Question

How do I schedule a meeting now?

the format here has changed. I can choose to join or host but no choice to schedule a meeting as I have done in the past. Help?

For those of us in the majority who still use the online version and not the app, if you click on the “Meet” dropdown, then select “Join a Meeting”. It will take you to the older interface and allow you to select from the upper right menu by clicking on “Schedule”!

when are zoom people going to fix this scheduling issue? hard to believe there isn't clear direction!!!!!!!

Thank you for joining the community. You can schedule a Zoom meeting in any of these ways:

Zoom Workplace desktop app (Windows/macOS)

Open Zoom Workplace and sign in.
Click Schedule.
Set the topic, date/time, duration, time zone, and options (waiting room, passcode, etc.).
Click Save, then copy the invite link/details to share.

Zoom web portal

Sign in at https://zoom.us/signin
Go to Meetings > Schedule a Meeting.
Fill in the meeting details and settings.
Click Save, then copy the invitation.

This whole format is a terrible nightmare now!!!! I do NOT want an app and do not want to buy more products. Just use what I am paying for!

Agreed. Just wasting time trying to schedule a zoom - I guess I’ll be moving to google meet from now on.

Try clicking on your small photo and hopefully the schedule option will come up. I just did some searching here and there. The screens on sign-in change from time to time. For some stupid reason.
