windows 11 Uninstalled my desktop zoom client and I lost everything

I installed zoom workplace and none of my saved chats, uploaded desktop background photos or any of my works in the past 3 years returned. tried a system restore to an earlier time. Nothing returned.

Can you help me get my settings back? I hate losing 3 years of work and a lot of effort to personalize my zoom!

that is odd. I have uninstalled my Zoom Client several times and reinstalled in different hosts and had never an issue with loosing settings or any chat content.
Did you already check if you can see the uploaded backgrounds and other settings in the webportal?
What Plan do you use?

I HAD the free desktop client and lost my pictures once before, but never my saved chats. Then I guess it auto updated to zoom workplace and then windows 11 did the rest and now I have the horrid version of free zoom workplace and no pictures OR chats. Tried installing, updating, and at first tried a system restore but it didn't restore zoom because windows had removed all the folders, including my saved chats - which I wish I had put in my documents and backed up. Thanks anyway for trying to help. Where did you move my post so I can find it again? I'm responding to the link you sent me in the email response - and most of all, THANK YOU for responding at all!
