My USB headset is detected and selected at the start of the Zoom call and works well.  But, after perhaps 5-10 minutes into the call, the audio quits, and my microphone stops working, with no notice (except for people telling me they can't hear me).  If I switch my 'speaker' to another device (such as my laptop speakers), the audio plays through the laptop speaker.  Then, I can switch my speaker back to my headset and it will continue working for another 5-10 minutes.  This cycle repeats for any Zoom call. It also behaves the same for another USB headset (Logitech), so I don't believe it's a headset failure.  I have a third wireless headset where this fails in the same way.  It does work fine with an older Bluetooth headset, and never quits when using that. This is a Dell 5570 laptop, running Window 11.  I've updated the Audio drivers to the latest version as of July 2023, and it makes no difference.  I've

My topic currently reads  "[My Name]'s Personal Meeting Room."  Can I change the meeting topic for all my meetings instead of manually adding the topic? There is no EDIT option for this in the settings Zoom version Version: 6.0.11 (35001)

Hi EveryoneI'm hoping you can help with this problem. I have set up my account so that I can share files with participants in a meeting. However, when I put the document in Chat, even though it says I have been successful and I can see it, my participants cannot see it - or just one or two can.I wondered whether it's because I scheduled a number of meetings before I changed this setting to enable document sharing.Can anyone tell me how to resolve it? I'm about to run lots of meetings and really need this functionality.Thank you

Hello, When sharing a screen, a small window displaying what my camera sees is shown in the top right-hand corner of the shared screen. Is it possible to move this window to another position, for instance the top-left corner? Thanks VW

I've set my meetings up to not require a passcode or waiting room, but to require authentication. One of the meeting participants keeps getting the following message and is unable to join. Please advise how to resolve this issue: "Unable to join this meeting. The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to Join." I see others have this issue but I don't see that there has been a resolution posted. Note that the participant unable to join does not have a commercial Zoom account which is also true for most of the other participants who are able to join the meeting. 

Hi, I am using Zapier to connect a registration form in Kajabi to complete the registration form in Zoom and it isn't working.I have set up a zoom registration for my meeting, but cannot figure out how to view it now that it is published (when I go to 'edit' the different categories don't appear).How do I view my registration questions so that I can figure out what the error is with Zapier?Thanks!Nicole

When I schedule meetings, I am offered 1/2 hour increments only. How do I change that setting to 15 minute increments?

I have emailed guest participants in a meeting a link to a Zoom survey I created. I want to send a link of the survey results to the guest participants when the survey is closed.  Are there options to accomplish this? Thanks.

Hello, I am hosting an online free event, I was expecting about 800 attendees so I purchased the "add-on 1000 participants".Yet, thankfully the number of attendees exceeded 1,000. thus, can you please suggest an upgrade. I am afraid that this event is a free event and the webinar option is expensive for it.So what can I do? how can I accommodate for up to 3,000 attendees on a more affordable budget. I appreciate your fastest reply, since the event is approaching and I really need a solution.Thank you in advance. 

I had an important zoom meeting where I was interviewing a scientist. I was recording him but when I went to my zoom folder afterward, it only recorded the first 10 minutes, including the sound and transcript.  Anyway I can find a backup somewhere?

Last night I got an email from Zoom about the WorkingLive relationship ending.  The email was very thin on content and offered only GENERIC links to the Zoom website to sign up for an account.The communication from Zoom is really poor here.  Has anyone on the WorkingLive plan done the transition yet?  The email says: "You can easily sign up for a new Zoom account directly on our website. Please visit this link to create a new account."But we already have accounts. We already login with the Zoom website. Are we to assume that we create a "new" account but using the exact same email address on file? And then when we upgrade to a paid Zoom account all our stuff will auto-magically transition?We

I am the owner/admin of a basic account for now, but I am unable to see/find the record option during meetings I host.   I'm using the Zoom Workplace App v6.1.7 (17235) on my IPhone 12.  I've enabled automatic recording in my zoom account online.  What else should I be doing?

I use an app called PowerDVD23 to show video clips [using an LG Slim Portable DVD writer/player, plugged into my Dell Latitude PC] as part of a lecture for an online course. This was working fine until the most recent Zoom update. Suddenly, the Screen Sharing interface is completely different and does not give me the option of sharing anything that isn't already online. When I try to share the video, with one setting the students could see it but hear no sound; or they could hear the sound with a black screen. Am I doing something wrong with the settings???

We use to see the time on meeting invites when you send it to others. Not it's not there anymore, what happened to it? It's very ineffective 

I have NO code I need one. I am using my laptop. version is the newest one PROi did no trouble shooting because I am not able to go any further than this. Upload and transfer. When I try to download to the laptop it wants a code.  

I have always been able to send the same zoom link for my meetings and now it is requiring a passcode. How do i turn off the passcode requirement and still be able to use the same link each time without scheduling a meeting? Like to just hop on a zoom randomly with teammates when necessary? 

I'm having a weird bug that I'm trying to solve. For context, my zoom is integrated with my outlook mail/calendar. I also have it on the setting where it was automatically generate a zoom meeting link when I create new events. From outlook calendar, I hit "NEW EVENT" to start to draft up a new meeting invite. As soon as I add a guest, like within seconds of adding a team member's email into the invitees section of the form, a zoom meeting is created and shows up in my zoom calendar as a new event that's happening in 5 minutes. I haven't even had a chance to put in the correct day and time yet or actually send out the meeting invite. So I am constantly having to delete zoom meetings from the zoom app homepage "upcoming meetings" area because it's filling up with meetings with incorrect times that are just drafts.  I hope this makes sense? Unable to import Powerpoint with the 'advanced' function of slides as background. I had a window pop up that has never popped up before asking to access something in order to read my powerpoint. cookies or something, I cannot remember. I said no. And now I can't get back into it. Is there a way to reset my original choice or something?

Hello, I work with student's online and have always used the same personal meeting link for each student. With that said, I send the link to them individually via google calendar invite. I rarely jump out of Zoom between seeing kids. With that said, incoming students are placed in the waiting. Someone brought to my attention that when trying to enter, the title of the meeting, while in the waiting room, is a students name and not the name of the student trying to enter. I don't recall this happening last year. When scheduling a meeting via google calendar and then hitting the Zoom button, my personal meeting ID appears, but now for some reason each student I invite has my personal meeting ID with a few extra numbers at the end which is why I believe when they are placed in the waiting room they are seeing the previous student's name in the title. Hello, I would like to make a feature request: Could it be possible to set for a recurring meeting an option that automatically makes an attendee video off when joining, just like the audio? They could then open the video after, if needed, but it would be handy for some security and managing a webinar, especially with older people who often join ignoring the zoom client prompts as if they had a mirror and they are not realising they are broadcasting their image. On the other hand I still need attendees who are able to manage their video to be able to open it easily without managing them one by one.  Thank you!

I teach online courses at a community college, and when conducting synchronous classes, I often use both my webcam and document camera. To share my document camera, I select it from the "share" option under advanced settings. However, after about two minutes of using it, I hear an audible dinging sound. This forces me to stop sharing and restart the share during class. Is there a setting I may be overlooking to prevent the dinging and avoid having to restart the share every few minutes?

Is it possible to send invitation directly to somebody's calendar. Not a link but email which will appear strait in reception calendar.
