Plan not activated

I just bought a plan and I'm trying to set up a meeting, but getting a message that I only have the basic, free, 40mins plan. Why is this, I need tot set up my meeting.

    You will need to assign your new the license to your actual user-profile.

    I have the same problem. But where do I find "user#"?

    They Don't Really care for customer time and money, maybe they got hired by their relatives or they smoke pot big time 

     

    Google and Zoom pass ball to each other nobody respects your emotion!! I also subscribed to premium but never got it so after 2 days of constant talking to both customer care, I have to unsubscribe the service and zoom customer care have a way too big ego problem, they are happy to lose customers inface they suggest you not to have premium packs and then show you easy options to unsubscribe and never come back to zoom
