Hello and thank you in advance for any help. I can't update Zoom and the desktop app has disappeared and I can't log in. The the application still exists in downloads. I try to download, Zoom starts installing, then the install window disappears before it's finished. I'm running Windows 7. Thanks again!

Using a Macbook Pro m2 and Office 365 - Loopback audio installed for when I do screen recordings. When trying to play a video embedded in a PowerPoint deck, the audio is not heard - by me or the attendee, it's broken and bitty, I can hear something playing but it's inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the video through the mac speakers. When trying to share a song via the Spotify app and the ADVANCED share tab - share audio - the song is bitty and inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the track through the mac speakers. It can't be just me, I know some of you out there have issues, I don't mean the personal ones, lets stay zoom instead of running a therapy session 🙂 If you share - using ADVANCED - VIDEO file - it plays and shares ok.If you share SCREEN - play a file from Vimeo - the audio is heard. This problem has only occurred in the

Hi All- When I schedule a meeting from my corporate Zoom account and invite other people to attend the meeting, when they accept my invitation, the acceptance email notification goes to my Gmail and not to my corporate email. My corporate email is the email associated with my Zoom account. I don't understand why meeting acceptance notifications are going to my gmail account when that's not even listed on my Zoom account. Anyone? Thanks!

Please let me know if I can either download an older version of zoom and not workplace or is there a way where I can see my documents that I am sharing.  I used to see all the opened files.  Now when I share a a document or go on google only the icons are showing and.  I now have to just pick and choose a pdf and hope it is the one I want to share.  I am stuck and really need this to be gone.  

in the new ZOOM workplace version (6.0.11 (39959), while one of the participants shares his screen, it has become impossible to annotate after requesting control over his screen. is there a way to annotate while remotely controlling a user screen? this is something I was doing regularly until now.

My Zoom WorkPlace freezes everyone and automatically reboots me on EVERY Zoom meeting - Fix??

Windows version 6.1.1   macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Currently, when the PC Windows client version 6.1.1  takes over a screen sharing session, the macOS Zoom Workplace  6.0.11 is not able to see the shared screen whilst other Windows client were able to see the new share. This used to work when the PC Zoom version was 5.8.

Am not able to share the screen, am the host and changed the settings, given sharing access to all ( Host and Participations. But still am not able to share the screen but If I login other Laptop as a host or a Participant am able to share but not in my particular Laptop .? May I know why.? do I need to check any settings .? I have restarted the browser and Laptop multiple times but still not able see sharing button option  . Kindly let me know how can get the access.?  Thanks in advance ..!

Before I could have a detailed view of the users, time login, time logout en total time logged in, but when generating the report now, I can't click on the specified report to download it with the details.Can anyone help? Thank you!

Hallo, meine Computerton Freigabe funktioniert nicht. Es wird anscheinend angezeigt "Johanna gibt computer Audio frei" Aber man hört dann keine Musik. Der Ton vom Mikrofon funktioniert. Was könnte da los sein? Das einzige was ich anders gemacht habe, ich hatte kurz davor ein Teams Meeting.  des Weiteren erscheinen meinen Wiederkehrenden Meetings nicht in der Zoom App am Desktop. Ich muss immer über den Browser rein. Das nervt. Gibt es auch dafür eine Lösung? Freue mich über Hilfe! 

Every time I join a zoom meeting the video does not work. I am using a Dell laptop and have never had any problems before, but when I turn on my camera it just shows a black screen with a camera and slash through it. I've seen some other posts with the same issue, but none of the solutions worked for me. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello to all, I'd like to ask you for some help:Typically, as a host, I like to use a headset for Zoom calls. That works fine - except: when I want to present e.g. a YouTube video, then I do only get the video information, but without the audio.It's obvious that this is not a practical way.But as soon as I switch off the headphone , i.e. using the (quite lousy) acoustics in my office, the audio catches in. But it seems, that the micro of my external camera does simply transmit the audio here in the office, means, that the audio is taken to the Zoom call via the output of the speakers.I would expect that the audio signal would be transmitted to the Zoom call "internally". Please, what do I need to do for having the full YouTube clip as a shared resource whilst using my headset? Thanks in advance !

I am trying to use a wireless microphone system as my mic for Zoom meeting. First, I connected wireless microphone with a USB adaptor, and then plugged it into a USB port, when I change the setting of Microphone on Zoom audio, the computer detected the USB port, however simply does not play the sound. Can someone kindly help me out? Thanks in advance.

My question is simple - if one of my work accounts upgrades to pro and we are allowed 1-9 users, do those users get individual meeting id's and can they be in 2 different meetings at the same time? we only need 2 users but they need to run separate meetings at the same time. I only need local recording, most of the meetings would be maybe 1 or 2 invitees in a meeting. we don't need most of the features in pro, just more than i user and the ability to run close to 40 minutes without nag screen on  new meeting right away. (a 32 minute meeting gives us a 9 minute hold window if we try to start a new meeting within those 9 minutes. Any help would be appreciated. I searched for simultaneous users in the help section and got one user signing on to multiple devices at the same time. I'm looking for 2 users signing on to different meetings at the same time. 

Hi all, I'm part of a volunteer team of experienced Zoom hosts running a daily online meeting (@150-200 attendees).  Given the meeting size, for most of the meeting people are muted as standard with co-hosts unmuting them when they want to speak.  A few times recently we seem to have everyone in the meeting being asked to unmute when the host has not changed the security settings (I'm not sure which setting would prompt a general ask-to-unmute anyway).  We are genuinely not sure whether we have a too enthusiastic co-host or whether there is a glitch in our system.  Has anyone else experienced such a glitch and do you have any recommendations before we start clamping down on co-hosts?  Thank you

Just recently configured Pexip SIP CVI for MS Teams meeting join from Zoom Rooms. Getting a weird experience where at outbound audio can be heard within the Teams meeting, but Teams participants can’t be heard within the ZR. Bidirectional video is outstanding, outbound audio from ZR into Teams meeting outstanding, inbound audio from Teams meeting doesn’t exist. Logitech RallyBar Mini, no additional peripherals beyond a Tap IP. Anybody have a similar experience?

Ola, fiz uma reunião, selecionei a opção de gravação automática, e coloquei para gravação nesse computador, porem ao acessar o meu painel, não encontrei uma reunião gravada no meu computador. Há alguma forma de eu achar essa reunião gravada, uma vez que não encontrei no meu computador?
