My org has been having some issues with older versions of Zoom that were pushed out via Intune. Our RMM software (NinjaOne) has been indicating patches for nearly 100 different machines for a while, and they're all in various states of "don't wanna."  I've done some investigating, and honestly, kind of stuck. A lot of these older versions were installed to roaming profiles, even with the MSI deployment package. Worse still, uninstalling the software has become a massive pain. The only option we seem to have is manually deleting the files, and searching the registry for entires. The problem I'm running in to is actually getting the registry in to a clean enough state that it'll actually install. I've spent 2-3 hours going through the registry of one computer just trying to clean it as much as I can. Nothing has worked up to this point. Running Cleanzoom doesn't do aynthing, and fires errors when it starts looking in to roaming profiles. Tryi

Hello! I have the following problem! I can't open a Canva presentation in Safari during a Zoom meeting. It works in Chrome, but when I switch to presentation mode (with comments), only I see the changing slides; the viewers stay on slide 1. What can I do? Thanks for your reply!

I would like to enable pre-provisioning SSO for my personal Zoom account, as I am integrating Zoom with Oracle APEX to programmatically create meeting invites within my APEX application.

The meetings I'm in make use of reactions a great deal.  But I notice that when I open the Reactions menu (especially to raise my hand), it closes if I click elsewhere. Is there a way (or can there BE a way) to keep that menu open, or pin those options to the button ribbon at the bottom of the UI, or something?Thanks!

I recorded a large meeting yesterday where we had a seperate mike and loudspeaker to enable all to hear. The recorded visual result is good but sound picked up by laptop built in mike is hopeless, broken and unclear. Thanks

I've made a meeting,  and turns out I need bigger capacity for the audience.  If I took the Large Meeting add-on now,  will it affect or benefit my prior-scheduled meeting?  Or do I have to make a new meeting?  Thank you. 

Video conferencing company unable to provide... VIDEO!!  I'm now refusing to participate in any conference calls using Zoom. There are products that work. This one doesn't and the company has proven it doesn't care and won't fix them. 

Hi, I recorded on the cloud three meetings but I can't access them.  I logged in to the Zoom Web and selected the option "registrations" but a pop up appears saying: "The IT administrator has disabled access to your registration page: contact the IT administrator for more details." Can you please help me.  Thank you!   

Hi, I just need some help. I've tried to update my Zoom account and troubleshoot but I can't seem to have the option to blur my background on my Mac. I have the Macbook air 2017 running on macOS Big Sur 11.4. 1.8GH Dual Core Intel core 1.5, does it not fit the requirement for virtual backgrounds? I also blend in the existing background which leave me no choice but to turn it off. Please help. Thank you!

Hello everyone,is it possible to schedule a meeting and add/invite not individual people, but contact groups instead?I have already created three user groups and then created contact groups from them.When I open the Zoom client and check under Contacts, I can see the three groups listed.But how can I schedule (or start an instant) meeting and invite all members of a group without having to invite each person individually?

Every time i have to screen record in zoom, i have to from the small share screen menu, go through the 3 dot drop down menu and press "share sound" in order for me to record Youtube videos. Is there a way to set this to default so i don't have to do it every time? Thanks. 

Does anyone know if there's a way to reformat the recording? For example, I want an easier way for participants to show up vertically stacked so I can edit for mobile. Otherwise the screen is too large to edit in imovie. This is for a podcast where there are only 2 Zoom guests. 

 I record my zoom on a macbook. I want to record my meeting in a vertical video so that it is mobile upload friendly. if required.  I want to know how can I do that as the meeting is recorded in the landscape mode or what are the other options to record zoom meeting in a vertical mode. Hello I received a zoom phishing email for a fake meeting The email has a fake zoom meeting link, where can I report it. 

When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up.Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updatesI don't have Powertoys installedI was messing around with OBS the week before though...Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with joining Zoom meetings on mobile app and would appreciate any help.I receive a Zoom meeting link from my server.On a desktop browser, the link opens fine.On mobile, when I open the link, it opens a webview and asks me to install Zoom, even though the Zoom app is already installed.The only way I can get the meeting to open properly is by joining from the webview — but I want the link to automatically open the Zoom app if it's already installed.For context, I'm building the mobile app using React Native.Is there any solution for this issue without using the Zoom SDK?Ideally, I just want to handle the meeting link so that it triggers the installed Zoom app directly.

Hi,I installed the newest version of the Linux client yesterday and recognized that when sharing the screen I only see a black screen.Version: 6.2.0 (1855)I am definitely on XOrg and NOT on wayland.Downgrading to version 6.1.10 fixed it.I'm on lightdm and use Qtile as TWM.I can't check whether this happens on GNOME or Plasma, too.Many thanks in advance!

In order to protect people with disabilities, the European Union is about to start implementing the accessibility directive. One of the requirements is that products supporting two-way voice communication need to support RTT (real time text). Zoom is also an app that supports two-way voice communication, so of course it also needs to support the RTT function. I would like to ask whether Zoom has the RTT function. If it does, how should it be enabled? If it doesn't, is it expected that this function will be available in the future?

i cant seem to join or find public meetings when i sign in the drop down arrow goes away and it gives me a 404 error message any news on this?

I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. My FaceTime HD camera works fine in other apps like Photo Booth, so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Verified that "Touch Up My Appearance," "Adjust for Low Light," and "Portrait Lighting" are disabled.Toggled "HD" and "Original Ratio" in video settings.Checked the "Advanced" video settings for any relevant features.Updated my Zoom app to the latest version.Ensured no third-party apps are interfering with the camera.Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
