Hi everyone,
I've created an OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace and set it as a User-Managed app. It works perfectly when I authorize it using the Zoom account that created the app. However, when I share the OAuth URL with external Zoom users (outside my Zoom account), they receive an error and cannot authorize the app.
I've confirmed the following:
The app type is User-Managed
The Redirect URI exactly matches what's set in the app settings
My questions:
Is there any specific setting I may be missing that prevents external users from authorizing in dev mode?
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated — I'm building a commuting-related integration that depends on access for multiple users.
Thanks!

I've created a User-Managed OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace that works fine with my own Zoom account, but external users get an error when trying to authorize it. I've confirmed the redirect URI is correct and the app is in dev mode. From what I understand, external users can’t authorize the app until it's submitted and approved by Zoom, even if it's user-managed. Has anyone dealt with this before or found a workaround? For reference, here's the thread: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-App-Marketplace/OAuth-App-Works-for-My-Zoom-Account-But-Not-for-E... — and this Zoom dev guide might help clarify: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/integrations/oauth/.
