I work for a company that hosts several classes via Zoom meetings. We need to capture the attendees' emails, but we are having trouble. I have toggled the master setting of "Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars" to ON and manually toggle this same option to ON for each unique meeting. When I go into the reports and pull up the class attendee list, the entire email list is blank, apart from people who are directly added to the calendar invite.  More context:Attendees sign up for the class via a third-party integration into our app -- they are prompted to add to their calendarPeople who are directly invited by our host account DO have their emails show upWaiting room is ON, no passcodeDoes anyone know why this could be happening and how to fix it?

We have a customer that wants to migrate one of their legacy zoom accounts onto our account. The legacy account in question has Concurrent Meeting Plus licenses, and has over 15 concurrent meetings per day scheduled on their accounts all the way into 2025. They would like to migrate before 12/2024. Our account has standard licenses that can only handle 2 concurrent meetings per user. Does anyone have experience with this scenario? My initial idea is to attempt to transfer each user (by unlinking, or contact zoom tech support), and then iterate their future meetings and use the schedule_for field of the update meeting API endpoint to "move" their 15+ concurrent meetings to different user accounts to reduce the concurrency under 2.https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-

I know that according to my organization policy, zoom logs me out after certain time but when it does, it asks me to login with a prompt even while I am doing something else. It is incredibly bad software engineering that I am working on a document and Zoom decides to ask me to login again. Why can't it wait until I need to use Zoom and then I can login so it is less obstructive? Is there some setting which can change this? 

Hey, guys! I've been trying to get in touch with Zoom but they SIMPLY WON'T REPLY TO MY MESSAGES! I have a brand-new laptop Asus Vivobook X1605 and every time I start sharing my screen, as soon as I scroll the window I'm sharing or drag something across the screen, the meeting starts breaking up, even the simplest task can affect the call negatively. My computer surpasses the minimum requirements for Zoom by a long shot, so I'm guessing it's some other problem. I contacted the support team from Asus and they advised me to try and see it with Zoom, but Zoom just doesn't reply to my messages. I really need help solving this problem because I work everyday with the app and everything else on my computer works smoothly, it's just the screen sharing. CAN ANYBODY HELP?

Hi. I'm having problems with scheduling meetings since the last update.  I only have a few meetings a week, always with one other person but: 1.  A couple of times these have vanished from the schedule. 2.  This morning I tried to add a new weekly meeting to begin in September and I had to do it about 15 times before it was right.  It kept adding the meeting as all day, when I had given a specific hour, and then kept adding the person for two meetings a week when it should have been one.  Does anyone know if we can get back to the old system (probably two updates ago) as I never had any problems with this. Updates are fine but they don't come with new instructions, so can be confusing. 

Can anyone help? Zoom meetings seem to cancel out my headphones when I join a meeting and only works through my laptop audio, how do I fix this?

Host cannot see Waiting Room.  Participants are there but host CANNOT see them there,

Hello Everyone, This is Jinesh here CEO at Inox Steel India. Yesterday I was conducting a Zoom meeting and I was having the 500 participants Zoom plan. During the meeting, after 230 participants joined, zoom was not allowing any participant to join. It was showing a message like "the maximum attendee limit is reached". I was not sure why this happened because the limit is 500. It would be great if someone could help me.

When I schedule a meeting (university account) and add it to my calendar (private gmail account), it asks for "additional" permissions every single time, even though zoom has full access to that calendar according to my google account security settings. Every time I confirm the permissions, but it does not seem to stick. How can I avoid that popup?

I have earlier managed to record without problems speaker with shared screen when showing powerpoint. It seems now to be impossible. It records only speaker video and the point when I start sharing screen and choosing start powerpoint. Can't figure out what is wrong since I checked the recording options and those seemed to be okay. Can anyone figure out what am I doing wrong?

Hi all,I have made a recording which is saved to the local recordings. I now need to download this and can't seem to do that. It downloads in .zoom extension which I can't convert into anything and therefore can't view the audio-video recoding back. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

I just spent hours recording multiple recordings in Zoom under 1 meeting. I can't find any of them. I checked my zoom folder on my computer, and recordings folder on my zoom account. Only 1 recording is coming up, when there should be 4 of them. Where did they go? PLEASE HELP! I worked so hard on this project.

Updated to newest version as prompted on 07-21.  Everything was fine until first person joined: my picture went out of focus.  Background was OK.  Logged out and back in: myself was now in focus, but my background did not show to me even though the others could see it.  Proceeded with meeting for about an hour and I locked up solidly and had to use the power button to shut down.  Logged back in and everything seemed fine, but I moved my hand in front of the camera and I went blurry to myself and everyone else. Linux Ubuntu 24.04, Logitech HD camera, Ryzen 9 7900, 32 gig RAM, RTX 3080. I never ever had a problem with Zoom in way over a year.  There must be a problem with the new update?  Please help.  No error codes appeared, but the is a dump file in the folder that I cannot view the contents of.

Does anyone know how to find the button to update to the latest version of Zoom.  I just installed Zoom and it downloaded version 6.1.5 but there is no option to update in the drop down menu.Thank you.Connie

I recently switched from a PC to a Mac. I downloaded zoom and logged in. Last Wednesday night my meeting was there but tonight it is gone. It's a reoccurring meeting but it's not there, not even under the previous tab. HELP! 

I recently recorded a meeting and one of the participants periodically appeared in the meeting despite my not seeing this while the meeting was taking place and being recorded.  I believe I pinned the screen that we wanted to record.  All participants were muted.  I did forget to end recording prior to ending the meeting, though I was able to retrieve the meeting from the cloud later, and I don't see how this  would relate to that problem.  I  just would like to know what I did wrong so that it doesn't happen again.  

Does anyone know how to disable the raining down birthday cakes that show up when you type "Happy Birthday" into the chat box? I need to stop them from happening! Thanks 

Hello, is there a way to rename participants based on a pre-defined spreadsheet?There is a group of helpers to ensure all participants rename themselves using a pattern appending their roles to the names.The desired flow could be:Read the name of the participantIf the naming convention is not followed, attempt find out the desired name from the spreadsheet.If the attempt above does not succeed, (i.e. some logs in with a name of "iphone" or "ipad"), prefixing with "000" because participants' names in the list are jumping up and down rapidly; helpers would need to manually fix the renamingWould there be any API (or Zoom Apps) to help implement these? Recently, I had to join a few important conferences, and found that people do not hear me.We see each other, I can hear them, but they do not hear me. It was not like this in the beginning of 2022.We moved to Meet, and everything worked. I tried Teams and Skype. Again, everything works.I tried listening to Mic input from the Windows Audio Mixer, and it worked smooth like always. Then I went to Zoom config, and found that the Mic level bar was waving for one second only, and went dead.I changed the Config page, and activated Audio config again - now clicking "test mic" as fast as possible. And I could record my voice for one second. Then it went off. Something is wrong in ZOOM for Windows. I have a HP Pavilion Air 13 laptop, based on AMD chipset, with preinstalled Windows 11, which is regularly updated.

When I add the Zoom meeting link to my Google Calendar, it shows the host as my boss's account. It should be mine. How do I fix that? I cannot find this information ANYWHERE online. I have my own "PRO" account under our company and in the profile settings on my boss's account, it shows that their Zoom account is only linked to their Google Calendar. But, it is also linked to mine!! This is so confusing and means I cannot host meetings. Please help! I am desperate!

The background of my video is burred even though "none" chosen.  I see posts related last year that indicate it may be on windows not in the zoom app.  Is there a fix for this?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled without a change.

Zoom video was working in our Microsoft Teams Rooms yesterday (01/23/23). After today's "update," the video in Microsoft Teams Rooms is not working. This occurred in all of our conference rooms. The camera works for Microsoft Teams meetings, and when we hook up our laptops to the conference room camera directly. The video only freezes and then goes black during Zoom meetings connecting through our Microsoft Teams Rooms systems. No amount of restarts and settings changes have fixed this. 

The "copy Invitation" tag which normally appears on the right side of a zoom invitation after it has been saved, is not appearing as usual. I have no way to copy the invitation so i can past it into an email.  This has been going on now for about 2 weeks. Anyone know what to do?

I've a zoom setup on my Mac Studio (2022) running macOS Monterey on Apple M1 Ultra chip. I've external camera (Logitech Brio Pro Ultra HD Webcam) and microphone (audio technica ATR2500x), both connected to my Mac Studio using USB-C connections.    During my zoom meetings, my audio & video suddenly drops and it comes back automatically after a few seconds. This is a serious issue and I've done everything that I can do to troubleshoot it but it continues to occur. My internet is a high speed (1GB) fixed line connected to my Mac Studio using an ethernet cable.     Has anyone experienced this and any advice on resolutions?
