I host a zoom meetings 7 times but my students are facing this issue. When they entered the meeting code they face the issue it has your meeting ID is not working.What should i do. Should I buy zoom?

I recently held a Zoom meeting which I recorded, but there is nothing in my Recordings and I received no Meeting Summary via email. How can it be recovered? And how do I avoid this happening again?

I am looking to set-up 30 "Broker" meetings.  These Brokers are not related to my company.Brokers already have their own Zoom accounts. Each Broker meeting would be reoccurring over 5 days and run 8am-5pm.   Each of these Broker meetings would have  Customers join at various times during the day.  I would like to give the Customers a single link to join a specific Broker  ( Link for Broker 1, Link for Broker 2, etc.). I would like to schedule these 30 meetings and allow the Brokers to have full access (start meeting without me)What is the best way to accomplish this?Have the Broker assign me scheduling privileges?  How do I manage and review these schedules?Create a single account and add licenses for each Broker (the project is temporary and I don't want to hijack their Zoom accounts) That happened to one of my Zoom account (un-linkable).Creat

First, trying to even make this comment was blocked because I had to select a "Board" in which to post it.But, my issue concerns logging into my account....for which NONE of the boards listed were appropriate.So, Zoom has forced me to select an incorrect board to begin with.While I can log into my Zoom account normally using the Chrome and Edge browsers....I cannot log in using the Firefox Browser.When I reached out to Zoom, I was forced to use their "chat support", which could not break out of its circular logic.  As a result, none of the prompts it offered me were even nearly correct and I could not force it to break the cycle and create a new issue.That said, it is obvious that changes within "either" Firefox or Zoom have broken the ability of Firefox users to log into Zoom accounts.The suggestion "Use Chrome" or "Use Edge" is unacceptable, as I Choose to use Firefox and will not be told how to use my computer.

Workplace Proで契約していました。未払によりサブスクリプションがキャンセルされたため、2025年3月6日に支払しました。・請求書を見ると「サブスクリプション期間2025年1月31日-2026年1月30日」となっているため、2025年3月6日に支払った分で2026年1月30日までPro契約になったものとの認識でおります。・ただ「プランと請求」画面ではまだ、Workplace Basicのままになっており、Proに変更されていません。・「プラン管理」画面でも、"現在のプランはWorkplace Basic"となっています。・ログインし直してみましたが、状況は変わりません。このままの状況で、Proの機能を使うことができるのかご回答お願いいたします。

Hi, I am trying to import a registration list and when I click on the Import from CSV box, a dialog box opens but no file name has populated. As a result, there is nothing to save. 

I was the chairperson of a non-profit board that has a Zoom Pro account. When I left the board, we changed the name on the account to the new chairperson. I have my own Zoom account and get invitations to Zoom meetings not related to the former non-profit. But when I click the link from the Zoom meeting invite it grabs the non-profit account and displays my name as the new chairperson's name. When I schedule meetings using my own account, my name displays correctly. What do I, or the non-profit, need to do so Zoom links don't grab the non-profit account when the invitation is to me, not the non-profit?

If we delete a user from our account, will the meeting links that they had already created still work or no?

Hey everyone, Lately, I’ve been experiencing some annoying issues with Zoom—random audio dropouts and video lag, even with a stable internet connection. I’ve tried adjusting settings, updating drivers, and even switching devices, but the problem still pops up occasionally.I use Zoom for client calls and team meetings, and since I also run an eCommerce business using Sellvia, clear communication is crucial for handling orders and discussing strategies. I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 2 years- When the person who is screensharing annotates, and annotation disappears after a few seconds. It is not happening to the participants. The last time this happened, IT had to uninstall and reinstall Zoom on the computer. Can you think of anything else I can try first?

Error says "Cloud Recording has been disabled. Delete existing recordings or purchase additional storage to continue to record" When I go to recordings, there are no recordings there. There is no Trash tab/link so cannot see/delete what's there. I am the account admin and only user. I have an active (basic) Workplace Pro account (and Webinar subscription). How can I delete recordings from trash? thanks all!  

How do I get this bug to the Android Zoom app beta team? During Zoom meetings I want to use my Motorola RAZR+ 2024 smart phone (this is a foldable phone, aka "Ultra 50" internationally) external display. Zoom launches and audio and video works initially, but within 30 seconds the broadcast (my picture) video freezes. I can start and stop the camera sharing and the broadcast (my image) video refreshes, then freezes again. I downloaded the Zoom app (Android beta version) from the Google Play store, and have automatic update installation enabled. However even the newest beta version has this problem. (Of course, did all the normal troubleshooting -- restarted the Android OS power off/on, re-installed Zoom, cleared app cache, etc.). If I have my Motorola RAZR+ phone open, so the Zoom app is open on the large (unfolded) primary display, no problems. So this is only a problem with the smaller, folded, external display. 

I have a DragonTouch K10 tablet (Android 8.1.0).Internal, Bluetooth and wired headset audio are all fine with other apps, e.g. AudioLab, where I experience no problem at all with any of the microphones. (AudioLab did need me to opt explicitly to use the Bluetooth microphone the first time.)But I simply cannot get the Android Zoom app (currently version 6.3.11 (28195)) to pick up audio from any microphone at all, internal, wired, or Bluetooth. Zoom thinks I have a microphone, the microphone permissions setting is in place, but no sound is picked up. Meanwhile the speaker is 100% fine in all cases.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom on the tablet from the Google Play Store, and most recently tried the app download on the Zoom website, all with no joy.This site indicates that Zoom fully supports Android 8.1.0.I have tried the Zoom test (zoom.us/test) which just tells me I have a microphone and then exits (not helpful).I have run out of thin

At a meeting, as the host, when I spotlight someone, it works for others but not for me- I still have gallery view. I want to record the session with the speaker spotlighted and sharing their screen, (50/50 style) but all I get is their screen and gallery view which is no good for the recording - any ideas what I can do?

I have read about Spotlight and decided to use it during a meeting of writers where I serve as Zoom Host. They produce short documents, send them to me and I put together a document for the group. During the meeting, I use Share Screen to show the document so others can follow along as the author of the section reads what s/he had submitted. When I Spotlighted the reader, others could still change their view so that they still saw all participants rather than just the Spotlighted one. This is not what I expected and seems to contradict what I read about Spotlight. The session isn't being recorded. Am I missing something or is that just the way it works?

"I'm at my wits end with Zoom.  We use the same laptop for many zoom meetings without any problems. One meeting room however is a nightmare. No matter how much we try or what we do it wont let us into the meeting due to INCORRECT passcode. It consistently take 30-35 minutes of trying various options. Delete Zoom, reinstall Zoom  Dont install zoom etc etc and then finally after 30 minutes,  all of a sudden it works. The owner of the meeting room keeps implying that the problem is me (typing wrong passcode) but its NOT me      We also try with a totally different laptop (Lenova vs Macbookpro) that is used everyday for online school and the same error occurs  incorrect password p.s Hopefully ZOOM wil reply here instead of hiding behind a privacy issue that doesn't exist  This is about a valid passcode NOT WORKING  I dint reveal the passcode so how can this be a privacy issue ????????

Hi community, thank you for this space. Recently I've got a new laptop (Dell) with these specs:- Intel(R) Core(TM) 7 150U- Intel Graphics Controller- NVIDIA GeForce MX570 A- Logitech Webcam C920e And OS info:- Debian Linux Sid (Kernel 6.12.17)- XFCE UI (Not Wayland) Zoom version: 6.3.11 (7212) The problem is that I can't enable virtual backgrounds. I don't have a plain background or wall, so I can't use the green screen feature. Note that I can use virtual background on MS Teams and Google Meet, and I can blur on Slack. I can provide logs or more info, if required. But I also wonder if this processor is supported for this feature. Thank you in advance.

We recently changed computers but the audio in Zoom is heard very low, we have already raised the volume of the bar in the Zoom settings but it is still heard very low, in other applications such as Teams we have no problems.

Hi, I live remote from a non-profit group I belong to.  There are monthly meetings in a conference room setting.  The leader of the group is the Zoom Host, with her laptop.  I am the only one dialing into Zoom. Except for the Host, I cannot clearly hear anyone speaking.  It is muffled, and most words are undiscernible...how can this be corrected so my meeting experience is more productive? Thank you, Beth

Hi, I'm on Pavilion laptop with Windows 11 24H2. All of a sudden, my speakers are not working for Zoom, but they work for everything else. When I do a speaker test, the bar is flashing as normal to show that it is making sound, but nothing comes out of the speakers. I uninstalled and re-installed the app a few times, even removed FXSound sound enhancement, but I am still not getting any sound out.  Mic and camera work fine. Has anyone got any suggestions please? TIA

I’ve noticed that my face is quite asymmetrical, and I recently realized that my students may have been seeing me in a way I find unflattering. I assumed that clicking the 'Mirror My Video' button would fix this, but I’ve now realized that it didn’t work as I thought. I’m looking for a real solution to this problem, or I might consider unsubscribing and switching back to Google Meet.
