Hi,I don't understand why the recordings of my sessions, suddently became so heavyFor an hour of recording I usually have a 500 or 600mo recording, but know I have over 2GO Is there a place to change the settings ?Thanks for your help

Hello,We are trying to keep anonymous users, and callers from joining our webinars without having to register for the webinar.  We have about 2000+ people that attend an all-hands webinar.  In these webinars that we host, we have attendees that show as "anonymous" and sometimes there is inappropriate chat and Q&A from these anonymous users/callers.  These webinars are strictly for our employees and was wondering if there is a way that only their domain email could join the webinar.  Also possibly keep our users from forwarding the email so that other users cannot simply click the link and join the webinar.  We use SSO for Zoom.  We use the Zoom Workplace software installed on our computer's version 6.3.11 (60501).  Thank you!

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see who these participatnts are?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room.  I have been told by Zoom support that this feature is only availble for Zoom Meetings, but I have see references to this feature being available for Zoom Webinars.  Can anyone confirm if this is available?  We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs.  Thank you.

I am trying to set up multiple price options. I got it to work once but cannot seem to get it to work now. My new events offer only a single price for the event. I cannot see the ticketing tab. Any help for a newbie?

Hi Everyone, I have a situation where customer has scheduled a  webinar.  Issue : Customer wants their participants to join their scheduled webinar without registration. However, they want to add two more fields like EID, email id while joining that webinar. May I know is it possible? As far as I know only in registration page we can add fields. Please help me if there is any workaround for it

Hi,i recorded a webinal that included chat usage. when i downloaded the files the chat was very pure and patial. is there a way to get the full chat? maybe rejoining the session will alow me to copy all written chat.can someone helpthanks

My requirement is to pull webinar data from zoom for couple of user accounts. Currently our zoom admit created the app and shared us the client id and secret key with that I'm able to generate a access token but when I try accessing webinar api with previously generated access token I'm response getting 'Code - 1001, Message - User does not exist'. Our admin is saying he has given all the permission and the user I'm trying is also exist in the system but I'm not able get the api response. Kindly guide me here.

Hello,We would like to test out a poll in a practice session, a few days before the webinar. The practice session would be used a second time, just before the webinar.Apparently, if we test it out, the poll will be deactivated. Is it possible to recreate the poll after the practice session? Also, I don' t know how to join the practice session as a normal participant  to see how the poll looks like. Is there a way to get this view? Thank you.

Hello, I got the zoom events plan and a problem is happening. When I test start the meeting and when I chat something and when I end the meeting, after that, when I go in to the management screen, And I can’t see the chats I can see how much chats send but I can’t see what is in the chat. Is this normal? Can’t I see the chats after the meeting in zoom events? Please help me out 

Hello! I have a webinar I want to convert to an event. I found this documentation (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057859#h_01ERMZYTJQY65E4J3PEAV4M5W5) but I have some additional clarifying questions: 1. I currently am registering people for the webinar via API/Zapier. Once I convert this webinar to an event, will my API still be able to register people to the webinar as it is currently, or will that be broken? 2. Going forward, is there a way to just create the event from the start and register people via Zapier? Or do I just have to create the webinar and convert it to an event? 3. The recording of the webinar/event: If I am accessing that via the API/Zapier, will that be under the webinar ID or will it be under a new ID connected to the

It appears that almost all data linked to my Zoom account has been deleted. I can no longer access my previous webinar recordings, and more urgently, the webinar I scheduled for tomorrow is no longer showing up under "upcoming webinars." I would appreciate immediate support regarding this issue.

Hi!We host monthly educational sessions on our ZOOM account since 2020. Up till December 2021, we hosted them as webinars and didn't have any issues with registrants not being able to log in on the day of the event. However, since January 2022, for the two sessions we have hosted thus far, we have received a lot of emails and complaints about registrants not being able to log into the session with the information ZOOM sent them after registering. Some of them were being asked to register again, and when they did, they were told they cannot join. Others were told the session had not yet started (even though it hard), and others couldn't click on the "Join Here" link in the ZOOM email. We are not sure how to fix this because it sounds more like a ZOOM platform issue. How can we make sure that for our March session, registrants no longer encounter this issue because it affects our attendance and makes us lose valuable time finding other ways

I would like to use 3rd party interpterion software link in zoom webinar meeting as translation for the meeting session. currently we are using livevoice 3rd party online partners where we have 2 separate links for speakers and audiences. Those 2 links are opened in two different laptop and providing translation voice from speaker to reach audiences by network/link provide.  but as per the setting we have in zoom we can add only account of interspersion only. 

I am working on setting up an event and we have a number exhibitors/sponsors for it. The event is hybrid so they are with us in onsite but we want to recognize them online too. The page showing their name an logo looks great and would be enough to meet our needs, however because the logos click through to something I have just spent quite some time building out pages for each exhibitor so there isn't an almost blank page if shown if the logo is clicked on. We gave the exhibitors the capacity to add content themselves and sent an email encouraging them to do so but no one did, not high on their list of priorities. Can I suggest that there be an option to turn the page on and off, if it is off the logo can be shown and just not clickable, and maybe the ones that are clickable could have link for 'Learn more'. It is a great feature to have but if don't want to embarrass your exhibitors/sponsors with blank pages it does force you to add some content

I’m planning to conduct a pre-recorded webinar with a Live QnA session at the end, I had a few questions if someone could clarify:1. As a host, do I have the liberty to start the pre-recorded webinar at my will? I want to ensure that I start the webinar only when I have an 'X' number of people in. Is that possible?2. Can I conduct live Q&A and Polls during the pre-recorded webinars? If so, would the ultimate recording of the webinar have the Q&A and Poll data with it?3. I want to pliot webinars using zoom but form is in pardot. I followed step by step instructions here - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276#creating-registration-forms Issue:My registrations are not syncing with zoom and i am not receiving confirmation emailif i use <script> document.forms[0].submit() </script>I am getting an internal server error - 500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_305c2aa0157d6c1a3. If I remove the code, registration submission is successful but is not syncing back with zoom and and confirmation email from zoom is not getting triggered  Can someone help?

It is important to know that my Zoom Account Settings has "Enable Custom Questions" checked. ProblemFrom a Chrome browser, I have created a webinar and I needed to add a custom question to the registration page. I went to Registration Settings > edit > Custom Questions tab > create a new question > type (single answer, dropdown),  I enter my question and it has 11 responses > then I select save all.  After selecting save all, the custom question is not appearing in the custom questions tab. After saving the first time, I went to the registration link, registered for the webinar, and the custom question was also not there. I went back to the Registration Settings a second time and went through the same process, entered all the information, and save all. Hi! I think our Zoom room has been deleted. 'cause I was about to edit the meeting link, but I couldn't find any of the Tuesday calls. However, the recordings are still there, along with the most recent Tuesday call. So, I tried searching for the meeting ID in the meetings section -> previous, but nothing showed up. 

Is there a way to view results for the live Q&A as to which questions were most upvoted after the webinar has ended? I cannot find any related data in the report. 

Hi y'all,I have a Zoom Workplace account (paid) + a Zoom Events account (paid).  I signed up specifically to use the Simulive but in the Hub I am told I need a "Advanced Video CMS license" in order to upload a video.  I've been trying for 2 weeks to purchase or even get pricing but Zoom sales has been absolutely awful (bounced from person to person, can't even get simple pricing yet.  Does anyone know how I could get this working quickly, my webinar is tomorrow 😞 Greg

Hello! As described in the title, I'm having some issues around authentication. I am running a series of 4 webinars and, despite disabling the requirement that users log in to a zoom account to join the webinar, Zoom still requires it anyway.  I have tested this by attempting to join as an attendee using my personal account. When doing so, I get asked to log in to my Zoom account and then I am taken to the webinar sign up page and have to sign up again. When I do this, I get an email saying that my registration has been updated. I have received several complaints from customers who have encountered this issue and refused to sign up for a Zoom account so weren't able to attend, and some have said that even after logging in they couldn't join anyway. Note that the webinar in question is a repeating webinar, with 4 instances taking place on a specific day of the week over the course of 4 weeks—although I don

On the Zoom Sessions event page in preview mode, when I click on the register button it takes me to the "review order" page. I have two questions: Is it possible to have the registration form already on the event page, saving the attendees a click?The webinar title, the Registrant information & Registration questions all have this boring grey colour. Is it possible to re-adjust the colour to be black?
