Since I updated to 5.17.2 all pictures/thumbnails of participants in the gallery remain black and only show a tiny thumbnail in the upper left corner.
I have a i5 4200u Processor and 8GB of ram.
In the past I was not able to activate to see 49 participants at once due to the processor, but was able to see smaller amounts of participants perfectly fine.
Is my new issue now related to the processor as well? Has something changed in the new version of Zoom in regards to that?
Thanks for any hint.
BR,
Mike
