I just bought a plan and I'm trying to set up a meeting, but getting a message that I only have the basic, free, 40mins plan. Why is this, I need tot set up my meeting.Beverley

Zoom's message, "Who can see your messages?", usually covers the sender's message. I have to scroll the messages upward to reveal the sender's hidden message. Can I eliminate Zoom's message?

My company has chat encryption turned on, and we do not store the chats centrally. Given that, chats are stored locally on each user's device, hidden behind an encryption key.  I'm wondering if it's possible to access these chat files in plain English somehow.  Specifically, team chats from the Zoom client, outside of a meeting (not in-meeting chats--those are very easy to access). I know we can technically copy chat text out of a chat by hitting CTRL-A and then CTRL-C to copy and then paste all of the chats out of the folder, but this does require that you keep scrolling up to load all of the chats you need before you can copy and then paste them, so this is quite tedious if you need a few months worth of chats. I looked all through C:\Program Files\Zoom and couldn't find any files that might be a chat file.  And even so, that folder only contains a bunch of .dll files that I'm not sure could be read in pl

I’m using an iPad, and I don’t see the Record button anywhere- same question as the other thread- of course I only have a Basic Account- what is this additional Desktop  software add-in plug-in thing?  What is that and were is that available?

As an administrator, how do you take away a user's ability to be able to chat with others and other users to be able to chat with this person? My question is not in regards to meeting chat, this is in regards to regular chat outside of meetings. 

Hello! I just have one question, how do I add zoom team chat? Do I have to pay for it? Is it only for certain devices? I have it on my phone but I normally use my computer for work. And it would be helpful to be able to chat with my coworkers. Thank You!

Al actualizar a la última versión disponible la cámara dejó de MOSTRAR imagen y el micrófono no detecta audio.Hice un downgrade de versión de Zoom (5.9.3) y volvió a funcionar.Con la nueva versión, el led de la cámara se enciende pero no hay imagen. Además la cámara funciona correctamente con otras aplicaciones. Sucede algo similar con el micrófono.Los drivers de cámara y audio están actualizados y en la seguridad de Win, Zoom está autorizado para acceder a la cámara y al micrófono.Desinstale y reinstale la aplicación de Zoom sin resultados positivos. Reinicié las notebooks en cada instalación.Me sucedió lo mismo en otra notebook de otra marca. Ambas con Win10 con todos los parches actualizados.

Friends I have had this daily recurring meeting for over 18 months,.  Every month I would go in and re-set the dates to extend this recurring meeting.  I now see where on the meeting set-up page, it is set up to go to Dec 17, 2022.  However when you look at all my meetings, I am only showing the next 4 meetings.  I can't figure out here what has changed, since I've always done this with no problem.  Can someone advise.   It is important that I keep this same meeting ID information, due to marketing.  Thanks d

HelloI am having issues with how my presence status is shown on Zoom ( both on desktop and on phone app as well).  I have made a second account just to test stuff during meetings so I do not mess things up. Main account using desktop and the test one using phone.Recently the active status of the second one is always show as "Away" in the desktop app...even though no-one is logged in.  But it appears as "Available on phone" if I use the phone app...which is weirdAny thoughts of what might be the cause of this?

Dear zoom, Please find out the solution for mail containing Zoom link sent by the host, disappears as the link is opened. This happens for the past few days. it couldnt be found even in the deleted items. Please give a solution, as this involves the education of a kid. 

I love being able to share photos and documents in the chat feature, but when its a document, it forces a download in order to view it, that just creates files I need to delete from my computer later, often times I just need to view what is shared with me, don't need or want to download it.  When it is a photo, I can view without being forced to download.  Is there a way to turn off the forced download?

No se si soy la única pero desde hacer casi 3 semanas no me llegan los mensajes de los grupo (o canales) que tengo en Zoom, dichos grupos son por parte de mi trabajo, notamos que ese problema lo presentan varios compañeros y levante un ticket pero no me han dado respuesta sobre este problema y necesitamos ver los mensajes para poder trabajar bien, si alguien sabe como lo podemos solucionar me podrían decir por favor 

How can zoom send my colleague a link to the zoom license that I paid for?  The link would have been sent to ***********   Can you resend the license link again? 

I had a zoom account with my personal email.  I started a new job and created a new zoom account with my office email address.  My owner wanted me to buy the Pro license, so I did, but I accidentally bought the license under my personal account.  My office account is still basic.  I went into my personal account and changed it to basic and tried to add my office account as a user so I could make that account the licensed account.  I received an email on my office account to activate my account, but it's already active.  I can't for the life of me figure out how to transfer the license to my office account.  HELP

Hi!  I need help on how I can change my log in e-mail when this has been terminated. I can not confirm my changes to my new e-mail in my profile settings when I need to confirm the change of e-mail with my old e-mail that no longer exists.. Can someone help me? 

A meeting I hosted this evening was taken over by a Zoom Bombing.  How do I report it?

Before the issues started happening a week ago, I was a member of 5 different chat channels in zoom. A week ago, I could no longer see the messages posted in those channels. I could post my own messages in those channels and the other members would see them, but I wouldn't see their responses or new messages.  So I deleted my zoom account and then re-created it. Now there's a different issue. The members in those channels have re-invited me to join those channels. They see me listed as a member of the channels, but the channels don't show up in my zoom chat view. WTH is going on? How can I get zoom chat working again? It's kinda critical!

Hello - Trying to uncheck in Zoom Record Name and time stamp?

Whenever I try to send anything on a zoom chat (not in a meeting) it says "you cannot send message in offline status" even when I checked my internet multiple times. Does anyone know how I can solve this? 

The company I am working with uses Slack for all of their chats, they do not want Zoom chat being used at all, and want it disabled at a enterprise level, that way all collaboration is within Slack and not Zoom.  Thank you
