Scheduler

I set up Zoom scheduler and received a QR code that I can put into different media for people to scan and schedule a meeting. When I try to scan it, it does not work, it does not open the scheduler for people to schedule a zoom call with me. Anyone else have this issue? I can't seem to get anyone on chat except the bot which is no help at all.

So, we all use Zoom to schedule and do meetings with other people online. Most of the time people from different time zones.  So when I meet with people over email or LinkedIn or anywhere, then talk about Zoom meetings. Then they tell me they are available such as 12 PM in their time zone. So, I have to convert their time to my time then I have to create scheduled meetings and then I send invitations to them.  I know most of the people search on Google and convert time with different zones. I also do this. But recently I got the wrong time from a website and I just missed my very very important Zoom meeting.  So, is there any way that we can convert time in Zoom? or are there any software that we can install in our computer to do it perfectly and reliably? Because I don't want to search everytime on Google and don't want to get the wrong time again. So how you handle this kind of situation? Zoom is a meeting sof

If this question has already been answered, I must have missed it in my search. Is there integration for Scheduler and the Mac Calendar app? I know I can schedule individual meeting and choose iCal, but I don't see an integration option for use in Scheduler. What do I do?

I'm using the Scheduler to book appointments and would like to automatically invite a guest as the host.  Is it possible to set up the scheduler to send an invite to a 3rd party automatically? and how do I set that up?Thanks for your help,DM

To streamline the registration process, we're keen on providing our customers with a user-friendly calendar showcasing all upcoming training sessions for the next few months. The ideal scenario would be for customers to simply click on the session of their choice to register. We're looking for a solution that automates this process, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Do you have any recommendations or insights on how we can seamlessly integrate Zoom meetings with an automated calendar system for our training sessions?   Thank you

Do you know if you can use the same link for multiple meetings in the scheduler? I've tried it but the system generates a different zoom link for each meeting. Which means I have to exit each meeting and start a new meeting. it would be so helpful to use the same link for multiple meetings.

Hi,  I am currently trying out the scheduler functionality and one of the things that can be improved for me would be the report of information shared by attendees prior to the start of the meeting, not after it starts. Anyone has similar issues or concerns on access to the data collected? Look forward to seeing some improvements on this front as an admin. Khooshal 

I am having two issues I cannot find a way to resolve. 1. Can I remove the option in the emails and sms that allows the participate to be able to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE their meeting? 2. Is there way to require or encourage the participate to CONFIRM their meeting and I become notified once they do?

Is the Zoom Scheduler covered by the HIPAA BAA?

I have scheduled a meeting, with a specific title. I want to add questions which people answer at registration, and to collect their email addresses. The guidance says there should be a tab for registration which shows up at the top of the page after I've scheduled the meeting (and ticked the box which says require registration).Where has it gone to and how can I access it? I'm using a pro account.  Note this is for a meeting, not webinar.    

I have a paid account.  I want to schedule or start a meeting WITHOUT requiring a Meeting ID.  Where is the setting for that???

 Hi is UX customization of Zoom scheduler email notification available as a feature currently?  Use case: As an associate scheduling meeting with my clients, I would like appt confirmations via email to contain my brand and look and feel, by adding my profile pic, my choice of color of the email body and any additional disclosures / content in the message body If it isn't, is there an anticipated date on the roadmap?

I have a users who are attendees of daily and weekly Zoom meetings and for some reason, one or two attendee's calendar schedule would disappear and they wouldn't get the reminder or the address of the ongoing scheduled meeting. Everyone else's calendar schedule is fine except for one or two and I've heard this for a couple different meetings. I'm just wondering if it's a Zoom thing or if it's Google Calendar that's causing the meeting schedule to disappear. Any insight would be appreciated.Thanks

Hello,  I am reading all the documented info, but some for reason this isn't clear to me.   I want to verify that I can integrate Zoom Scheduler on my website.    For example, I have a WordPress website... I would like to put a calendar on the website, and allow clients to reserve booking times.    Will I be able to do this?  ... has anyone done this?  Basically, I want people to be able to make a reservation, and then pay for the reservation.   I recognize Zoom Scheduler won't handle the payment aspect... but it needs to handle reservation.  Also, my meetings are either 1 hour or 90 minute.   I assume Scheduler will give the client the option to choose either time slot???Thanks in advance for your input.   

My custiomers use my Zoom scheduler linls to book meetings with me.  24 hours before the meeting the client and I will get an SMS and email reminder that the meeting is coming the next day. However, if the meeting gets rescheduled to a later date, we still get the SMS/email reminder for the original date. This is misleading and creates confusion. What is the correct sequence to reschedule a meeting booked with the scheduler?Should the client go into the booking and use the reschedule button?What if the client moves the meeting request in their calendar (outlook or Google) and alerts me? What if I update the meeting in the Zoom portal and change the date/time? Will that mean the SMS and email will follow the new appointment?   

There needs to be a feature that allows me to see who has rescheduled a meeting with me through the scheduler.  I shouldn't have to click on each individual meeting to see who has registered. It needs to be a downloadable report like the registrations report that can be generated through the reports. 

I am using scheduler in two different Licenced accounts. Until yesterday I was able to receive email when someone books a meeting through scheduler, same for upcoming ones. I have not changed anything in notifications settings (they are set as to send notifications to both me and the attendee). My schedulers are connected to gmail accounts. @Scheduler  

I set up a scheduling link for a 75 min meeting and for some reason, it doesn't want to give options over my 12p-1pm lunch hour just on one day. My google calendar doesn't have anything booked past 11:30am and my buffer for the 75 min meeting is only 15 mins before and 15 mins after. The meeting that ends at 11:30am is a hold, so there is no buffer time. I don't understand why it isn't showing times at 12pm. I have it set to show in increments of 15 mins. This is only happening for one day. So strange!

I paid for the scheduler but it doesn't work. i have been billed . whom I can contact?

Hey there, We run event days where we network people together and so we have multiple meetings through out the day with a range of different hosts. At the moment we have a scheduler who creates the room on each of the hosts, but as we have alot of meetings taking place during the day it is a long process as a room has to be created with the same settings multiple times with each host account. Is there a quicker way do this, maybe like an import with the room details and host email, or any alternative way that will quicken up the process? Love to hear some idea. Regards,Mohammed

Zoom Scheduler is saying that my email is unrecognizable and not authorized but I have been using it for weeks. I’ve been trying to reset it for a while and it’s not saving my changes. Additionally, I received an email from a candidate saying that the booking link starts to load and just spins and then says ‘unable to load link.’ I do not know if these things are related. 

I just started using Zoom Scheduler.  I send SMS confirmations and reminders via SMS to all that have booked with me.  I book for them and about half the time clients prefer Phone over Zoom.  I created a Bookable Schedule for Phone only.  The issue I have is regardless of what is being book at the beginning of all SMS is the following: [Zoom} I would like to have that NOT show up.  Even though the SMS clearly explains it is a phone appoitment, I just want to reduce any confusion.

I have set up a Repeating schedule.  When I go to the link that was created it is not showing all the availabilities that I have on my outlook calendar.  I have double-checked my availability when setting it up and it is correct.  How can I get it to sink correctly?

I set up my scheduler yesterday but having checked the public-facing scheduling page today my availability is wrong and seems pretty random! I've searched and can't find any articles or tutorials on how to amend my availaibility. Can anyone help? Thanks.
