Hey! Please tell me how to add a videophone if there is no "add video" button in the settings?

I downloaded a poll result this in meeting but now can not find it  Any ideas

Despite updating to the most recent version this week -- Version: 5.9.1 (2581) -- my colleague and I noticed that we have two different sets of artwork for emojis in the chat. A prime example is :ballot_box_with_check:. My colleague has the old black square with a green check mark, whereas the emoji on my system has been updated to a solid blue box with a white check mark (screenshots attached). Any ideas why my emoji artwork has been updated and my colleague's hasn't?

Please advise, there’s a meeting recording of a meeting that was conducted in French but interpreted in English, is it possible to obtain the English version of that meeting recording (either audio or video)

I use Zoom for both personal and work purposes and am now trying to configure Zoom in my school account. I get the following message: "You are currently a member of the Zoom account , and you are trying to sign into the new Zoom account Strategiced (strategiced.zoom.us). If you want to switch to become a member of the account Strategiced, click the button below within 24 hours." It then tells me my current account settings will merge into this new account for school via Strategiced. I'm worried about losing functionality for work and personal use as I don't want anything to change.  Does anyone have experience with this type of switch or "merging"?

I upgraded my Apple iMac to Monterey and it wouldn't open Zoom.us. I uninstalled it and put it in trash. I then reinstalled it. I purchased the plan I had. Is this what I needed to do?

If I share a webinar URL link with a group and then add additional panelists or make edits regarding how I’m scheduling the webinar, will it generate a new and different URL link after the modifications or can I still have the attendees use the original link it generated without any difficulty?Also how do I have the live transcript appear during the webinar?  I don’t see the live transcript button on the bar to enable it.thanks for your help!

I just realized when I signed up for ZOOM Pro Annual Account , my email address is misspelled. How can I correct it?

Hello, I am having a problem with setting up my new password.I have had a zoom account for 2 years and now it is asking me to sign in again, however I do not remember my password for my account. So when I go to reset it, I follow the link and it takes me into my account and it shows that I already have password, it asks me to enter my old password?! But I do not remember it, so how can I change the password? What is the point changing the password if you already know your existing one? Please, does someone know how to reset the password while not knowing the old one?Thank you 

I spent half an hour trying to zoom in and it wouldn't let me. Also, I had problems with the audio, I had to go out and re-enter,

Do I need to have special permissions to add Polls and Q&A features to my Zoom meetings? I need to have them added but they are not automatically appearing when I start the meetings. 

Hi, do you know if there will be two recordings on one Zoom meeting if I start / stop and then start / stop recording or will it be one recording?Thanks for any help.Cheers

Hello! Is it possible to change display names for family members using the same account? For example, one child using device 1, another using device 2 for school and me using device 3 for work. Currently, it just displays same name for everyone and we can’t change during calls. Thank you!

I'm using zoom on a Windows 11 laptop specs -> 4 GB ramintel core i3 processormy laptop is low-end, but all other apps and programs including office work super stable. The zoom app is really annoying because it's very slow and frequently keeps freezing. And I have no other option because uses Zoom and other video conference solutions don't have that good features like ZoomI do keep my client up to date, so please fix this...thanks

In zoom meeting couldn't do screen broadcasting

I have signed in to run a meeting as host and later a second person has signed in and claimed host. Is it possible to block the person from doing this?

Hello!Hope you are all well. I really need some help. We are hosting an important TV readthrough on Zoom Webinar. The aim is to have all the active participants (our 14x actors) as panelists with everyone else invited to the readthrough as attendees. We want the video layout that the attendees see to be the fixed gallery view of all the actors (panelists) at the readthrough. However during  webinar practice sessions, whenever I set the Attendee View to either the following:(i) Follow Host's View (even when default view is set to Gallery)(ii) Gallery ViewAttendees only see the Speaker View (when we want them to see all the actors regardless of who is speaking in Gallery View). Nothing I do seems to change this other than putting all the attendees into the panelist group which is not what we want to do. Can someone urgently please help us? We are trying to get this sorted by tomorrow. Thanks so much Richard  

I recorded a recent Zoom meeting that I hosted ...but accidentally saved it to my computer instead of iCloud.  Is there any way to share this file with the other participants?   Thanks!

See above. It means I can't access/open documents we are discussing in the zoom meeting while other people in the meeting have no problem  opening them
