I've been hosting Zoom meetings since 2020, and never had this problem.  After scheduling recurring meetings, when I click on "Meetings," it shows me only four occurrences, even though I've scheduled 13.  In the little ? prompt next to the range, it says "To see more, extend the meeting date range" or something similar.  However, nowhere on Zoom's website does it say how to do that.  So, to summarize:Problem 1: This is new - just started after I've been scheduling meetings for four years.Problem 2: Tells me what, but not how, to extend the number shown.Can anyone help?Thank you,Burt 

Hi, I started a recurring meeting (weekly) with registration of the participants the first time they join. So far so good. Everyone registered and got an e-mail with the JOIN-button.But for the next meeting, I want to send them an e-mail with the direct link, in case they cannot find the first e-mail or do not know it's the same button. So I was looking for the url to the meeting, but I can only find the link to the registration... Where do I find the link to invite someone who is already registered? Or is there something I miss about the way the registration works? Thanks a lot!

Recently updated Zoom Desktop App  (windows 10) and now Zoom will not recognize any microphone.  Have tried 3 different microphones and none are recognizedin the app.  However, if joining from the web on the PC there are no issues.  Ran the clean uninstall and reinstalled, but it still does not work.No issues with microphone when using other applications such as Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Web version.  Reached out to our Zoom Account rep and have not heard back, so any suggestions, insight, is greatly appreciated.

Can the zoom CSV file key in phone number and organization other than email address , first name and last name? Because whenever I entered my Meeting ID and Passcode, it brings me to a registration page that prompts me to enter my First Name, Last Name , Email Address, phone number and organization. I would like to prevent that page from popping out everytime I try to enter a meeting

I have been using Zoom for years and I have never had an issue connecting with my computer audio. Now, when I join a Zoom call, my computer audio is connecting with the speaker but not the microphone. I do not know how to fix this problem. Can someone please advise?

There's a persistent problem with the image quality and particularly the color balance (hue) of my own image – my face and background. My face appears with a reddish-purple color that I can't get rid of. I've tried multiple methods – several brands of ring lights, colored cellophane on my lights, changing the room lighting, etc. – but nothing seems to work. As far as I can tell, MacOS doesn't have any adjustments that might help. Zoom has some limited camera adjustments, but nothing that helps. Maybe the solution is to get a third-party app that will allow me to adjust the image attributes for Zoom and any other apps that use the camera, such as Facetime. I've searched for apps like this, but I'm not sure exactly how to describe the category of app I need. Hello, I am using the latest version of Zoom Workplace (annual subscription). When my client shares their screen and I write on it using an iPad, they often encounter a textbox or eraser tool popping up unexpectedly. When that happens, they can't type or write anything. This issue persists until the client stops and reshares the screen. Could this be a glitch? Hope to hear from you soon.

I wanted to understand what the License Count mean when we upgrade to Pro where the license count is 1-9. Does that mean that if I take Pro license, I can have 9 users added who could use the account. If Yes, can we have meetings scheduled at the same time for different meetings by different users. Ex: License is ProUser License Count: 5 (A, B, C, D, E)Can A & B schedule different meetings at same time for different users? By adding A, B, C, D, E will I still be charged for 1 plan or will the new users I have to pay extra?

We are deploying Zoom via GPO, and I've installed the administrative templates and enabled the "Set to integrate Zoom with Outlook" policy. Now when my users log in, they are prompted for admin credentials to install the outlook plugin. How do I avoid this?

I have the annotations feature checked in my Settings - Meeting (Basic).  However, it does not work in some meetings. Is there any additional setting I should check?

Hello All,I used to share a whiteboard where the participants worked together on tasks. Therefore, it is important for me to see what each of them is doing. I always selected the option to show the collaborators' cursors, but since the latest update, I am no longer able to see them. Is there any way to fix this problem, or do I have to wait for a new patch?

I've been recording my Zoom meetings on my Mac and having them save locally. Typically I have both an audio and video file. Recently, I had one save the audio, but not the video file. I NEED this video in order to receive a certification! Can someone assist? Many thanks.

Hellow, There is a share screen problem in used between zoom and CMS connection meeting.We have a meeting system: CMS and Cisco MX300 G2When CMS connected to zoom and share screen from zoom at first, and then turn to share screen within CMS.People who use zoom to meeting cannot saw the picture. If the team is scattered around the world, can they host a meeting with pro account from 9 different countries?

Is there any way to set it so that when you launch a call, it will open by default tiled to the left or right of the screen on a mac? I'm working in tiled mode 99% of the time, and it would be helpful to have the zoom call automatically do the same.

My question/problem is about teaching Flamenco dance classes online from home: Is anybody experiencing problems teaching online classes with zoom? I have been working with my 12 year old Dell laptop for over 3 years now and never had a problem with audio or video! Now I have a new HP Elitebook convertible laptop and nothing works anymore, when I stand 3 meters away from my device my students can hardly hear me or the music I play via bluetooth from my stereo equipment and much less when I do  footwork, being a big part of Flamenco dancing. I have been with an IT specialist for many hours trying out all the options with the adjustments of the zoom tools (audio and camera) and NO LUCK! And the video also is showing me going in the wrong direction whether it is in mirrored mode or not mirrored mode. Any help, comments or sharing your experience is much appreciated. Than

I recorded a meeting on my laptop on Tuesday last (24th).The audio runs at about 20% speed. It's like taking 2-3 seconds to say one word.I have tried to fix it but no joy.I and using the up-to-date Zoom programThe meeting lasted approximately 45 minutes but the recording is set to run for 3+ hours.Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I did a recording last week and watched it convert to my computer (not cloud). I went to where my zoom files are typically stored and it's not there. Please help! Any idea where it went? I searched all my files and can't find it.

Hi yesterday I recorded a 2 hour meeting to my Cloud account. I never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, I even paused and restarted the recording. I even remember it saying "recording stopped" when I stopped recording. It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. I'm not sure if this matters, but the meeting was started by another host, who then made me host and I clicked Record. So my understanding is that the recording should be in my account since I was the host. Can zoom support please see what happened to my Cloud recording? 

I have read the requirements and they make no sense to me... We are a small business with less than 10 employees. Me and my partner usually run meetings with 1 client at a time. Sometimes I need to get on another meeting at the same time on the same laptop... Even with 2 seats in Zoom, this isnt possible. I end up using my phone for the 2nd meeting.Which is not preferable since we do a LOT of screen sharing with clients. How can I run one meeting and then switch to a second meeting, similar to a zoom room? Is that the solution? Zoom rooms? Because the Business Plan is 10 seats minimum, which is a ridiculous requirement and jump from 2 users. Thanks!
