1. I set up a meeting that requires Registration2. I set up a poll.  I need the poll to be NON anonymous.   When I click on settings, it says  By default, this option works when collecting responses in the following products: ! Meeting(tick) Team Chat  i.e., it treats all my polls as anonymous.  How do I fix that?  

Hi  I need helpI  need advice for broadcasting a funeral over Zoom the podium  will be over 30 feet away from where the laptop will bethe camera will need to cover a wide area say 40 x 30 feet or 13x10m the  microphone will need to hear the speaker that is 30-40 feet away would prefer something that connected to a laptop with USBfor both the camera & microphone something that is tripod-mountablenot a lapel microphone but one that will pick up the podium speaker without picking up the people who will be sitting in rows of chairs between me & the speaker about 6 rows of chairs if they whisper to each other during the service.It will also need to pick up the singing of those attending.  the last one I did was with an iPhone but it was impossible to manage the meeting when it was attached to a tripod & most of the screen was covered it was an utter nightmare to do. W

Hi All,  I have tried to share editable Zoom docs or whitboards into breakout rooms, but am unable to. Is it possible to have breakout room participants edit a shared whiteboard or Zoom documents in breakrooms. My hope is that they can edit the whiteboard or doc, those edits are seen by others in different breakout rooms and then we can discuss the shared docs or whiteboards in the main room after.  The option to share whiteboards and docs to breakouts are greyed out when I try.  Please let me know if this can be done and how.   

Hi! We are two licensed users on the Zoom Workplace Pro account - me (assistant) and my boss. I always schedule meetings on her behalf and put her as an alternative host so she can log in and start a meeting without me.My questions is -  can both of us run meetings at the same time? For example, I run my meeting #1 as a host, and at the same time she runs her meeting #2 where I am the host and she is an alternative host.If not, is there any way around it?Thank you very much!

When I share a screen in a meeting, other participants see black rectangles hiding the part of the shared screen, which is the video and toolbar in my vision.  https://photos.app.goo.gl/LEG1jwo82JmzHuYw9  I already tested many solutions by changing many settings (e.g., capture with window filtering, optimize to video sharing) to solve this issue, but it did not work for me. I would appreciate it if you showed me how to solve this issue.

I would like to program a multiple-choice survey - so far no problem. But I can't find a solution to set a minimum number of answers. E.g. maximum choices out of 10 provided options.The background is to organize a secret online ballot for a board of an association - having more candidates than seats in the board. any idea?bests and thanks, Christian

While hosting a meeting when I share screen I cannot hear audio of a recording or  youtube while my student can.  Also when screensharing when I want to screenshot my entire computer screen turns completely black and also the screenshot is then black no error codes,  I have updated drivers, windows 11

We have Zoom Pro and this past week it all the sudden said we are restricted from sharing our screen when we are hosting. We have checked all the settings per the articles online and we still are unable to share screens. Please help.

Hi folks,I am an admin on our Zoom Business account. We have administrator roles and normal member roles. When our members (teaching staff) deliver training on Zoom, they do a cloud recording. That link would be shared with the participants so they could watch it back online. However the participants would have been able to download the videos, so we disabled that option using the account settings. However, from time to time, we notice that we might need to download and edit a recording if there was some issue, then we would share that recording via Youtube or Vimeo. But in order to do that, we would have to go into account settings, enable downloads, download the video, disable the downloads again. With Zoom and all it's complicated settings and user groups. I can't seem to find a way that I can disable downloads for regular members and participants but allow downloads for the account admins. I've tried a combination o

When I am sharing a single application as opposed to the entire screen and Grammarly is running, small black boxes appear all over the screen - help? 

My screen is always blank ie white, unless I turn off video when the avatar is viewable. Device manager says camera is working. Any suggestions, please??

Essentially, I am not able to screen share my PowerPoint slides in full screen for my audience while seeing my notes for myself on a single screen Windows 11 laptop while using Presenter View. In the past, sharing only the full screen slides would work and then you could personally switch to your notes without any problem by following these Zoom instructions for "Single-monitor setup with slide show in full screen". Zoom has become a cluster #### of functionality. It's really causing us a lot of problems with integrations, clarity on how our organisation communicates and manages information sharing. At this point in time, the only reason we're still using Zoom is the screen share resolution and annotation. hi! This is the second time that it happens: we record the podcast with the usual mics and settings, normal speed etc and still the episode plays my voice as if it were a ghost's. So slow, un-natural and low pitch. I sound like a man.I tried to play it a bit faster but then I sound like Mickey Mouse with a low voice. I tried to change it with Garage Band and no luck. I am using an iMac. Is there any reason why Zoom does that?I've been using it since 2018 every single day and we have not changed any settings. I am starting to think I need to move away from this platform as it's so unreliable. Thanks!

I use Zoom to teach. My students know how to turn filters on. It's super distracting for them. How can I disable the use of their filters? Alternatively, how can their parents disable the use of Zoom filters?Thank you.

Hi All:   Goes against everything but...  The boss wants an "ever green account" in Zoom where people have access to schedule meetings.  We had turn over/downsides.  I know I can manage turnover in the admin portal but that is not what is wanted.  All users already have licenses.  Maybe there is a shared calendar/meeting scheduler that I don't know.     Have others run into this want or provided such unique setups? TIA

I'm trying to send out a presentation recording, but for confidentiality reasons, I don't want the Transcript or Chat info to show up as both of those include participant's names.  When I go into the Share Settings, I specifically say not to include either one, and I 've made sure to save those preferences.  I've tried doing this several times, but it continues to include the entire Transcript and Chat.  I've tried sending it to another email not associated with my Zoom account thinking that might be the issue, but it continues to include both.  Can't figure out what the problem is....
