I work for a software development company and we have the need to send program updates to clients frequently. Sometimes, these updates include executable files. If I zip up files and part of those files is an executable, the zip file transfers via the chat file transfer without any issues. If I simply try to transfer an exectuable file, it blocks it for security purposes. I have the setting turned on that allows any file type to be transferred. Does anyone have experience with sending executable files by themselves or know what I need to do to accomplish this? I blacked out the file name in the print screen for privacy purposes. 

I have 36 weekly meetings/coaching sessions and they all have a passcode required now. Can I change this? I'm working with a lot of people who will not get my message about a passcode needed by their lesson time. Why do I need a passcode if I'm the one in control of letting them in??

How come I cannot seem to get my Outlook Desktop to accept Zoom?

A little while ago my virtual background videos disappeared. I was using the zoom defaults. I have Windows 10 and have restarted the computer several times and updated zoom. Nothing works. My only options are "none", "blur" and a couple of still pictures I uploaded.

Hi, I'm trying to schedule reoccuring meetings every Monday for 30 min.  I want to invite or link these meetings to a team of 3 ppl via Google Calendar.  Can anyone advise?

I am new to zoom apps and the API but I've been trying to test out getting user metrics, specifically the qos parameters that are available in the API.  However, after I've authorized my app with a JWT I get a failure this is only available for Business Accounts. Can  someone let me know if the Zoom API is supported for Pro accounts?  We only have 3 licenses at the time and no need to upgrade but really need the QoS stats.

I can see the number of attendee but I can't see the list with the names of the persons. Thank you for your help

If password requirements are changed by an administrator, how are existing users affected ?  Will they be forced to change password at next login ?

got a new computer. Had trouble getting into Zoom as keychains are not working. finally got in and tried to join a meeting.Clicked allow to get into a meeting and nothing happened. Need to get into meetings. classes coming up. 

I would like to ask if there is available option during a zoom meeting to send private pdf document to a specific participante? As I can see we can only send files to everyone in the meeteng, but not to specific participantes. Thank you for your answer

When in a zoom meeting my screen will freeze and audio goes out for about a minute at a time every 10 minutes or so. This happens on my iphone and my laptop. What could the problem be? My internet connection or my devices or something with Zoom?My husband thinks it's the laptop and wants to know the specs needed for a laptop to work with zoom properly. Suggestions or help please.Thanks!Joy

How can I make sure I have installed all updates?  I was unable to find a meeting when I was sent the link by the host (I clicked on the link and it didn't take me to the meeting) and he/she said that I may need to update my zoom account? 

if you have a message or in the chat if you didn't send it yet and you closed the chat window there should be a popup  if you want to send it or delete it every app has this

I cannot find the recording for this. There should be 3 sessions Oct 19, 20, 21. Once found I also need to know how I can edit it (need to break it up by presenter).Thank you!

I accidently selected switch accounts when asked to join someone else account by them.   How do I reverse this?

Hello guys, Can you please confirm if Zoom holds logs of the records that are destroyed after their retention period expires? And if so how long it holds these records for?  We wouldn’t need to know the details of every individual record that was destroyed- just the total number of records and the date they were destroyed.  Regards,FRESSOMBA
