(asking on behalf of a family member) Situation--normally uses Zoom on iPhone, purchased Zoom Pro which allows for longer than 40 minute meetings on iPhone as expected. Recently purchased an iPad, installed Zoom client and logged in, but from iPad it still has the 40 minute time limit. Is there anything required to allow this on the new device?Thanks so much!

Dear Community,I am at a loss for what to do to recover a lost recording.1. I recorded a meeting. I am sure because my attendees all recall the recording portion. I also looked at my meeting report, which showed that participants accepted the recording in progress.2. I can find the meeting and meeting records (participants, length, and that kind of stuff), but I cannot find the recording.3. I have checked my Zoom folder and Recycle bin. I have also checked my other local folders.4. Yes, I have checked the cloud recordings, but it shows nothing deleted.  Thanks for your help. Best, Kafeero

We just went through a Google Workspace transition.For the sake of simplicity, here are the details. CompanyA_dot_com was primary workspace, and my employee logged into it using name_At_companyA_dot_com  - with Zoom to connect to her Google calendar.   CompanyB_dot_com was a google alias domain in the primary workspace, but employee used name_At_companyB_dot_com as the login to Zoom. (not using Google SSO etc) I only use name_At_companyA_dot_com for all activities and don't try to connect my Google calendar in Zoom.  Yesterday, our company split those 2 domains into two separate Workspaces. CompanyA_dot_com went to a new workspace, with me in that move. My employee went stayed in the original Workspace account, where CompanyB_dot_com become primary domain. She can only connect to Google now

How do I add an additional person to a meeting I have already scheduled?

I recently downgraded from Zoom One Pro to Workplace Basic Plus.? #1)  Will this plan allow phone-in participants, since it has a monthly cost?? #2)  Is there an option to add a meeting time extension BEFORE the meeting starts?I cannot find support information on the new plan.Thank you!

Good Morning!i regularly attend a very large zoom meeting which sets up multiple breakout rooms.they are randomly assigned rooms.the last two weeks, once breakout room time arrives, I have not been put through to a breakout room.my screen keeps spinning and never connects.it is not an everyday occurance but it never happened in the last two years.please advise!!thank you!

Our organization has a Pro account with 5 Users. If User A has scheduled a meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 PM, can User B also schedule a meeting on the same day at the same time (Nov. 15, 6 PM? (User B would be scheduling a different meeting with different guests than User A's meeting). Thanks--  

Using the latest Mac and zoom is just bright white almost blending me in! done all the normal settings and still ridiculous. Chatbot was worse than useless so spent 30minutes of my timing tring to workout something which should be a 30second fix. Also interested to see what other video platforms people use - specifically with good support functions

Will airline wifi (American) support participation in a Zoom call while in-flight?

I've been having this irritating flickering on Zoom. If this happens on a laptop camera, I would just switch it from 60 Hz to 50 Hz. Then the problem's solved.However, I couldn't find this option on the Zoom camera settings, and it causes flicking when the camera is on.I'm wondering if there are any other options on Zoom available to solve this.

Hi guysWe are currently planning a presentation in two languages and are hiring an interpreter for it.Now we worry about the screensharing a presentation. Can it be done in two languages? I joined a zoom meeting from my iCloud mail, I had a full call via Zoom Workplace (desktop app) and I remember saving clicking to save the recording to the cloud. However I cannot find the cloud recording anywhere and I'm not sure what account I used (if any) as when I clicked the zoom link from my iCloud mail it opened up zoom workplace desktop app and I did not get prompted to sign in. I have spoken with the host of the meeting and they do not have the recording, how can I retrieve this? 

I have socks5 proxies and I use zoom on linux, specifically the .deb version for linux. zoom says it has a tool to check whether the socks5 is active but its only available for windows or mac. so is there a way for me to know whether the socks5 is working or which IP it is showing for me on zoom on linux? if so , how do I do it? thank you.

I created a Zoom meeting link with my personal Meeting ID. It was used by myself and a small group of business associates. However, after leaving the group, I have discovered that they continue to use that link for their own meetings. Can I delete the meeting in some way to disable their use of my meeting account for their personal use? They simple copy and past the meeting info and share it among themselves.

I have a meeting set up. I'd like to get the zoom link and share it with the panelists so that when they join the meeting they join as panelists and not attendees. How to do that? Will I have to convert the meeting to a Webinar?

Yesterday, the Zoom Video recordings included an audio track embedded in the recording.Today I allowed the system to update, and the audio is not completely separate from the video, making any editing a nightmare!I also have to take extra steps to hide my video on a shared screen.Oh, worse, the shared screen recording shows MY Side, with the Zoom Garbage in the way! How the freak am I supposed to use that to teach or share content?!What happened? I just want the old way back!
