How do I disable AI Notetakers (otter.ai, read.ai, fireflies.ai, etc.) from joining our meetings

Been running into this issue for several months and everything I have tried has not worked. I have Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars turned on in the Account Settings. I have Read.ai, Otter.ai, Fathom.video blocked as domains. And I have Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client turned on.

Yet every meeting we have I have to kick several of these AI notetakers from our meetings. We don't want to have turn on Waiting Room for every meeting.

As an admin can I not stop these from joining all the time?

I agree, while I don’t mind having a summary of a meeting sent to me afterwards, I have clients that are upset about an AI note taker joining. We need an easy solution to turn off all bots if we don’t want them in our meetings.
