Where is my recording ?

Hello

Can someone help me please - I had a zoom meeting that I was the host and I recorded it and I cannot find it - before it would be emailed to me and now nothing - not in my recordings & transcript tab either. Have I lost it ?

I too had a meeting today that I recorded and the email with the recording was never sent to me?? I have never had this problem before??? I was able to find the recording but would like to know why it was not sent to me like ususal??? Is anyone else having this problem???

@Cindy Kruger that is unusual. Make sure that you are not filtering out all no-reply emails from other vendors, that is a common practice as many of us get spam emails from no-reply businesses advertising to us. This email should come from no-reply@ zoom.us or no-reply @ zoom.com with no spaces. I added the spaces so that it would go through because this page does not allow publicly advertised email addresses.

Same thing with me last Saturday. They emailed me my meeting summary but no Zoom Meeting recording! How do I find it?

Was this meeting your meeting – you scheduled it? If so, it should be in your Cloud Recording listing. If this was someone else’s meeting you attended, you’ll need to reach out to the meeting owner and ask them to send you the link.
