Meetings

I have a Zoom pro account which allows hosting of up to 100 participants.  I will host a Zoom meeting  of around 100 participants in the near future.  Is it possible to start the meeting with the current 100 participant limit and increase it to 500 by purchasing the “large meeting” add-on if the number of participants might reach the limit during the meeting? 

I have been using for years the same ID and Password for zoom meetings. I am unable to extend the use of that meeting because it is no longer listed  neither in my upcoming meetings nor in my past meetings

i was able to use avatars now i cant. i haven`t changed computers, i didn`t change any settings. others in my meeting can use avatars. also i cant find the "toggle avatars" option in my settings

 zoom outlook meeting wont add location.when scheduling a meeting with zoom plugin it wont add the link to the location like its used too.I have reinstall the plugin and restart my computer (pc not mac).just see the picture: https://ibb.co/qjPrpvc    

Hi there. I am new to Zoom. I have paid account and I am trying to record just myself doing some presentations and record them so others can watch later. I used a Slidedeck and shared screen while recording myself. I noticed when I watched the recording only the first slide showed even after I had gone through several and talked to them? Any ideas why this is hapening? Many thanks

hi everyone  sorry if i make a mistakes in english i'm french I just installed zoom workplace on my Mac and all the buttons for remote control are activated in my settings account. When i started a meeting and i share my screen i can't see the button of remote control in my bar of options My mac is macOS Monterey version 12.7.4 , 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5 double heart and i installed the last version of zoom does anyone can help me please ?

My disk is filling up with three types of files, as the zoom software evidently tries to continuously reprocess files:   double_click_to_convert_(incrementing dates and times)   video1762280867 (incrementing dates and times)   audio (incrementing dates and times)

When I send an invitation to  Zoom meeting it defaults to the wrong email address, even though the right email address is on my profile. 

Hey! When im sharing my screen all the other participants sees all the zoom related panels and windows as gray like squares on their screen.I have tried share with(or without) window filtering, but its just showing them the windows and I wnat them just to see my screen without it.I made sure that the optimize video clip feature is not checked."Showing zoom windows during screen share" is off.Any other suggestions? 

Hey folks, I've got a fun one for you. I recently (3 days ago) hosted a meeting and had my recording directed to the same path I have used for years. I later remembered that I changed my Windows username. Same login, just changed the display name.So the path of; /Users/<USERNAME1>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom is now /Users/<USERNAME2>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom  When I try to open the recording folder automatically in Zoom, it redirects to the USERNAME2 folder, which is empty. Nothing in my Trash, as I furiously dump it multiple times a day.I don't actually use OneDrive, it's just the 'physical' folder on C:// that often gets defaulted too and I've been too lazy to change.   I'm not convinced that Zoom would just vaporize the recording because of a bad file path...especially because I wasn't prompted to give

I RECORDED A MEETING FROM `11AM TO 5PM I CANT FIND IT. ALL I SAW WAS THE SIZE AS 0BYTE. NO VIDEO OR AUDIO. JUST THE NAME OF THE MEETING ON THE RECORDING & TRANSCRIPT MODULE AND 0 BYTE AS SIZE MEANWHILE I SAW IT RECORDING DURING THE MEETING AND A RECORDING LINK WAS SENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MEETING ENDED BY 5PM.  HELP PLEASE I NEED TO RECOVER IT 

Hi All, I looking for a possibility to do the recordings in splitscreen. So one half 'shared screen' and other half the speakers video. Is there a possibilty to do this?At the moment I only have a small screen of the speaker if I record it and screen is shared. Hope anyone can help! Take care, Jorick

Hello everyone, I've installed the Zoom PWA for Chromebook and it seems to default to a max of 9 participants (3 x 3) visible on the screen.  The Zoom app allowed 16 (4x4) and I was hoping this PWA would default to 25 (5x5) like Windows and Mac. Anybody know how I can change this?   Thank you!

I recorded a test recording for a meeting on 9-26-24. I stopped the recording, stayed in the meeting, and recorded another test recording. This one I couldn't find and figured it hadn't coverted yet. I stopped this one, stayed in the meeting, and then started recording the acutal meeting (3.5 hours). I stopped the recording and left the meeting. I do not remember anything saying the meeting was converting. The last 2 recording I can't find and don't know what to do...please help.

Hello!I need the meeting registration report for a meeting that took place in May 2024. Unfortunately I didn't know that the maximum report duration was 1 month. Is there any way to retrieve information about meetings that took place more than 30 days ago? For example, by upgrading the plan or doing something else?Thank you very much!

I was in a meeting that ended after the 40 minute deadline. In the meeting I had a whiteboard that I worked on. How can I retrieve that whiteboard?

Hello, I run a language school and have an overlap of lesson times between two different instructors. Instructor A tutors a student at the same time nstructor B tutors a different student. Is there a way for both instructors can tutor their students on the same day at the same time??

I have disabled automatic recording in my web app. I did this by going to setting>recordings and scrolling down to "automatic recording" and turning that off.  I have logged out and logged back in and restarted chrome and also my computer. I even logged out of my desktop zoom app and logged back in.  YET... all my calls STILL keep automatically recording.  I have been trying this for a couple of months now and I cannot get the auto recording to turn off.  I should say this- On my desktop app, I have my zoom recordings being saved to a specific folder, not the zoom cloud. I have recordings being dropped in drive folder so it auto-syncs to my own drive. This part I set up on the desktop app and nit the web app. I don't think this is the problem but letting you all know here just in case something could be up with this.  How do I disable automatic recording?

For some reason, Zoom is not recognizing my internal audio from my MacBook Pro in Google Chrome.  It is fine in Safari.  How can I get it to also work in Google Chrome?

I used to be able to start an ad hoc meeting immediately off this page. Now the button looks like I can click on it, but does not start a meeting.  Additionally, the Schedule button is greyed out.  There are other more cumbersome ways to start the meeting but I'd like to fix this one.  Zoom also logs me out between uses and I have to login manually each time. Maybe all of this is related somehow. Zoom does seem to be suffering from bloat.
