For the past few months, my colleagues and I have had an issue when sharing our screens during breakout rooms. The countdown timer will pause and only resumes if we stop screen share. This wasn't an issue in the past. Is there anything that we could do to correct this?

Hello I have a Zoom Room that is running on a Lenovo ThinkSmart Core with a Logitech Tap as the controller and a Logitech Swytch. Zoom is version 5.14.5 When you connect the Swytch for BYOD you receive the message "Switch to BYOD Passthrough?" In BYOD mode, Zoom Rooms cannot be used normally. With an option to cancel and switch.If you tap on 'switch' it will correctly turn into BYOD mode and function as expected. The panel disables a message that it is in BYOD mode now.I checked the admin portal and the 'BYOD Connection Prompt toggle ' was enabled. I am trying to avoid having this message appear so the user does not have to interact with the touch panel to utilize BYOD. I clicked on the toggle to disable the 'BYOD Connection Prompt' and the message does not appear but is replaced by a tiny BYOD icon in the bottom right of the panel. You still have to tap on that icon to allow the device

The host of my meeting often divides us into breakout rooms.  While in the rooms, the host occasionally broadcasts a verbal message to the group.  Everyone else in my room can hear his voice, but I cannot hear it.  I have no other microphone or speaker issues.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed on my end?

Greetings, I am pretty surprised that this was asked for two years ago in the developer's forum and the only 'solution' I've seen so far is a guy who wrote his own app using the Zoom Rooms Controller (ZRC) API because he couldn't link to the ZRC app. All I want to do is have the app for my control system 'call' the ZRC app.  I do this for lots of other apps now: thermostat apps, music streaming apps, lighting control apps, garage door control apps, etc.  You can also do this for plenty of native Apple apps, like music:// to go to what used to be called iTunes.  The regular Zoom app has this iOS URL (zoomus://) as seen here: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/additional-tips/launch-zoom-client-from-your-app   I want an iOS URL

Trying to setup a Zoom Room Device with a Room Calender Resource in Exchange online.Instruction says – create service account with license and permission to the resource account (room):Before you can add a calendar service for Zoom Rooms, an Office 365 administrator must create a dedicated service account user in Office 365 for the integration, create or locate a calendar resource for each Zoom Room, and then configure the dedicated service account user and the calendar resources for either impersonation or delegate accessservice account user must be a licensed user in Office 365 with a mailboxBut why the service account, why not use the resource account directly? Not sure what I am missing.

I want to build Mental Break facilities for high school students to start, to give them an immediate outlet via ZOOM for mental assessments and advice.  This will serve as an Emergency facility and ZOOM will be manned 24/7 by volunteers from the respective schools.  Who is with me?  I need financial sponsorship ASAP!!!!

After creating Personal zoom room on web portal. Tried logging into the designated account but the created room is not reflected.  Cretaed room is very much visible on Admin page

My company has a enterprise Zoom Meetings license with several Zoom Rooms at our office.  I am trying to setup a Personal Zoom Room on an extra computer I have.  I installed Zoom Rooms 5.11.3.1634 for windows. When I login via my email and username I get an error saying "Zoom Rooms is not Configured for this account" When I login via zoom.us/pair I get a windows that says "Select Room" and then "No Result." How can I setup a Personal Zoom Room without using a license?  Can I use the "Zoom Rooms" windows software?

We have zoom rooms that have started playing the recording disclaimer.  We have a enterprise account and have turned off the following setting.  It states it should turn off the spoken disclaimer but it doesn't work for our zoom rooms.  We have made sure they are licensed and joined to our account.   We are trying to disable this so it doesn't cause a disturbance during court.   Our current account setting is below.

Hi Folks,  I'm not sure why but all of sudden a few of my meeting rooms shows the error ""This room is not available" either speaker, camera or microphone gets disconnected. Please contact your administrator"".But as and when I restart the machine error gets disappeared. This happens almost 3-4 times in a week. Note: It is happening only with Logitech setup majorly as I have other setup too without such issues. Appreciate your support in advance. BestRahul Saxena

Zoom Rooms 5.14 has Addtional controls for native room controls. However, native room controls doc only covers 5.13 enhancement. Hi Weve been delving into a range of rooms that are appearing as 'Offline'. These are mainly Scheduling Only rooms so 1 device. The Room itself shows as offline but if we move to the device tab it shows the device as online...its accessible remotely and working fine....Theres nothing under the room properties that appear incorrect but the room remains offline...any ideas why ?

While in an online meeting and taking notes, I take the window off of fullscreen so that I can have my word processor beside the Zoom meeting window. However, the Zoom window puts the shared screen and speaker in side-by-side placement, leaving lots of space above and below. If there was an option for the windows to be above-and-below instead, then they would be much more viewable. Is this option able to be implemented?

We are in between vendors, and I need a Zoom room license.  The vendor sorting is not going to happen for a few weeks.  I want to temporarily inactivate one of my existing low-use rooms and use that license for a new room in another state that mgmt wants active now. Is there an easy way to swap Zoom room licenses?Or, should I1> Delete the room2> Use the license for the new room3> re-construct the room when my partner relationships are sorted and I can buy from Zoom again. Thank you Spackle 

Hello,  I am new to using the JSON files in Zoom rooms and am trying to see how easily it would be to control a networked HDMI switcher, in this case Crestron because I have one available.  I understand setting the adapter to generic and the IP address accordingly, but looking past that on what to do after wards.  any help would be great.  thanks! -Zach

In every other app there is video and audio. But when I try to uze ZOOM, there is only black screen and sound doesn't work. I tried everything. If you know what to do, help me please.

Our instructors want to use their personal accounts and meetings they schedule with their personal accounts in classrooms with Zoom Rooms. What is the best way to do this? The instructors already have meetings scheduled and students invited to class lectures with their personal accounts but now only Zoom Rooms can access the speakers, cameras, and microphones in the classrooms.

I have followed all the steps from zoom and closed caption never comes on in any meeting.  How is this resolved?  Should this be one of the easiest things to enable in 2023???
