Many times zoom Connector IP address has been changed , how can i be notified for this modification?is their any solution, because every time this change all our rooms we are unable to use zoom

Before the update a month ago I was able to expand the size of my Zoom meetings within my screen window which is usually 1/4 the size of my monitor.  Now after the update I cannot expand Zoom within my window. Yes I can expand the size of my window to take up the whole monitor but I like to have my Zoom Meetings on only a 1/4 of my monitor so I can see it better.  Any advice please to fix this problem?  Thank You - Steven

When I am in a meeting, all the participants' faces look wrong -- they are either very small or compressed depending on the view -- and this is making Zoom unusable. I have searched Google, Support, the Zoom Community, and used the Zoom Chatbot and haven't found a solution to this.  In Gallery View,  faces only take up the top left portion of the yellow box and are very small. They are not filling the entire yellow box, but are taking about 1/8th of the space. Faces are only about 1" wide. In Speaker View, the speaker's face looks normal and takes the normal amount of space. But the other participants faces along the top of the screen are extremely compressed such that I cannot identify people. Each person's face is about 1/2" wide when it should be much wider. I have example screen shots of both scenarios, and both occur when the Zoom window is maximized or not.  I am using version 5.17.11 in my Firefox browser

Hello, I used to be able to use the "add session" feature to build long-term recurring meetings that have multiple instances in the same day (e.g. 10:00-11:00 am & 2:00-3:00 pm on Wednesdays and 12:00-1:00 pm & 5:00-6:00 pm on Fridays). It was part of our workflow to have the individual meeting times on the zoom invitation/.ics calendar (so as not to block the zoom account and everyone's calendars for the entire day). It seems like the "add session" feature is gone, so we can only have one recurring instance per day on the invitation. Is there a workaround to creating multiple sessions in a day with the same meeting link/invite? I'm building meetings using the current browser version of Zoom.us (attempted on both Firefox and Edge for Windows), not a connected app or calendar. My nonprofit has purchased 6 licenses. Each license has been assigned to a facilitator. When each facilitator signs in to host a meeting, their display name is mine, not theirs. I know they can change the display name and they do, but why does zoom not display their name? I will note that the email for the overall account is mine, not theirs. So when they sign in they use that email. I don’t know how to enable them to sign in using their own emails which are attached to their licenses. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi there, I cannot access the cloud recording in the recently upgraded Zoom workplace online meeting. There wasn't an option to record on computer, only on cloud, but that's not on my account (I have a Zoom pro account). How can I get access to that meeting? It's disappointing I cannot contact the support team directly to ask for help & have to do it via a community forum- please reach out to me Zoom support team. If anyone has tips on how to get the fastest response from that, that'll be appreciated too.

Hi, I'm using an Apple iMac with a Logitech camera. Zoom version Version: 5.17.2 (28415) My Zoom video camera is defaulting to wide angle view. I've gone into Settings. Video. Camera. clicking either the original ratio or HD options doesn't make a difference to view. My camera ratio was fine before Christmas any thoughts on how I can resolve this ? Many thank. 

How do I turn on microphone? Mic works with Skype and WhatsApp but not with Zoom and I can't find a settings tab and the chat bot is useless!!!

Hello, I'm not sure where else to look, I've gone through all settings pretty thoroughly.  I am not able to receive Zoom link emails from anybody and they're not in the spam folder.  Someone can forward a link to me but a direct Zoom invite link never gets to me anymore. I use yahoo mail and I've searched through those settings as well.  Hopefully this question makes sense and this is just some stupid, simple setting I've overlooked.  Thank you

When I select the "none" option for my background, instead of seeing my actual background I am seeing a virtual background. It is one that that I had uploaded. How can I get back to my actual background?

Why has this feature been added to Zoom?  Users should have the capability to click on the dates within the new date box to input the specific dates they wish to view their scheduled meetings and not be constrained to a mere 90-day window.  This limitation is quite frustrating, as it necessitates repetitive date adjustments to access meetings scheduled throughout the entire year.  Isn't the goal of your product to encourage the scheduling of meetings and webinars?  Unfortunately, the current feature set does not meet that expectation for me. Expanding this functionality to an unlimited time range would greatly streamline the process and enhance overall efficiency for users trying to manage their scheduled meetings.  As it stands, I find myself contemplating a switch to an alternative online meeting platform that allows me unrestricted access to view my scheduled meetings for the entire year. 

Hi    I need help on how we can upload a CSV file to add participants of a normal zoom meeting invite. 

I have a pro account, and I follow the directions to make someone a co host (click participants, hover over someone's name, and choose "make a co-host"), but I do not have that option when I hover. Can anyone help with this? Thank you very much. Michael Z

When I create a scheduled meeting and I copy and paste the invitation to share it with attendees, the date and time of the meeting does not show up anymore like it used to.   Any suggestions?

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? Our work flow requires that we use a dynamic link through Zoom Business accessed from the web, not the app. I have had issues with connecting to meetings. If I uninstall the desktop app, I have less issues. However, I cannot seem to hear the other person. (this maybe an issue on the other end). I should add, about 80% of my time on Zoom is through phone calls.

A user I regularly interact with on zoom would like to use their phone for our meetings. They hesitated when they downloaded the app for Android and were being required to give permission for zoom to record meetings before they could move forward. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a workaround? Thank-you.

I am in the US; this tech-literate user is in France and is experiencing a problem during individual video calls with me that I haven't experienced with other users in the EU. They use a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 Home, with updates automatically installed. They have been testing their equipment regularly before we meet.
