On the same zoom call I made two separate records. The first one was a quick test and the the second one was the real one but it is not coming up. I have 20 witnesses that they heard that recording was started and stopped. I have a pro account and there is no mention of any limitation. How do I track down the recording?

I participate in  a number of 12 step programs that meet via Zoom.  The entry information is public, because we want to attract the public. Zoom bombers are a huge problem.  They come in, make loud noises, insult our speakers, and show disgusting images.   We do all the security stuff: enabling the waiting room, turning off renaming, removing and reporting -- but the constant need to have security taxes our resources.  Also, some days there might be a less experienced host who lets something slip for a while.  Our members are frequently traumatized by these creeps, and sometimes are afraid to come back. People come to 12 step programs because they are in the grips of life threatening addiction.  If they don't come back, they may die.  These Zoom bombers are really murderers.  This is not just a prank.  It's serious. I feel that the res

ANOTHER CRASH WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE   This has been going on for over a year.  Every time im in the  waiting room I try to join a meeting in zoom My computer crashes. Zoom will  acknowledge that im in the waiting room and when the host opens the room up zoom crashes with a box to send report to   No error but says ”something unexpectedly  happened” I have cleaned and uninstalled zoom  (I cant even  begin to tell you) about over20 times or more.   IVE reinstalled zoom to the Updated latest version.  I have a Lenovo Flex5 Windows laptop.  Ive been a very computer literate client for many years but no solutions since January 2023. HELP Ive tried everything.  CAN YOU PLEASE HELP

I am unable to join meetings that have an animated image/video for the waiting room.  It opens and then instantly crashes.  This is on a Windows 11 PC.  I am only able to join from my iPhone app.

Hi there, Looking for some support on syncing with Google Calendar. When a meeting is created in Google calendar, it syncs to the Zoom calendar. When it's deleted from Google calendar, it's deleted from the Zoom calendar. However when it's updated from Google Calendar the changes do not sync. So if the meeting ID/link is changed, or the description is updated, these updates do not sync to the zoom app or website calendar. Can you assist with this please?

While acting as host/co-host when participants raise their hands their windows move to the top left of the screen. The ZOOM bomber while playing pronography has been raising then lowering their hand making it hard to pin them and remove them. It helps to look at their name then got to the “Participate list” and seach for them and kick them out form there, rather than from the video tiles. I would like to disable this so they don't move around the screen when quickly raising and lowering their hand. Thanks

How does an authorized member login to the account and schedule meetings using their name. 

Why did Zoom change the view of meetings? We use to see all of the meetings scheduled for an infinite amount of time - now it's been limited to 3 months.  And, when I try changing the dates to see my scheduled meetings past the 3 month view, my meetings do not show up.  The update to this does not make any sense and the functionality designed to make up for it, does not work.  Please advise how I can access and see all of my scheduled meetings.

Hi,   Having followed countless "guides" to get Zoom to cloud record in HD I still end up in 360 vertical resolution.  I have a paid account, my client is set to HD and my user settings are set to record in HD (Meeting-HD Video Quality in settings).  I have a good strong internet connection and have tested on mac and PCs with different, but always strong, internet connections.  I have the latest client. There are guides that add the most weird "requirements" and so also, I always use the client in full screen and in speaker view.  I have the lowest number of people visible in the gallery. I have recording set to start as default and I always have original sound switched to on.What else?  Well I join the meeting 10 minutes or more before anyone else and so I can't for the life of me see how their settings willl affect my recordings.  I've even tried test recordings with no one else present.  Nothi

This is very sad to see that Zoom developers do not pay attention to add the Ukrainian language to the platform. However, it is really important for every Ukrainian person to give them a crucial opportunity to use this app in their native language. Not everyone knows English to use Zoom, so many people have no choice but to use Russian because it is more understandable for them. It is really hard to use Russian, especially when you consider the fact that the Russian invasion is still ongoing and when the fight for our native language, which has been tortured and attempted to be destroyed by Russia for many centuries, is really important and cannot be ignored in all or some areas of life. Dear Zoom developers, I am fairly asking you to consider adding the Ukrainian language to Zoom. Ukrainians, who represent a mentionable number of Zoom users, simply need a basic thing - integration of their native language. T

At the beginning of a meeting, in the main room, I tested the zoom recording by starting and stopping a recording. Then, when we went into breakout rooms, it said the breakout room meeting was recording, but the local file saved of the recording is only my 3 second recording in the main room, not the break out room recording. How can I recover the breakout room recording?

how to turn off sound when muting and unmuting in basic. Sound for when member joins/leaves is toggled off.

i'm having issues with a number of Windows 11 laptops where i'm not able to mute shared audio from coming out of the laptop speakers, without it also muting the shared audio to the zoom call.  this was previously never an issue. meetings are being joined with or without audio and sharing audio for the video being played gives the same results.  the laptop audio is being picked up on another device and causing feedback if not muted. 

Hello -  When I am in Zoom chat - there are no up arrows next to the mic and video for me to choose settings.  When I go to settings and click on audio - there is no place to adjust settings for mic and speaker.   Thanks, Brian

Hi, wondering if someone can tell me how to make this recording happen, please.... I want to record (cloud or to computer, doesn't matter) a Zoom meeting so that we are recording only the 2 or 3 presenters and not the participants. I also want to show the 2 or 3 presenters (the active speakers) on screen at the same time just as they will be in real life (they are both in spotlight).  I have tried to record to the cloud but it is not showing the presenters (active speakers) on screen at same time even though they are both in spotlight. The recording switches between them. It's really important that we NOT record the participants - we don't even want them with cameras off because we don't want anyone to see their names (privacy). Is this possible and how?   Thank you so much.

For the first time I was unable to custom stream a zoom meeting, as I've done for months/years without issue before. Anyone else having this issue? Using restream to stream to Facebook and Youtube simultaneously, but when the page starts loading to "preparing to stream" it freezes about a quarter way through. Tried half a dozen times, and on multiple computers. 

In our weekly meetings I play Spotify as background music.  Participants tell me that when anyone speaks during the meeting, the music drops out.  Is there a setting I'm missing that will prevent this from happening?

I'm working on a course for Udemy with a colleague, and in my test videos, they complain about the border around the video. Is there a setting to get rid of that border, or does anyone have a fix using Adobe elements editing to get rid of the border?   Thanks!

I have reinstated my Pro Plan and am still having meetings cut off at 40 minutes like a free account. Can't find how to submit a web ticket. Help!
