WHERE DID THEY MOVE SCHEDULE MEETINGS????

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen.

And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots.

I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

I see the new interface and do not like it. My problem is i go to schedule like i always used to - i see i can put the timeframe 7:30-8:30 which is fine. But when i got to INVITEES none of my contacts on my phone are listed. I went to privacy and settings on my iphone and FULL ACCESS is selected - but none show up. So now i have to look up each persons email and phone number manually to invite them to a meeting. this is not possible on the fly. Anybody have this issue? It created multiple problems with meeting scheduling last week as they just thrust this new interface on us.

I couldn’t agree more.  It wasn’t broken so why did they initiate fixing it?

I agree.  It is more than annoying.  I have found this page a few time now trying to schedule a meeting.  One time I went to the Contact Support and typed in Schedule a meeting and it took me to the right place.  Don’t they think the reason we have a Zoom account is to schedule a meeting?!

You are absolutely correct. I expect to schedule my many meetings daily seamlessly. This is so frustrating.  Zoom…. Say you’ll reconsider the original format !

It is seriously terrible.

This is so inefficient.  Why should you have to navigate to find where to schedule a meeting!

You're not alone many users are finding the new interface confusing. The meetings dashboard is still there but a bit harder to locate now. For support, you may need to start with the chat and then request a human agent or submit a ticket.

It sounds like you’re seeing the newer layout of Zoom, and a lot of users had the same reaction when the interface was updated.

The dashboard you’re looking for hasn’t exactly disappeared—it’s just a bit more hidden now. If you’re in the desktop app and you click Meetings, you’ll usually see the Scheduled tab near the top. That’s where your upcoming meetings and scheduling options are now. If you’re using the web version, try clicking Meetings in the left sidebar and then select Personal or Scheduled Meetings to get back to something similar to the old dashboard view.

As for contacting support, Zoom unfortunately pushes the AI assistant first. If you go to the Help Center on their website and start the chat, you typically have to interact with the bot briefly before it gives you the option to connect with a live agent (usually after selecting something like “technical issue” or “billing issue”). It’s not ideal, but that’s currently the path they use to route people to a human.

You’re definitely not alone in feeling frustrated. The recent redesign seems focused on promoting additional services and features, which can make the interface feel cluttered—especially for people who just want quick access to their scheduled meetings like before. Hopefully they’ll refine it in future updates, because the older workflow was definitely simpler for basic scheduling.
