I have a Dell Inspiron 24 5415 AIO with a Realtek audio device.  The computer came with the MaxxAudioPro app installed as well.  I have two weekly calls.  One which is a discussion and one which is a musical performance.  During the discussion call, I have no problems.  During the musical performances, I constantly have problems.  It works until the volume from the source gets loud (musical instruments, loud voices, etc.). I have found online a suggestion of uninstalling the Realtek audio driver.  When I do this, no sound works on the entire computer.  I can listen to even louder audio from other sources (e.g. a YouTube video) without issue.  I assume this is going to be some sort of interoperability issue between Zoom and my audio device, perhaps related to compression?  I have gone through some more of the obvious troubleshooting steps (Windows updates, driver updates, Zoom update, etc.) with no effect.&nb

I have two main problems with the new version of Zoom:1) I cannot find the meeting link ANYWHERE. I need this to share with people, both via sms with a meeting reminder and also when i create zoom events with another application, the attendees need to recieve the zoom link in their registration email and their reminder email.  It just does not seem to be visible anywher with the new, overly simplified version of zoom2) Email invitation does not work. I invite participants via their email address for a zoom meeting but they never recieve the email. I even sent it to myself and i don't get the email. Again i really need access to the zoom link so i can share with people who are supposed to attend.3) how on earth are we able to adjust settings in the new version?  4) list of upcoming meetings is no longer visible. I can only see them in a callender where many other non zoom meeting items are also present, so it is not very helpful to see what

Hi all, We are hosting Zoom on both Windows 10 and Mac mini machines. Recently, Crestron room controllers (Android) in some of the rooms appeared multiple times in the Zoom Rooms in Device Management, some online, and some offline. As a result (that's what we believe) after the host Windows or Mac device restarts these controllers do not automatically get paired with the Zoom rooms. Is it a known issue, what is the solution? If anyone could please shed a light on this 🙂 Thank you.

Has anyone every encountered a situation in which they were signed into a scheduled meeting, and they were unable to activate the mute or video button, but they could communicate via chat? This happened to me today and I lost an opportunity to connect. When I checked my account, I could see that I didn't have some sort of OA2 token, so I updated that. This has only happened one time before. It's a weird, but scary, glitch.

Hi, I have updated my settings in Zoom for Livestream. I previous had chosen Facebook and wanted to add Youtube and Custom. I update the settings, but it does not appear as an option once I start a meeting. Has someone had and solved this issue?

Hi,Recently I have found an issue during the share screen in Zoom. whenever admin access is required in action, I cannot see the windows pop up or fill the admin access. 

We have a series of meetings set up but do not know who the host is, how can we change the host without changing the meeting series?

Curious if there is a way to keep from seeing any Upcoming Meetings that I didn't create and nor do I want to be a part of..   There is a series of them (reoccurring) that show up in the UPCOMING window...  very cluttered!  thx

I'm using the latest Ppt on a Mac (Sonoma) and have a paid Zoom account.I have a single large monitor.I want to Share Screen a Ppt presentation in Presenter mode (ie with notes and Next Slide), and have only the slide visible to the attendees but the full Presenter mode visible to me.I have seen reference to an advanced Share Screen setting which would allow me to restrict what  portion of the attendees see, but that is not available to me.Can anyone assist with this?ThanksCaroline

Hello!I am a therapist, and I have clients who try to say I was not on Zoom when I was. I wait 15 minutes, and if my client does not join, I end the session. I thought I could run a report showing where I was logged in waiting, but now I do not see reports unless a client joins the session. Is there a way to prove that I was on Zoom waiting? Thank you! 

I am having trouble with my Zoom platform.  I normally have multiple tabs open while I tutor kids.  I am experiencing the audio spitting and crackling as well as the video glitching the whole time I am connected.I am receiving notice suggesting that I close tabs to alleviate audio issues.  Strange, this is.  I have reduced my normally used tabs to just one or two and it still continues to happen.My internet speeds are high (upload and download tests over 900). Does anyone have any ideas?  Crucial to my ability to work....Thank You 

Hi. is there a way for us to restrict other licensed users in your zoom account to view call recordings? I dont want them to view or access some of my personal meetings and other recordings that are confidential. Is there a settings for that?

I'll keep this short because I've see it posted elsewhere, even if over a year ago, such as at:https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Problem-with-camera-in-zoom-freezing/m-p/92581 My meetings freeze and often crash whenever I use an external webcam. I've tried a Logitech and j5 and both are causing my feed to lag and it sometimes also freezes audio or drops me completely. I thought it was a wifi or Logitech issue at first but now it it happening with the j5 camera as well. I've tried the video settings solution given in the link and it has not worked.  Does ANYONE have additional advice? I use Zoom all the time for work and it is seriously impacting my life in that respect. I may try going back to the older version of Zoom (as suggested), but if I remember correctly I updated Zoom precisely bec

I just got a new windows laptop, and now I can't share my powerpoint screen as the host of  a meeting AND see the mini participant windows at the same time like I used to be able to do.  Please help!

When attanding a zoom meeting I am on a Samsung tablet connected using the Smartthings app to a Samsung TV and the Zoom audio will not output from the TV. I have tried the Zoom settings and that does not appear to fix the issue. Samsung stated that due to privacy concerns, Zoom will not stream audio from the tablet to the TV. Can anyone confirm this?

Hello,I have several zoom accounts. In 1 of the accounts when I start to record, it changes the camera zoom on my webcam (to a size I do not want). It only does this when we record and only on 1 of my zoom acounts, not the others. I have checked all settings and cannot see a difference. Any ideas for how to correct would be helpful. Thank you.

If I add an attendee to an existing meeting and hit "save", will all attendees receive the invite again? I don't see an option to send or send only to added or deleted attendees.

My latest meeting did not fully record/convert. I confirm that throughout the duration of the meeting the “Recording…” notification was on and there was an alert at the start of the meeting to inform participants. However, once the meeting ended and the file was converted there is less than 1 second recorded 🚨😞 I have successfully recorded a lot of meetings in the past and all the necessary steps were followed.  @bstrelko  @Bort @jeremyjustin @Humashankar I am honestly begging for help to try and recover this. Please let me know if this is possible!

When I try to set the timer I end up getting Meeting Timer disabled by the host. When I go to settings, it is enabled and I can see the timer just unable to set the time duration

I need insight into use of my Logitech Brio software, called Capture.  It has clear compatibility issues with a Zoom session, and might be the cause of Zoom locking up altogether.  The two used to play nice, but apparently not any longer.  I really need to use Capture, for Zoom lacks several of its important capabilities. 1. Delayed video.  When Capture is used (it must be run before starting a Zoom session), the video is delayed as much as several seconds.  The delay varies from session to session, but is always present.  When not running Capture (choosing the Brio camera rather than Capture), there is a slight delay, but less than a second and grudgingly acceptable. 2. Zoom video freezes.  This behavior varies.  Sometimes the video freezes almost immediately, sometimes not for several minutes.  Ending participation and restarting the session restores video, but the problem reoccurs.
