, what would cause the panelist links to change?I was under the impression that they were fixed once generated! Thanks.
For the zoom webinar, we put in a wallpaper. But this background does not "transfer" to the youtube webcast (it remains a black background). Is it normal? Any solution? Thank you
I have upgraded my zoom pro account to webinar in one month mode for using the breakout room, but I find the prerequisite to enable the breakout room is Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions license. Can I buy zoom events licensee in one month mode now to enable the breakout room in webinars?
I have a Polsen USB mic that we plugged in for a zoom webinar. When just two people were in, the audio was fine. We went live and a 3 presenter joined plus 50 attendees. The main mic started to crackle. It seems to be some issue with the audio compression that Zoom employs. Anyone else have this issue and what is the fix?
In other words, it would look like a webinar with 2 panelists, but one panelist would be a presentation.
We accidently cancelled several Webinar registrations. We are blocked when we try to reregister them. How can we reregister those contacts?
I trimmed the end of my recorded webinar but would like to recover the full recording, is that possible, and if so, how do I do that?
I am running webinars on a regular basis as the zoom owner and always with one panelist and normally around 150 attendees. I always have a test with the panelist (in webinar mode) before the webinar but more than sometimes the sound during the actual webinar is much worse than the test (which always are good). I have so far not required any headset or mic for the panelist. What is the right set up and tech requirements to avoid the sound problem (video is always ok).
looking for an assistant to set up zoom and assist with presentations for less than 100 people about 2 presentations per week at present.my contact is ***********
Is anyone here an expert on zoom events that can offer consultancy for an hour?
Can anyone tell me if the button to report inappropriate behavior is available in webinars. In meetings, this appears in the Information dialog, which is reached by clicking the shield icon up in the upper left corner. We need to be able to use this feature to help stop people spewing out hate speech at our public meetings. The documentation seems to be unclear as to whether this feature is available for webinars. I am looking at this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360042791091-Reporting-inappropriate-behaviorIt says how to do it for meetings, but then later says if the meeting or webinar is over, use the web form. We need the button to be active during the webinar, if it is available for webinars. Thanks in advance!
I have a Zoom unlimited Sessions license. I have a local-recorded Zoom webinar that I edited outside of Zoom and saved on my laptop. I would like to bring that edited video into Zoom Cloud so I can schedule a Simulive event. I have searched high and low and can not see how I do that. Failing that, can you advise me how I take that Zoom local recording, edit it in Zoom, and then transfer it into Zoom cloud so I can use it in my Simulive webinar event. The only editing I need to do is snip a few minutes off the front and end of the recording. Thank you.
I need to change my login email but I've already been added to meetings and webinars as a host/co-host.If I change my login email will I need to be reassigned as a host for each event or does it connect to a hidden account number instead of the specific email address linked to the account?
