The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording and wait on the transcription. Is there some way to make the default language English again, so that the audio transcript generated is automatically in English? Thanks!

I started my meeting at 3:15 PM  today, and I was recording in the cloud as a host. Suddenly at 4:35 PM, zoom disconnected automatically. I started the meeting again and the participant said the recording was stopped when you disconnected. So I started the recording again. After the meeting there is only 1 recording available on the cloud which started at 4:35PM. The first recording is not available in the cloud. I want that recording at all cost. Kindly provide me that recording.

I might have the answer but want to double check, the deck doesn't work with zoom gov correct?I always get the "Zoom is not connected" error. 

Keep getting error message. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Error code 0xc000012f

Hello,While sharing my screen on Zoom, the camera, chat, and similar Zoom tools appear as dark, watermark-like overlays on my screen. This obscures important parts of the screen and interferes with the presentation. I have checked all settings, but I couldn't find a way to remove this dark, semi-transparent overlay. Could you please help me with this issue?Thank you.

Woke this moring to big Zoom problems. Zoom Workplace app refuses to open in any way. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times but no luck. I tried reinstalling the app, but it refuses to do that too. I can't open any of my meetings at all, and when I try to redownload the app it says "the application I'm trying to install is not approved by Microsoft".  All this is just totally unacceptable, there is zero reason for any of this. Everything else on my computer is working perfectly fine, except Zoom. This is costing me money!

Hello community,I have Cisco devices in a Microsoft Teams environment, and these devices are running in Microsoft Teams Room mode.  I want these devices to be able to join Zoom meetings using Microsoft's direct guest join feature.  What firewall ports do I need to open to make this happens?

The Zoom block 170.114.0.0/16 has recently been blacklisted and is getting blocked by client firewalls that use dynamic malicious lists. I checked this on Spamhaus and it shows up on their PBL as well. Has this not been reported yet?

I can't allocate co-hosts.  There are a number of articles on here with how to enable co-host but I think the system has changed since they were written and I can't find it - I've done random searching but can't see it - could anyone help?

I trimmed a Zoom meeting down to 13 mins, but I thought I was deleting the 13-minute section. Is there a way to get back the full meeting? Please help!!

A person calling himself "James Smith" and pretending to represent "Ritual.com"  preys on job seekers, trying to get them to add "ritual-at-job4u.com" to their Zoom contacts to facilitate an online hiring process. (That e-mail address uses a domain name that is registered but parked (not in use). Ritual, apparently, is a real company that sells vitamins online—and I suspect they don't know about this scam. "James Smith" contacted my son—a video editor—about producing content for Ritual. He's had this happen before. At some point the fake HR manager says he needs to send money—for equipment or something, and says he will be reimbursed.  I believe the last time this happened, the scammers also used Zoom as part of the scheme. So... beware!

I have been participating in regular zoom meetings for years.  Tried to log in to a regular meeting this morning and got a complete runaround.  First they tried to log me into facebook, which I do not use.  Then they sent me to the login page, which I have never had to do before, and after multiple attempts, I created an account.  I still could not log in to my meeting.  And the AI 'assistant' (which is garbage) kept running me in circles.  And tech support is only for paid customers.  I see that there has been an 'upgrade' here, but it has made things worse.  Using a Windows 11 PC.

Hello, I'am new with Zoom meetings. I use an Apple Mac mini with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1.  The system preferences are correct. I was phoning with Apple Support and they told me, I should ask the support of zoom, cause the preferences were right. Can somebody of the community help me?

I am having issues with a new pair of Bluetooth headphones that I am using in zoom meetings. The old one works well without any issues, it was just too old and worn down so I had to replace it. (I am using a windows 11 computer). With the new headphones, I am having issues while on call. The microphone just stops working after 2 - 3 minutes in the call, I have to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth manually for it to work again, and just gets disconnected after 2 - 3 minutes. This is a lot of hassle since I am conducting online classes, and the mic stops working in the middle of my discussion. I tried to use the same Bluetooth headphones (the replacement) on a mac and it's working fine. It only has issues on Zoom when using windows. I tried using the same headphones with other applications on windows and they are working fine. I tried the following fixes, but to no avail:(1) Unpair and pair the BT headphones, then restart the computer

We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 1.76 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 1 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's certainly less than 2GB total.  And the total we are allowed for this account is 5 GB? Any ideas? Also, we have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right??  This is largely a repost, however, we are having the exact same issues!  We received an email stating " This is a reminder that your account is using more than the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11." If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi  I am on vacation in 2 weeks and I need to set ups a person to manage as host. Is this function available on zoom.Retired, disabled could use some help Thanks 

I am sure many users participate in calls in multiple languages like me.  The meetings I participate can be in Portuguese, Spanish or English in the same day.  I typically turn on the Closed Caption feature as it makes it easier to follow certain calls.  The problem is that everytime I start a meeting, I have to switch languages manually and need to find where the language is on the list menu.  My ask is that either I choose my preferable languages or have Zoom app understand the most used languages and set them on the top of the list or the bottom for quicker access.  Thank you.

Since updating to the latest version, I've noticed that background noise is no longer effectively suppressed, leading to significant distractions and poor audio quality during my calls. This feature was working correctly before the update. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi, A few weeks ago I did a presentation and the recording was great, it recorded me, my learners and the presentation in gallery view no problems. But, last week I did the same thing but when the recording downloaded it only recorded my presentation and not me or my learners. I have tried looking into this and changing anything to help but nothings working. Now every time I practice recording it only records the presentation. I need to but able to record in gallery view in a few days time and I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!

I was on a meeting yesterday (Sunday, December 11th) and some popup informed me I now had animated reactions or emoticons.  Sure enough...the hands clapping were clapping...it was cool.  But, I cannot find any documentation or settings for that feature now.

Hi all,I hope you can help me solve a problem I'm having with sending scheduled meeting invites.I have 3 imap accounts configured in Outlook and one of them is configured as the default mail account.I added a new Exchange account and now zoom uses that as the default account for sending. How can I change this setting? If I manually change the sender of the invite I get a notification of non-deliveryI searched the community posts but I couldn't find the solution to my problem.Thanks to everyone can help me
