I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. My FaceTime HD camera works fine in other apps like Photo Booth, so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Verified that "Touch Up My Appearance," "Adjust for Low Light," and "Portrait Lighting" are disabled.Toggled "HD" and "Original Ratio" in video settings.Checked the "Advanced" video settings for any relevant features.Updated my Zoom app to the latest version.Ensured no third-party apps are interfering with the camera.Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hello,I'm located in Istanbul, Turkey. However, my Zoom client consistently connects to the United States (DCA) data center, which causes noticeable lag, audio/video sync issues, and slow screen sharing performance.Even when I connect through a European VPN (Netherlands/Germany), Zoom still routes me through DCA. I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well.  I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off.  Can anyone please help?

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings.Would appreciate any help available.Thank you! 

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers,  routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My  recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have  clicked group HD, and also. made it  always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are  about an hour long,  but even shorter ones aren't  recording great either. I have a paid account.  even a 720 would be  better than what I have been getting. Please help Me. Andrea 

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page!What to do? Please advise and much thanks. 

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference.  I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.

I've been using Zoom without any problems for a few years.  All of a sudden, when i go to set an appointment, the only choices are for meetings on the hour or on the. half-hour.  But many of my meetings are on the quarter hour, like 1:15 or 1:45.  What happened and how do we fix this?

HiI am booking clients into Zoom. All but two are ok. The email addresses are fine, they show in my google and outlook calendars. Once they are booked in, they show as invited, but when i go back in, the invitees  have vanished, yet they arevstill in both Outlook and Googke Diary still.Zoom pro

What happened to the previous usage report format? I use them to produce Excel Spreadsheets to report attendance. During the active meeting, I change the names that are generic or unclear so that I can remember them after the meeting. For example, iPhone users who don't have their name changed come in as iPhone. This happens multiple times, so I can have 5 different iPhone users. I rename them to keep track of them. This new report does not maintain the name change. It reverts all of the name changes back to the original name, so I've lost all the work that I have done. I also noticed that the report does not go by entrance anymore.  Is there anything I can do to stop it from reverting and taking away all the name changes? Is there any way to go back to the previous report format? Thanks for kind responses.

Zoom Version 6.4.6The participants list in Zoom disappears when I share screen. I have to click it twice to get it back up. It does this anytime I click the screen while sharing, which is irritating because I often share slideshows. I haven't done any troubleshooting steps yet for this issue.The big issue that I'm having is that I cannot hear Zoom on my Windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 82XF laptop. How do I turn off any sort of "Suppress Background noise"?I play an instrument over zoom.  It has been working for years and now when I play a few bars my microphone mutes & the noise is suppressed.  I want to turn this off if it is heard by the microphone I want it to go through.

For the last week I’ve been unable to login or launch a meeting on my PC laptop when on my home wifi. It works on other devices at home and my laptop will connect to Zoom if I go to a public wifi. I’ve rebooted everything, cleared the cache, uninstalled & reinstalled, checked Zoom is permissioned in windows defender, tried the Zoom app and the web version in both Chrome & Firefox.Any ideas? Is this a lingering issue from the outage last week?

Hey everyone. We just updated our zoom control room for our virtual events (new Mac mini m4's with Sequoia) and we were running a show today and normally we will use the Dual Monitor setup and Pin Participants to second screen.  We noticed however, that as the show went on, a tool bar (just a normal window toolbar) would appear randomly on the fullscreen of that Second Pin.  I realized not too long ago, that the issue seems to be that whenever someone turns their camera on/off, this bar is popping up on all of the new Mac Mini's at the same time.  @ZoomZoom @zoom need some help here to figure out what's causing this because it kind of ruins the effect when we're showing these pins on to the rest of the audience and a random bar pops up

I have been using zoom for several years to host our Home Owners meetings.   I am in the US and many of the home Owners are in the UK, India, and other overseas locations.   Some Home Owners do not do well with apps and computers and prefer to dial in.   This has never been an issue, I used to just give them a local number depending on their location.   However recently when I search for local dial in numbers (ie not in the US) it tels me I need to update my subscription, only seeming to allow US numbers.   I am on the workplace Pro plan.  Has something changed or am I missing something?    Many thanks.

Someone else with a paid Zoom account started a meeting, then made me host (I do not have a paid account). I began recording to the cloud (not to my own device because I do not have sufficient space), but the user who initially started the meeting left early. After I ended the meeting (long after the meeting starter had left), the popup for processing did not appear on my end. Does this mean the recording is gone forever?

Hi,I need to record course sharing my screen (Google Tab with document) and myself as speaker.I’m using Zoom app on my Ipad.Unfortunately, recording show myself twice with the floating speaker screen + the top corner speaker screen. I tried to just swipe the floating screen but it comes to desactivate the camera and then, there is speaker video at all at the end. I’m quite confused about HOW to set the speaker video properly.. and keep only the top right corner.I also try to « hide » the top corner one with the floating one.. but the top corner one looks set to be on the top… I attached screenshots here to illustrate my issue. Maybe someone could help me 🙂Would be great cause I’m totally lost..! Thank you.
