Hi All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I'm using Zoom for virtual meetings with a team, and we often have multiple audio devices connected to our computers. Is there a way to limit the audio input to a specific device, such as a headset or a microphone, instead of picking up audio from multiple devices? We have a team lead who uses a USB headset for audio input, but sometimes other team members' microphones start picking up their voices and it causes echo or feedback. Any Idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks!Emmanuel Katto

Hello and I've watched the screen sharing video a few times now.  My question is what to do if the iPhone/ipad choice doesn't show up on the menu to chose what screen you would like to share?  The iPad is plugged into my laptop and the only option I get is to share my desk top.  How do you get the cable option to show up?  Thank you.

I noticed that recently the video- and audio recordings are slower in speed than the original meeting. This makes my voice sound deeper and slower. It is not natural and a big problem, as I am sharing the recordings with clients. Since there is no customer service contact with Zoom, I landed here. Has anybody experienced the same issue and can help me?

Hello everyone,I am facing an issue with transmitting audio through the newest Zoom Version from my Line-In input on my Windows 10 PC. While other audio sources, such as playing a video file via VLC, are being transmitted without any problems, the audio from my Line-In input is not being picked up by Zoom.Here's what I have tried so far:Zoom Audio Settings:Selected the correct input source in Zoom settings.Enabled "Original Sound for Musicians and other professional audio sources."Windows Sound Settings:Made sure Line-In is selected as the default recording device.Checked the volume levels and ensured the input is not muted.This issue started occurring after a recent reinstallation of Zoom. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!

Zoom support is a fail. I have put in two tickets about this and support doesn't respond for a month. Then they finally do, but it doesn't email me a notification so that I know. What in the world?I was invited to a recurring meeting by a 3rd party. It shows up in my iCloud calendar the 2nd Tues of every month. If I hit Decline to get rid of it, Outlook pops up an error message: Unknown Error.I can't for the life of me get rid of this. The 3rd party says they have no mtg on their end. How can I rid my calendar of this?

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue while playing background music through Zoom meetings on my MacBook. When I share my computer audio and play music from Spotify, there's a noticeable delay between the audio from my MacBook's speakers and the speakers in our conference room. Is it because my macbook is within close vicinity to the conference room speaker? I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues and if there's an understanding of why this happens? I've tried adjusting settings and testing different configurations, but haven't found a solution yet. If anyone has insights into why this delay occurs or suggestions on how to minimize it, I would greatly appreciate your input. I am just curious, how can I shorten a link that takes up a wall during a zoom call? As if, I copy a link from, lets say Youtube, and it fills the screen...  Is there a way to shorten it, as if other websites, and discord can do? 🤔 🤔

Does anyone know how to how to designate an alternative host in an all ready scheduled meeting, please?  I've searched and haven't found anything except for how to do it when you're scheduling the meeting.

Zoom Version 6.6.1MacBook Pro M1 Pro w 16GB Ram 1 TB SSDRunning Sonoma 14.1 When I have a meeting (usually just 1 or 2 people) and I share video on Quicktime Player, if the video is playing at 1 hr and 25 mins then Zoom locks up like clockwork every time.  I can't even quit Zoom.  The video being shared stops. The video for my meeting participants stops. The audio for participants is still active but I get a big rotating colored ball on my screen and can't do anything except restart my computer.  It's been happening for months but I can't utilize Zoom anymore if this is going to keep happening. Also, I have a Pro account. I am allowed to submit support tickets.  There is no link that I can find to submit a ticket anywhere.  Why is an important link like this hidden?  Could someone direct me to where I can find the support ticket submission. I have enough ram. I only am running Z

My settings for meetings are not being applied/saved.I keep having to add my preferred settings every meeting I have set in Google Calendar.Why doesn't Zoom just Fix the problem with an update?This is a bug because I know many people who are paying like myself having the dame issue.This is a huge issue which seems to force the Pro Tier for support.

My account has been 'upgraded' to a new format. My scheduled meetings are not accurate. One has been completely removed and the settings for that meeting were somehow moved over to the only scheduled meeting left.  I was startled when I had been waiting for a client to join our session. I  copied the link to the room and emailed her to join me. She popped in immediately when I expected her to be in the waiting room.   I am frustrated by this change. I spent way too long trying to get help and then told I had to come to the zoom community. How do I get my previously scheduled meeting back? My clients have a link that is putting them in a the right room while I'm waiting in another.  I've had this same link for YEARS and now its just gone.  Anyone else have this issue?  

I've used share screen a lot, but now when I open it up to share it doesn't show me any of my open widows or docs that I'd like to share.  

I have dual monitors enabled and I host a lot of meetings that I need to screen share. Since the recent update that added AI features, I cannot see the gallery view when I'm screen sharing.  The first screen that should have the gallery changes to just the screen share tool bar.  This started happening after the most recent major update in late March that changed the look and feel and integrated more AI.   

I recorded a video (which was fine while the call was going). When I converted and saved the recording my guests face was Zoomed in on and I cannot understand why. Please help. 

I have an automation (Pabbly) that's been working for almost 2 weeks now that involves adding participants to two recurring meetings. For some reason, over this past weekend, one of the meetings changed to a recurring meeting with no set time or date. It also deleted everyone who had subscribed up to that point. The only reason I found out is due to the automation, which errored when trying to add some people to the event.I recreated the meeting, re-ran each of the automations (which added those two people to the meeting -- but keep in mind that over 30 registrations disappeared when the meeting changed like this.)I go in an hour or so later, and notice that that meeting has totally disappeared.Any ideas? Very very strange..

Web version using Chrome browser -After scheduling a meeting I went to the Home page before signing out. I noticed both scheduled meetings I have this week are showing the wrong date and are showing the day before.  My meeting for 19 June shows 18 June, and my meeting for 20 June shows 19 June.  When I click "visit Meetings" the dates are showing correctly.  I did not check other browsers.   

Since today I cant open my zoom meeting as a host. it looks like normal , and it says ..success... but its not willing to open out of the usual window.Wants me to go via the browser, which I dont want. Any suggestions please. thank you 

I don't understand why our meetings are not showing and I am unable to contact support because it says I need a pro account. We have a pro account. Our meetings cannot end on 11/3/2024. We are paid through 3/2025.  Please advise.

No one can join my Zoom meetings anymore. I start it, and anyone who joins is told to wait for the host. And I as the host don't see anyone in the waiting room. What's going on? 

When entering the Zoom conference, the program started to request a code. In the program settings, it does not allow you to remove this code and says "Locked by admin". We also tried to remove it with the administrator, but nothing helps. Please advise how to remove this code and how to find out who my administrator is. 

I had non-stop pop-ups blocking me from viewing the 2 hour class. The pop-up was a symbol of a green phone. How can I turn this off, if at all please? 

Everything was fine until last week. I have a MacBook Pro Sonoma 14.5 OS. Starting last week, when I turn the Zoom camera on during a call, it show my chosen background, the green camera light on the laptop turns on, but it doesn't broadcast - my face does not show live on the Zoom. It's just my background image. Help. After posting for help, of course, this has now magically resolved itself.
