Hello, We are a teaching institution and would like to provide an automated message with instructions for the audience when a meeting starts.  We want this to be automated so the meeting host doesn't have to do anything. Basically meeting starts chat automatically displays instructions and links perhaps.   This is very helpful in preparing for example a patient in a e-health visit. Are there any solutions that provide this from zoom? Thanks, -CR

I have a user who would like to show a disclaimer at the beginning of her meetings.I have custom disclaimers off and unlocked in account settings, but she is not able to turn disclaimers on.Is this an all or nothing setting, everyone on the account has to have a disclaimer or none of them do?We don't use groups so assigning her to a group to have a disclaimer is not an option. 

How do we do this to satisfy the SEC

Our legal team would like to add a note to the Google Calendar Invite that says, "This call will be recorded, blah blah blah" so that the invitee is aware of this before the meeting starts.  They would like this to be inserted above the Join Meeting link with the ID etc.  It doesn't appear that this is a feature of Google Calendar or the Zoom for G Suite Add-on.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

I can't get video in my Zoom meetings after updating.  Help!

when folks click on the zoom link, they see a screen that has the join as host link featured prominently and the participant link is very small.  Is there a way to format it so the participant link is more clear?  

I have a Pro account, and I am wanting to record myself and my screen for my YouTube channel via Zoom. I don't want to stream to YouTube -- I just want to record locally. I have the settings options selected under Settings > Recording > Record video during screen sharing, and Place video next to the shared screen in the recording. What else do I need to make it so that when I record myself screensharing, that the video also displays within the recorded video? Thank you!

When I go to the Zoom icon to sign into my meetings (they are paid version, I am free version), I get need to update and can't error message 10002.  So I have to close and start over.  Then I can get to meetings.  But I do want update and don't know how to get it. Also I have a hard time using a timer for meeting, it was just listed under  apps, now is lost in a crowd. Marion

Hi, My company needs to record long meetings  this weekend (8h). Usually, every thing works fine, but today, for the first time, the recording stopped twice randomly. How can that be fixed ? I need to hide the attendees and attendees' numbers not to be shown to the speakers. is that available in zoom ?  thanks 

At my workplace, we've been experiencing recurring issues with the Zoom app during meetings. While the meetings are in progress, the screen unexpectedly goes black, disrupting the session. To address the problem, I’ve already checked the app's permissions and have gone through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application. However, while these steps temporarily resolve the issue for a single meeting, the problem reappears during subsequent sessions. This has become a persistent challenge, and I'm looking for insights or solutions to ensure the app functions consistently without interruptions.

Hello everyone,I am AV technician and manage 100 plus zoom rooms. one user complained that on controller this message popped up when connecting meeting  "Preferred speaker and preferred microphone and preferred camera error messages are popping up when trying to connect." it got resolved by itself after few seconds. when I checked logs on zoom meeting, it says "Room name got disconnected from meeting. Reason : Network connection error. "this had happened in the past too with other rooms and user complaint about it. I am trying to dig deeper into this and try to solve root cause of it.I asked networked team to help but they need more informartion and proper logs for that. they dont see any wrong with their side unless I give them proper reason or logs for that.room is using polycom controller and polycom bar and mics.any help would be appreciated

I was recording a meeting yesterday and half way through the meeting, the recording ended abruptly. I re-started it but zoom only converted the second half and not the first. I am 1000% sure i was recording. I had the save to local device option checked. Is the recording lost forever? I dont see it in the folder where the second half was saved and dont see another folder either.

I attend two regular class meetings hosted by two people in England.  I'm in Canada (not sure if this makes any difference for connectivity).  They often divide our groups into breakout rooms.  Usually I can go into the first breakout room with no problem, but when they do a second breakout session, I lose my audio and video connection.  Generally, I can hear what's going on, but the participants in the breakout room cannot hear or see me.  I get an exclamation mark that my mic is not connected, though I have done nothing.  Then Zoom freezes and tells me 'Zoom is not responding'.  I've tried closing out Zoom, unplugging my camera/mic and re-plugging it in, rebooting.  Getting out of Zoom is extremely difficult, and it's only by unplugging my camera/mic and rebooting several times that I can finally get back into the meeting--if it hasn't finished by the time I do.  This whole procedure usually takes me about 20 minutes of absolute frustra

Hi all! I've searched quite a bit for this and am struggling to find a solution. Our preference is to send Meeting Invites from within the Zoom App when we schedule a new meeting. We have a way of automatically preparing student email addresses where they are separated by a comma.  However, this is resulting in ALL invitees receiving EVERYONE'S email address. Is there a way to turn this off inside the Zoom Settings? We'd prefer not to have to use an external Email Client if at all possible. Thanks in advance!Dave

When hosting large meetings this really compromises the chat experience. Can I turn these messages/notifications off?

I use Windows 10.As soon as i join a meeting ,the zoom is not responding. I tried uninstalling and installing it again. Still i am facing the same issue. Please suggest any solution.  

I hosted a meeting yesterday and transcription was turned on. However after ending the meeting I can't find a copy on my desktop or the cloud.Does the transcription only go to the person who turned it on? How can I find out who this was or get a copy? I thought I would be able to access it after the meeting.

Hi, I'm trying to livestream from a youtube account with a different email address than the one I used to create my zoom acct.  Zoom keeps on saying "User not enabled for live streaming".  Please advise, and thank you in advance

Hi, anyone able to help with my video which is getting so bright especially in white background and when light is on please? Even when I turn off the light, almost the same. As in super bright that you just want to turn off your cam 😞 Unfortunately our house is all white. Been using Zoom since 2020 and never had this issue before.

Previous versions of Zoom had a very conspicuous and easy to use red 'record' button displayed on the main menu bar which turned into an also easy to use stop/pause button during recording.  This is now relegated to a drop down menu that takes several seconds to get to and click on.  This is stupid.  PUT IT BACK where we can get to it quickly. OR allow us to customize the features we want on our menu bar.   Another feature that has been 'updated out' is the pause during recording feature; previously you could pause recording without the software separating the video into separate clips.  Now using pause cuts the video into separate individual files which have to be put back together with editing software if you want a continuous file.  Also STUPID.  If we wanted recording to be separate files, we would hit STOP or end recording.

Al realizar un transmisión en directo desde zoom a Youtube donde he usado la transmisión personalizada, configurando los datos del servidor y código de reunión, etc. esta efectivamente se me muestra en youtube pero al compartir pantalla genera el siguiente error: "La tasa de bits actual de la emisión es inferior al valor mínimo recomendado. Te recomendamos que utilices una tasa de 2500 Kbps"  Mi internet es 300MG simétricos así que no tengo problemas de ancho de banda, cómo se configura Zoom para que envíe el video con una tasa de bists superior para que el directo en youtube sea de alta calidad? Les agradezco sus aportes para poder solucionar esto. Gracias.
