I've made a 7 second video about this problem:https://youtu.be/onIF4rNvJGc Recently , when generating a zoom outlook calender mail, every time I input text and send it, the text gets reset completely. That way, every calender mail is unpersonalized and I have to resend the mail again.Is this issue known? Do you have any ideas what I can do to prevent that?Thank you very much in advance!

When I try to share a page on my screen from Microsoft Edge the other parties only see a black screen and my curser. However, If I try to share the same pages on Chrome there isn't a problem.  I've updated Edge and Zoom to the latest versions but continue to have the same problem.   

Hello, I am trying to set up a Zoom meeting in the US, with Taiwanese participants working at a public university in Taiwan. I noticed Taiwan did not appear in the drop down menu for country call in codes, and I wanted to make sure that the site worked for Taiwanese public employees. I've seen conflicting reports about whether Zoom is allowed for Taiwanese government work, and whether universities would apply. Thank you very much.-phantasm89 

I recorded it, she thought it would be emailed to me and it has not been.  Is there any way I can access this? 

Has anyone had any luck getting out of Zoom Work Place.  It is horrible and I cannot seem to contact Zoom without paying higher prices.  Maybe this is what they want... us to cancel.

I found that my ZOOM was crashing and freezing up my new computer resulting in a frozen, pixelated screen. I had to reboot to get back to the meeting I was hosting. I took my computer to tech support and did a factory reset on a brand-new machine. After the reset, I downloaded ZOOM again and the issue returned. Tech support contacted hp and installed a new motherboard under warranty. The issue returned. Time for me to do some troubleshooting for myself.  Here is what I found out:The download from ZOOM is not compatible with Windows 11. If you download to a Windows 11 platform, you must complete an immediate update in order to use ZOOM. That might have been nice to know before being without the use of my computer for three weeks, and an unnecessary warranty claim!

Has anyone found a solution to zoom bombers repeatedly bombing a meeting while flashing?

I am unable to locate the link to start and host the recurring - no fixed time  meeting I created.  

Hello, Meeting invites are not appearing in the Upcoming Meetings tab.The only meetings that are appearing are meetings that have been created by the user. Not meetings they have been invited to. These invites are for meetings that an individual has been added and an attendee via zoom. Additionally, they have also been added as an alternative host.  Why aren't these meeting invites showing in the upcoming meetings tab?

Using a Dell XPS13 Windows 11 as the host machine and the $169 version of Zoom, all updated to current. When I switch from Gallery view to Speaker view, the wrong person's picture shows up, even though the current speaker's box is highlighted. I tried double clicking and right-clicking on the actual speaker but it doesn't change. How do I correct this?

First time recording a Zoom meeting and I saved it as a local recording instead of the cloud (rookie mistake).  Am I able to rename the recording and send the link to the participants?  I didn't want to rename and make the recording unusable.  I suppose it's too late to move the recording to the cloud, isn't it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there. I’ve iFramed a Zoom meeting registration link into my landing page on WordPress and it looks great, but when you fill in the form and click submit in Chrome you get a little sad face. In Safari, the form goes away entirely. Once someone clicks submit they should get a message stating that their registration is pending approval. Can anyone help with this issue? Maybe there’s a way to redirect the person upon clicking to a new page or something. The confirmation email goes through, so the registration does go through, but it's just the end user experience that's confusing.

I have a colleague tampering with my Zoom Meetings. How do I stop it?I don't even get messages that the meetings have been moved on the calendar. Not sure as to how that happens. Is there a way to protect meetings? Any advice?  

 I have created a Zoom link that is used multiple times for a standing  team meeting. However, the reason for the link has ended, but old participants continue to use the link to meet for other meeting needs. I need to terminate their use of my Zoom link. Hello everyone, How can I uninstall unnecessary cameras in Zoom on a PC? I can't find anything on this topic.It is very annoying to get 3 or 4 no longer existing cameras to choose from when changing cameras.Does anyone have an idea ?

Hello!  When I record my Zoom meetings, the only person I see on camera is the active speaker.  I would like to see both people in the room whether they are talking or not.  I am in Gallery View when I start the recording.  Any tips on what I may be doing wrong? Thanks!

Why is Zoom breaking all the rules of usability and continually changing the navigation on the Zoom app? First of all they stopped me from adding a recurring meeting with no fixed time on the app. I have to log into the website to do this.  Now in July 24 they removed my list of Recurring meetings from the Meetings tap! Why?I found it randomly in the calendar (with a very small drop down under my calendar entry. Why would I look for my meetings links in the calendar??? OMG Zoom has really gone rubbish on the usability. Please sort this out and do some user testing on any navigation changes and stop behaving like a pack of teenagers with a software platform.

I'm having an issue with Zoom which I have integrated into my CRM. I'm able to have meetings booked successfully but it's not generating meeting links anywhere so neither I nor the client is actually able to hop on the call - we only see that a call is booked in our calendars. The CRM I'm using is called Clixlo - it's identical to Go High Level. Any ideas? Thank you

Yesterday, when I was in my account settings, on Zoom.us, reviewing my AI Companion settings, there was an "Upcoming update" banner stating:  "Beginning on July 25, 2024, Zoom will automatically enable AI Companion features for your account.  To keep the current feature settings, you can select "Do not auto-enable" prior to July 21, 2024."    I have shared this with colleagues, and it does not appear on their account.   How can we find it or where can they select "Do not auto-enable"? 

Since zoom offered to sell me a scheduler, which I have not taken up, my current scheduler which has aways worked fine on Outlook keeps reminding me that meetings that have already taken place are overdue.  This has been going on for a the last week and I have had to resort to deleting the meetings once they have taken place.  I dismiss the reminder and it comes back again. help!
