The Zoom Community folks can’t access your account, and is likely not during you can directly fix on your own. Your best bet is to send a Support Ticket to Zoom Staff. You might include a screen shot of the screen you’re getting — I’m not familiar with the specific lock out, and it’ll help the Zoom Help Desk understand which error to fix.
